The condo is in a perfect place for a family outing with a panoramic view of the pool below and the beach. We all had a great time!

We have always loved staying at Edgewater! You can’t beat the pool and amenities. The condo we stayed in was nice and had very comfortable beds. Also, the newly renovated kitchen was an awesome surprise. Overall, great family vacation!

It was perfect right on the beach close to some of the best restaurants around there. Had an awesome time. Definitely would do it again.

The owners were quick to respond and help us with questions we had. The unit is beautiful. The beach is close and the pools closer. Perfect!

My family and I were thrilled with the condo we booked. The rooms were large and spacious giving us plenty of room for the six of us. The little kids were thrilled to find boogie boards and sand toys in the closet to play with on the beach. We loved the view of the ocean from the balcony and the ease of going downstairs to the luxurious pool! Everything was as described in the info about the condo.

Third time staying in this condo and have loved our stay every time. The views of the ocean and lagoon pool are beautiful. The condo is very spacious and comfortable for everyone. Communication with the owner, Wanda is very quick. Check in was a breeze. Will definitely stay here again.

We had a lovely stay. Check-in was easy, just open the door and reset the passcode! Contacting the owners was simple and they quickly respond. The condo has all the amenities you'll need. We were relieved to see chairs, and beach towels because we forgot them. The beds are very soft and comfortable, I loved the bedding. The condo was clean, and the furniture was nice looking and in good condition. The water pressure in the showers is poor so take advantage of the showers outside to remove sand from your hair/swimsuits ect. The dryer is slow and can take multiple 60 min cycles (keep that in mind if you try and wash a load before you leave). I was concerned about staying on the 10th floor but we didn't have to wait long for the elevators, so that was nice. The condo extras (restaurant, blender's, and the convenience store were VERY overpriced so we didn't use them, $15 chicken-fingers/fries and $20-25 daiquiris). I would be learly about allowing teens down to the pool by them selfs in the evening. Lots of drinking and several times I smelled weed. Definitely a party atmosphere at night. Security was good about clearing the pool by midnight though and the sliding doors and windows are thick so you can't hear anything outside from inside the condo (which is good because the music at the pool plays loudly from 8 am to around 10pm). Parking was easy, I rarely had trouble finding a spot. Lots of restaurants nearby and plenty to do. Take advantage of the to go cups in the condo with the straws (if you take them back to their restaurants you can get a daiquiris refill for $9 as opposed to $20).

Great condo, location was perfect for teens and adults. Clean and roomy. Check in was the best, straight to the room no problem. Wanda had several items at our disposal that we forgot, like a beach umbrella ect. Quiet and so many things to do. Love the Starbucks on site. Only thing I regret is booking through 3rd party, everything cost extra golf was expensive. But all in all a 5. And Wanda was super helpful with all my questions. Can't wait until next year

It was very nice. The property was clean, the pictures were very accurate. We really enjoyed our week here.

Exactly as advertised, easy communication, and great view of the pool and beachfront. Condo had plenty of room and amenities.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay with one exception. The center tower only has one bank of elevators and the left one was broken often during our week. Luggage carts were hard to find, so as I did, take a beach wagon to haul luggage.

It was an easy process from start to finish. Just wish they had more washcloths. Lol

Condo was a great size, plenty of space. Unit needs updating, king mattress needs replacing, TVs were older and Vacuum was ancient. Comforters appeared to be quite old. Furniture and kitchen items were fine.

We returned to this resort for a second time. The staff here is amazing. This condo was exactly as pictured, clean and the owner is very responsive and gives great direction. Hope to be back soon!

Fun

The view to the apartment was incredible, beautiful view but the apartment más dirty, in the pull out bed in the living room was dirty under with food, the dish washer was not working it also had mold, their was cockroaches in the kitchen, who ever is cleaning is not doing a good job, the kitchen was not old, not up grade, it more like from the 1990. Like I said the view was incredible but that was it.

Had a great time. The property was accurately portrayed. The owners were great to work with always very prompt in replying to any question.

This condo is exactly as described and Wanda was so easy to communicate with and very responsive. We have 2 adult kids and had 7 adults with plenty of room. It was so so that everyone had their own bathroom! We will be booking again

Wanda is incredible. She was very accommodating and very quick to respond with any questions. She was also flexible with check-in and check-out time, which was extremely helpful. The place was very clean and had all of the necessities for a few night stay.

Enjoyed a wonderful Holiday week at Edgewater. Condo had everything we needed, short walk to straight on beach and short drive to PCB Sports Complex where our son played baseball all week. Beautiful temperature days, cool nights for December. Found heated pool in other tower as big lagoon pool was not heated. Hope we return to PBC in future, and so, we would definitely book with Wanda again.

The condo was great and spacious. Very well thought out and the little things like plenty of cookware in the kitchen. It looked even better in person. The Edgewater will never disappoint you - it's a wonderful, well-kept resort!

Property Owner is quick to respond to inquiries. Owner provided very detailed information for check in and out. Also very helpful with recommendations regarding shopping and restaurants. T1 #1003 is very spacious, neat and clean. Fantastic view of the grand pool, beach and ocean! We enjoyed our stay at Edgewater Beach Resort!!

Very nice Great pool great weather

We’ve stayed at Edgewater several times in every size condo from 1-3 bedrooms. This last stay did not disappoint. Clean , great location. Easy check in and check out. Love the keyless entry. Would definitely stay there again and hope to next trip down.
