The location can’t be beat! It is only a few feet to get to the gondola, snowmass village stores and restaurants! It was also great to have a parking spot for the car all week. The response from the owner was helpful and prompt. I would gladly stay here again!

Great location at base of gondola. Needed some minor repairs. Some lights did not work properly, balcony door does not lock, etc. Would stay again.

Very good instructions for parking and condo access. Extremely comfortable and clean unit with well furnished kitchen. Appreciated having basic supplies, like coffee filters, furnished. Great access to Snowmass and Aspen.

First time with VBRO. Great building. Fantastic location. Huge Ski locker right next to the door which open up to a direct view of the gondola. We traveled with a 4 &8 year old kids. Our 4 year old was in ski school around the corner at tree house. Parking was heated in the lower level parking lot. Overall nice place with the best location.

This property is perfect and extremely high end. It's location couldn't be better, literally just a few yards from the Elk gondola in the center of Snowmass Village. We had daily room service, which was flawless.
Property manager is hands on and communication was extremely efficient, from booking to check-out.
Will certainly try to stay here again next season!

Comfortable and inviting in a convenient Snowmass location. I spent 9 days hiking and enjoying all that the local area had to offer. Roget was very accommodating and helpful with directions. A great experience and look forward to doing it again.

This condo has everything you need in more. The extra paper towels, toilet paper, soap, and bath towels were nice. The property is secure and clean. We enjoyed everything! Thank you

Condo was extremely clean upon arrival, Roget was very quick to respond. Super accessible to everything in Snowmass and bus services to Aspen. Condo had everything needed to cook extensive meals. Highly recommended.

Convenient Capitol Peak lodge stay.
This Snowmass base village condo is well equipped, clean and convenient. The owner was extremely helpful in making sure we were comfortable and satisfied with the accommodations. Amazing location to walk around the village and mountain area. Bus system easy to get to Aspen and other mountains. Highly recommend this place.

Lovely condo and awesome location!
We're a family of 4 and we greatly enjoyed our stay. The owner communicates very well prior to arrival and he's easy to contact while you're there, if necessary. The condo was clean and the location is fantastic for skiing - just steps from the gondola and lift. The ice rink and restaurants are a short walk. The giant underground parking is a confusing maze, but the owner gives detailed directions on how to navigate that. Highly recommend!

Beautiful Condo, Excellent Location!
This unit was perfect for my husband and me. Bottle of wine upon arrival :) Had leisurely breakfasts in the condo each morning...even came back a couple days for lunch...that’s how close we were to the gondola. True ski in ski out! Great ski terrain, lots of wonderful dining options. Can’t wait to go back next year!

Amazing ski in ski out condo
Lovely ski in ski out condo apartment. Decently size for a family of 4. Full size kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals. Village is awesome. Kids enjoyed game lounge, ice skating, s’mores and many more. The best thing is it’s all free. They spent hours in the village after skiing everyday. Condo is clean, comfy and quiet. Highly recommended!

Snowmass puts you so close to all the valley. And the apartment was a fantastic location in Snowmass. Two. thumbs up for quality and service

Great condo right on the mountain
We had a great stay at Snowmass. The condo is a great size for a couple and the access was as-advertised, a 30 second walk to the elk gondola. Parking was right downstairs and easy. There are two hot tubs that are a little less hot than I'd prefer but still fine for us. All in all a great experience.

Convenient and clean property
Our original 5th floor condo was 30 feet away from the MAJOR construction project in Snowmass Village. Our agent was able to move us to the opposite side which was very quiet. The property was clean, well furnished, roomy for 2 people. The kitchen was very adequate, we had a large bathroom, and a deck with a nice view. Two nice things were the washer/dryer and daily maid service. The property is within steps of Snowmass Village shops and restaurants, and the rental includes private garage parking. We would recommend this condo to friends and family.

Great location at the bottom of Snowmass. You are literally right next to the gondola, ski rental and restaurants! The condo is very nice and cozy. Great views! We plan to book this condo again soon!

We travelled with a 1.5yr old toddler, and we couldnt have asked for a better place to spend our vacation ! It was absolutely perfect. I will certainly recommend this place to others as well. Thanks Roget !!

We have been traveling to Snowmass for the last several years and have stayed in various condos/hotels throughout. This is our 2nd time at Capitol Peak and this condo was by far the best location. You walk out the door and the gondola is directly in front of you. The condo was spacious for my family of 3, and was in perfect condition. Roget was extremely prompt in communicating with me, and was so kind to leave us a bottle of wine after our long, early morning journey. Additionally, we had a late flight out on the return, and he allowed us to check out very late on that day. The 18 inches on arrival was fabulous too! Thank you, Roget, for everything!!! We will be in touch next year to do it all again!

Perfect Condo on a Perfect Mountain
I can't say enough about the location and accommodations of this rental. We come to Snowmass every year and this is by far our favorite place to stay. From the great location in base village to the deck views of elk grazing on the mountain, we had a wonderful, magical time. The 2+ feet of snow was icing on the cake.
