Beautiful home and location, it was great being right on the beach and the views where gorgeous . The showers were nice and spacious. our family had 4 adults 3 teenagers and one kid . enough space for every to spread out and be comfortable .

House has a great location, very nice living Room for all to gather. Kitchen has all the essentials. Great outdoor Patio, super easy access to the beach. Nice rooms, AC working at perfection. Bathrooms working at perfection. Overall is a well maintained property, and property manager is available at any time for any inquires you might have. We enjoy our stay at all time.

Good communication and easy process.

Everything about this place was perfect for us. Our family enjoyed our time together on the beach, while staying away from the crowds and the television during the covid19 pandemic. We were able to make the best of the situation.

Very nice home. Was located directly on the beach. The home is well set up. Plenty of space for everyone. The patio is wonderful for viewing sunsets and watching for dolphins. The only thing that that needs to be replaced/repaired is the kitchen faucet.

Would have been nice to have a kayak or two and sand toys

The accommodations where safe, clean and very comfortable. We will definitely be back. Beautiful sunsets, walks on the beach, grilling and margaritas on the deck. Firepit on the deck was our favorite place too be at sunset into the night. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

We all had a great time. We have14 in our family ranging ages18 up to 80! Kids had a blast, not to far from town! Grandmas & Grandpas loved the property. We had plenty of space for all of us! The house is beautiful and the beach is amazing!!

Playa Acadia is the place to be if you want a private getaway. You have the beach to yourself. Not many rocks as in other places along the beach, perfect for swimming and for the kids to find and collect shells when the tide is low. Not far from el malecón or playa Bonita. Would definitely come back for our annual family vacations.

Our stay was great the location, the house and the ocean. We enjoyed everyday walked the beach each day. We were able to cook most of our meal at the house but ate a couple in town just a short drive. We did get some shrimp in town to put on the grill and it was out standing. plenty of room for 8 of us. We will be back when we have another family gathering.

My family and I rented this home for our summer vacation and we all had a great relaxing time! Communication with Carolyn was amazing and she answered any questions I had beforehand. Se did have a hard time finding the home because based off the map on the listing it was not in the same place. The beach was clean and not as rocky as other parts in the area so that was really nice! We weren't too far from town so we could easily go in and restock on food and drinks as needed. The beverage fridge was a plus for our group. I would suggest purchasing toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags as there wasn't much available for us for the entire week. The area was quiet and we saw tourists in all of the houses surrounding us also on vacation. We often saw security making rounds through the neighborhood and also the beach as well which was reassuring. All in all this house was amazing and I would definitely stay here again!! Thanks Carolyn!
