We were so happy to find this Penthouse Villa and were so happy with our stay. The Villa is exactly as described and pictured but even more beautiful. What a wonderful location to spend our dream vacation with our family. This resort had everything you would need to enjoy your time on Oahu! Huge thank you and shoutout to Sherry for her prompt responses to our questions and to Neal for his expertise is showing us around the resort. Our family was able to enjoy the entire island knowing that we would be coming home each evening to relax in a spectacular villa! Mahalo!

The views from the balcony are incredible. We spent every night out on the balcony. The beaches are not crowded. Numerous food options are within a 15-minute walking distance. Sherry responded in less than a minute when I sent a text about the washing machine. It was a great experience.

We couldn’t be happier with the unit and the complex. The unit had everything we needed and was very clean with a nice view of the ocean. The property was impressive. We enjoyed the pool (peaceful) and that they had grills as we cooked in two nights (the restaurants can be a little expensive). We would definitely consider staying there again.

While on a short chemo break, I gathered 2 good friends for a last minute trip to Ko'Olina. It was everything I hoped for. The balcony looks out onto a beautiful lagoon and beach which was never crowded. The condo was nicely furnished and the furniture on the balcony was very comfortable. The only small issue was the phone charging outlets did not work well. Highly recommend!

This was about as ideal as possible. Sherry and Neal were very helpful leading up to our stay and in getting us oriented. The property was clean and had everything we needed. The snorkel gear was a little worse for wear and didn’t fit most of us, but it was easy to buy/rent others, so it wasn’t a big deal. Being on the lagoon is perfect! We drove to other beaches but all agreed that ours was the best. We will definitely recommend this property and visit again!

The communication with the property manager (Sherry) started as soon as we put down our deposit. All of my questions were answered quickly and it really put my mind at ease. Arrival day came and check in was quick and easy. The Condo was clean and as pictured. It had everything we needed from extra blankets to beach equipment. Little things like night lights lighting the hallway were such a nice touch. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were HUGE. Getting 2 little kids off the beach and cleaned up without getting sand everywhere was made so much easier with all the space. I had trouble figuring out the washing machine and Sherry was quick to respond and help me out. The view from the balcony was incredible. Sitting out there after dinner and relaxing was usually the highlight of the day.

Great location and very comfortable condo. Excellent unobstructed view of the ocean and sunsets. Situated between the Marriott, Disney Resort and the Four Seasons. Across the street from the wonderful Ko’Olina Golf Course. Played several rounds.
Check-in process was seamless. Sherry met my wife and I when we arrived and along with Neal, physically helped us move in. I actually had my golf clubs shipped directly from Colorado to Sherry (property manager). She had them in the condo when we arrived. Overall, a great vacation!!

We had a wonderful time in this penthouse. The accommodations were luxurious, quiet and extremely well organized. Very nicely appointed décor, with everything you might need. You even get your own elevator stop! We enjoyed the balcony - what a view! The pictures are representative of the property, and the manager was super responsive and considerate. Upon arrival, we were greeted with a variety of snacks, plenty of cold beverages, and even a birthday cake (belated birthday celebration)!. We needed a late check-out and Sherry was able to accommodate us. Highly recommend this property and location! Mahalo!

Our family (3 adults and 3 kids under 12) had an amazing time here. The hosts made checking in and getting settled super easy. The property itself is lovely and well equipped with everything we could have needed and then some. We enjoyed the beach and pool daily and even got to feed the Koi a few times. We can't wait to stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay. The unit was exactly as advertised. Our four adults and one child slept great. The amenities were perfect. (I highly recommend using the grills in the pool area, we had a great "pool/beach" party one night.)
The location is amazing. Great for families. Close to Disney and other resorts to take advantage of their restaurants/activities, but separate enough that you feel peaceful and able to rest.
The property manager helped make our stay very memorable. She was very communicable. Also left sweet little touches for our daughter and my parents who were there celebrating their golden anniversary.
If we ever return to Oahu, we will definitely stay again.

From the moment we arrived Sherry and Neal were amazing! They went above and beyond to make our stay great. The villa was beautiful, beyond what we expected. The pictures show just a glimpse of what the place looks like, but in person all I can say is "Wow"! The online pictures don't do it justice. If you are looking for a relaxing getaway, this is it!

The property is beautiful, quiet and relaxing. The view from the deck was beautiful and it was large enough for our whole family (5 of us) to enjoy. We would definitely recommend it to anyone. We would love to come back some day.

One of the best places we’ve ever stayed! Spotless, beautiful, so well-stocked and fabulous view. Everything you need for a comfortable trip to the pool, to the beach - chairs, towels, cooler, hats, sunscreen, pool toys. You will love this place. We’ll be back.

Very nice accommodation. Clean. Very well equipped kitchen. Large lanai with comfortable furniture. Bed linens were a bit “tired”. Sweeping ocean view. Great sunsets. Lovely grounds and pool area. Always a lounge available when we were there. Property manager very attentive and responsive to our needs.

Beautiful location and the lagoon in front is not as busy as the other lagoons. Pool bar prices are ridiculously expensive. Highly recommend bring your own beverage and food. Grills are available and the unit has a full kitchen! Great relaxing environment!

This property/unit was amazing and had everything covered to make an amazing vacation! Sherry was great and very timely in any responses. The unit included all the beach gear you can think of (beach chairs, sand toys, boogie boards, snorkeling gear, cooler, etc ). Target and Costco were less than 10 minutes away. We swam with a sea turtle in the lagoon and saw monk seals almost daily! We are already planning our next trip back!

This property was even better than we expected! The views were amazing & the accommodation was well equipped. We aren’t beach goers but there was everything available that a family would need for a day at the beach. The property manager was so helpful & it was so nice to be greeted when we arrived. We had a wonderful time in this unit in the Beach Villas at Ko Olina! It has everything you’ll need, the decor is beautiful, the lanai is comfortable with incredible views!
The resort was relatively full, but it didn’t feel that way. Finding pool chairs was never a problem. The grounds are beautifully maintained and so pretty.
The owners have stocked the unit with all kinds of things…beach chairs, sand wagon, snorkel gear, floaties, the list goes on!

We have stayed in the Beach Villas multiple times and without question, this property is our absolute favorite! The condo is beautifully furnished, with updated decor (unlike many of the other condos), and the owner has truly thought of everything a guest would possibly need. (they even have lanyards for holding room keys while away from the condo!)
There's plenty of beach equipment, the kitchen is well furnished, the outdoor furniture is super comfy, the mattresses are not worn out like in other units, and if there was ever a problem, the property manager is extremely responsive and very easy to work with.
Of all the units we've stayed in, this one is by far our favorite! We actually arrange our travel based on when this property is available. I would give this one 10 stars if I could!

We moved away from Hawaii several years ago
and stay here every time we go back to rejuvenate. Ursula and Sherry are dreams to work with and the unit feels like home.
Fab views,gym,kitchen.
Not a Waikiki type stay which is a good thing to us.
The surrounding area has grown to include restaurants, Costco and any needs close by.
We lived in the area and still love it after it’s growth.

I absolutely loved my stay in this Villa; Ursula and Sherry were extremely accommodating and made sure I had everything needed for an incredible vacation. The Villa itself was clean and spacious with all the amenities needed for my 8 night stay. The grounds were clean and the pool areas and gym were amazing.
I plan to return next year and plan to stay in this same Villa again!

We had a wonderful stay at the Beach Villas in Ko Olina. We highly appreciate the detailed tour from Sherry. She was very informative including the places to eat in Ko 'Olina. It has the best views of all the places we've stayed in Hawaii. The condo is well equipped with everything we need including boogie boards. The panoramic view is simply spectacular. Love the pool options for the quiet and lagoon pools. We can listen to the live music from our balcony on Fridays. It was a very relaxing stay away from the crowds of the resorts. Will definitely stay here again. For those who have rental cars, highly recommend Shaka Oahu guide app for guided tours to North Shore and around Waikiki. It has the option to start from Ko'Olina.
