Very nice Condo. Great location and nice property. Nice pool area and beach access. Could use some updates to appliances and furniture. Would definitely stay again and recommend for family vacations.

Had a wonderful time and loved the lagoon pool! Stayed a little bit later in the season which made it a little less crowded which was awesome. Anytime we had a problem Michael took care

Overall experience in this unit was fantastic. We didn’t have any issues and enjoyed our stay. The property manager Michael was great to work with and checked in on us before check in and got in contact with us soon after the housekeeper left. We truly enjoyed the location and all the amenities of this unit. I highly recommend this property.

Condo was clean and close to the beach. There were activities every night by the pool. Karaoke, live music, DJ and movie night.

This was our 2nd year staying in this unit. We loved it. Perfect location. We only left the resort a couple of times during our stay. We will definitely be back.

Overall experience with the unit was great. We didn't have any real issues to speak of. Just normal general use of everything in the unit. Communication with the owner was quick and responsive. Michael, the local property manager was a pleasure to deal with. He was very communicative in getting checked in and anything we needed. Other than the weather causing double red flags for the ocean the entire week we had a great stay!

The condo has a beautiful view of the pool and the ocean. It was very clean and has been recently updated. The beds are very comfortable. It is close to stores and amenities as well as several restaurants and things to do. We would definitely rent it again. : ) The only negatives are the kitchen is definitely a one person at a time kitchen. The dryer really needs a new lint catcher. Due to the fact that the rental cost of 2 chairs and an umbrella are $70.00 a day +.. I wish that they would provide a couple of beach chairs and maybe an umbrella.

The condo was perfect for our family of 4. Great location. The property manager was super kind and easy to reach. We had an issue that we needed a late check out and he quickly accommodated our situation. My husband felt the cleaning crew could have done a little better in the bathrooms. The property is beautiful. Staff everywhere willing to help. Overall would definitely go back and stay in this condo!

Larry and Michael are very professional, and easy to communicate and work with. My wife and I enjoy staying at the Edgewater. Michael is the best, very responsive to anything you need. Larry responds right away as well. We enjoy our stay and will be back next year. Thank you Larry and Michael.

Liked the resort, the room was comfortable, nice location. After reading other reviews we were expecting some issues and didn't come across any big ones. Lint trap in dryer is tiny and you need to clean it regularly to get the dryer to work properly. Make sure to bring paper towels, trash bags and dish soap as there are two rolls of TP per bath for the week, 2 trash bags per receptacle and 1 roll of paper towel. No dish soap, or sponges to hand wash with. The light bulb over the dining room table was replaced with a "non dimming" light bulb, barely turns on and doesn't provide any usable light. Minor cosmetic issues. Beds were comfortable. Resort map shows an arcade on premise.... it is no longer there and resort is apparently too cheap to print new maps ( was told by site security it hasn't been there in at least 2 years), gym membership on the resort is 50$ per week/room. We found a nice gym down the road Fitness Junky, that was about the same and had a lot more.... No life guards on duty.... but tons of guys running around yelling at kids for bringing balls and pool toys into the pool at the lagoon pool. Nobody at any of the other pools so things were a little out of control there. Would stay again at this resort/room.

Some things were exaggerated, furniture is very old, condo needed upgrading, bedding is old, walls need paint, said there was a Keurig machine, none to be found, Not enough silverware(only 4 table knives) butcher knives were very dull, And then there were the bugs. We sprayed twice with bug bombs, the exterminator came and we still had bugs. Asked for a re-spray, never showed up. still had some bugs toward the end of our stay. View was great, beach is awesome, but the hot tub and 1 pool were out of order the whole stay, as was one elevator..Your description says the lagoon pool is actually 3 pools, not 1. and it wasn't heated. security was good. Michael was awesome, great help, responded to everything except the bugs. The clothes dryer definitely needs the lint filter blown out, it has to be plugged pretty bad, takes forever to dry our clothes.

The property manager (Michael) went above and beyond to help our stay be more enjoyable. I also left something in the condo and Michael is keeping it until I can drive back to PCB and get it. He is the best! Value for money paid - outstanding.

I rent at least twice a year at Edgewater this was the worse condo I have rented there. No tv the first day because password had been changed. Ice maker not working properly. Dryer not working well. Sofas were nasty. Shower curtain falling off and mold around the bottom. Very little lighting in 2nd bedroom.

We had such an amazing time at this condo I can’t say enough about the gorgeous ocean views and the view of the pool below our balcony.. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen had everything we could possibly need. We have already booked for next year. I can’t begin to say enough about Michael our contact who was amazing and answered every question we asked and was there with anything we needed ASAP. There was karaoke Friday nights at the poolside which was a lot of fun. We enjoyed many restaurants in the area one of our favorites was American Charlie which you could actually walk to from the condo. We can’t wait to come back next year

Was the best beach trip for sure. A little dated but still very nice. House cleaning does need to dust but we worked around it. Also need to add a can opener. We will stay here again!!!!!

Property desperately needs new furniture. I covered it, and didn’t sit at the island or table. Furniture is old and soiled. Beds were new & amazing. There was one towel for the kitchen. The management, and owner were nice and accommodating. Just wish the unit was a little cleaner and updated for the money we paid.

Enjoyed our stay at your place. Other than just a little issue with cable box going out, the stay was wonderful.

The location was well worth the money. I will stay here again. The property manager was accessible for a problem and he stayed in touch to make sure everything was good. I love this place and I'll stay here again. Thank you !

Awesome place

Property was dated, kitchen utensils were limited, sliding glass door difficult to open, food disposal not working. Shower not work in master bathroom, drain in other bathroom would backup very slow to drain. Nice view of main pool & beach. Beds were very comfortable. Unit was clean. Decided not to bother manager with any issues just enjoy our vacation.

A whole group of friends all had condos in the complex for spring break. Ours was by far the most beat up and dirty and we all paid similar money. It worked fine for the week, but we were disappointed in the overall condo. Stains on couches, walls banged up, mold on shower curtain, just gross, Moths flying around, just not good.

Overall stay was great, the pools and Edgewater in general are very nice. The condo was ok. I would recommend new shower curtains and liners, they were mildew covered. The first thing I noticed upon getting there was what I assume was a cockroach in the kitchen and then when I saw the roach spray under the sink, I was pretty sure that's what it was. The couch was dirty looking, we covered it with a sheet while there. Other than those things, which we dealt with, Edgewater would be considered a great place to vacation.

Couldn't have been happier. Everything was excellent. Resort is clean and people are friendly. Our contact Mike was super and got right back to us with any questions we had. Everything was as expected. The Oceans was a great place to eat as well as surrounding restaurants. We have already booked for next year.

Very nice condo! Had everything we needed. Edgewater is our favorite resort. Love the pools and easy access to beach. We will definitely book this one again!
