Beautiful condo. Had a great time!

We are 5 older ladies who have been coming to this location for several years. We have always enjoyed this location and the views from the condo. We just returned home from this years visit and tried to rebook and are very disappointed that our usual week is already booked for 2025. What to do??

Clean and spacious place to stay. The unit had everything you need including beach chairs a cooler and umbrella. The pool area is clean. Easy drive to local supermarket and restaurants. This is our second time at this location and will be back

What a great place to stay! Wonderful beach, an adequate pool, very nice lay out & true to the photos. We loved feeling like we were sitting on a cruise ship. The owners are so responsive and thoughtful. I absolutely recommend.

We loved the condo! There were 4 of us, great location, awesome beach and area. Not far from town at all. We loved it!! Highly recommended!

Great place for a college reunion.

This was our second stay in this great condo and we couldn’t be more pleased, again. The location, view, amenities, cleanliness, comfort, and communication were top notch. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked (maybe needs a pizza cutter 😊). The washer and dryer are a great addition. We’ll be back, thanks so much for sharing your condo 😍

This condo has everything you need to enjoy your vacation. The views from the living area as well as the master bedroom provide sunrises, sunsets, dolphin watching and all the action on the beach! Many beach items including chairs are provided so you can save room in your vehicle. The kitchen has all necessities if you are in the mood to cook. The unit also has an updated washer and dryer so you can leave with clean laundry or you can pack light and have the option to wash and wear. Our family of 5 including an adult child, teenager and 9yr old were very comfortable with plenty of space to spread out. We travel down every year and this condo will be on our list to rebook! :)

Booked this condo for a long weekend getaway with my mom and sister and it did not disappoint. The moment we walked in the condo we were taken in by the ocean views. The condo is well-furnished and the location and views are amazing. Everyone we met during our stay was so nice and friendly. We always try to book a new location for our mom/daughter trips but after this stay my mom requested we come back here. We’re already looking at dates to come back!

Overall the place was nice. We just loved the view and comfortable furniture to relax on. Only issue - but can easily be fixed - shower heads need to be replaced - It has a reduction of water pressure.

Awesome oceanfront views! Condo was overall great/ nicely furnished and plenty of room. 4 Beach chairs a big plus! Good clear communication with nice owner. Nicely updated kitchen, however there’s only one large skillet that’s in pretty bad shape. We used a pot to cook our eggs at breakfast. Also the kitchen and bathrooms could have used a more detailed (less rushed) clean. The stovetop and bathroom mirrors were not completely wiped of cleaner and the mirror on wall and dresser tops were dusty. Shower with bath had gunk at the base of glass doors. We would come back though as overall it was great. Really nice balcony too 😊.

A wee bit colder than usual, but lovely!

Stunning views from this beautiful apartment. It has the ideal location on the top floor at the corner of the building. This is our third stay in this condo, and we hope to return.

Very nice and updated with a great view. All of the amenities were excellent and the owner was very informative. We are already booked for next October.

We have been staying here for many years now on a girls trip. We have already booked for next summer. The views are the best! Quick walk to the beach. The owner is very responsive with any concerns you may have. This year we had trouble with the TV connection and they were right there to correct the issue and kept in contact with us to make sure we had no more problems. Overall great condo!

From start to finish this rental and host were outstanding. Rob made it so easy to book and was always quickly available to answer questions or help us with anything. The Amelia Surf and Racquet Club is in a great location and a complex with everything. The view from the top floor is breath taking; we had some amazing sunrises over the ocean and sunsets from the street side balcony. A hard to find three bedroom with three full baths was perfect for us. Three adult siblings, with spouses, were there to have a celebration of life for our mother vacation. The living space was more than adequate for the six of us. All three bedrooms and recently renovated bathrooms were a wonderful size. The renovated kitchen was lovely and had everything and more that we needed. Sitting on the balcony, walking the beach and enjoying the tennis courts and pool made for perfect days. This is a KEEPER. This is the condo we will go back to anytime we travel to Amelia Island. Rob is a wonderful host and has made sure that the condo more than meets a renters needs making it a comfy home away from home. Thank you Rob for everything.

We were here for our son's wedding at the Ribalt Club. The condo and views are is awesome! It comfortably fit two children under three and four adults. The location is great...you are close to the pool, beach and about a 10 minute drive to downtown. The bedrooms are spacious, beds comfortable and each bedroom having it's own bathroom it's unbeatable. The condo has everything needed in the kitchen, living area (books, movies, magazines, etc.) a high chair and the view is breathtaking! When we return on our next trip this will be our first choice.

This was a trip with four sisters and one niece/daughter. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this condo and Amelia Island! Views of the ocean were outstanding. The location was excellent and the condo and the entire complex were clean and well kept. Easy walking to the beach. I would stay here again. Thank you for sharing your home!

We rented this condo over a long weekend for a family wedding at the Ritz. It was PERFECT. beautiful three bedroom unit on top floor with spectacular views over the ocean and to the north. Very clean and nicely appointed.

This was the perfect place for a reunion with college friends.

This condo was exactly as described- clean, well-stocked, spacious, and right on the beach. Each bedroom has its own bathroom which was great for us and our four kids. We loved it!
