When you walk in you will not be disappointed. It's an absolutely beautiful condo with an even more beautiful view. The unit has been fully W down to small details like a toothpick. There's a nice view of the pool from the deck so our son and daughter could go down alone while I could still check on them. We hope to stay again next year!

Great location…comfortable…

From check in to check out this great condo was all it said it was. Clean well stocked in every way from beach supplies, towels, cookware, dishes! Great views from our balcony seeing dolphins every morning, a manatee one day, and perfect sunsets! It was a perfect stay!

Everything was great and then some. We were pleasantly surprised by things like beach umbrellas, quality knives, Tupperware, baggies, ice maker, comfy beds, great hair straightener, and big smart tv. Would stay again!

Everything about this rental is spot on, from the view to the amenities. Owner was easy to work with (although I had no issues). Unit had all the essentials and then some! The one elevator was out of commission, but we just used the other one or took the stairs. So close to the beach and we really enjoyed St John’s Pass…especially the “Bamboo Beach Bar”. Highly recommend Crabby’s :)

We had wonderful time despite a mandatory evacuation from a hurricane. Very clean condo facing the beautiful beach. Had all you needed for the beach/ pool... towels & umbrellas were great. Keith was very helpful with our requests and responded fairly quickly. Awsome being right across the street from John's Pass for food, shopping etc! And the little bar at the end of John's Pass has great music every night with food & drinks. Fun bar staff as well at the little bar... Great time for all of us!

My family and I really enjoyed our stay in this condo near John's Pass. We would definitely recommend it.

If your only concern is the view and you’re not concerned about cleanliness, this is the place for you. Be prepared to wash dishes by hand, cuz the dishwasher will not clean your dishes. Look inside and decide for yourself. The furniture is very dirty. Thank goodness there was extra sheets to cover the couch. The washing machine smells of mold and had hair in it. The towels, well what can I say. Be prepared to overcome and adapt. In the end the view is very beautiful…but the condo is in desperate need of an update.

The condo is in a convenient location with Johns Pass across the street and a beautiful view of the ocean from the balcony. There are lots of restaurants nearby also. The condo was clean and has great beach chairs and a new umbrella!

This is my new favorite condo on the Gulf. Been coming for years. Best beach & location so far. Condo was clean. Building safety measure are great for some traveling alone. Beach was awesome. Localed accross the street from John's Pass. Have already book for next year.

Absolutely no complaints. Great unit but a couple very minor suggestions. Nice beach chairs & gear in room but both umbrellas are broke. Living room couch and loveseat need deep clean or probably replaced. Will definitely return to this unit.

The owners need to improve this property. When paying such a hefty price for a month you should not experience smelly, uncomfortable living room furniture. The pillows and towels need to be replaced. The unit was wiped down but certainly not clean, gobs of hair in shower drains, on toilet top and in sinks. Hand and finger prints all over. The disposal side of the sink had rotting food in it when we arrived. The filter on dishwasher has never been cleaned. Washer machine leaks water, refrigerator filter needs replacement. Both fans provided were caked with dust, we have to vacuum them clean in order to use. Some of the remote controls didn’t have batteries. This unit could be spectacular with a few improvements. The view is amazing.

What a great location! Views outstanding. Clean and covered parking. We stayed a month and could have stayed even longer. Host was helpful and responded to us right away. Easy to check in and out.

Great location. Best balcony overlooking the gulf. Everything you need is there.

This condo at Madeira Norte is just as advertised. Awesome view of the gulf from the balcony. There were a few minor problems but the owner took care of them quickly. Right across the street from John's pass which has many shops and restaurants and boat tours. The elevator was one of the smallest I've ever seen. All in all you can't go wrong renting this condo. We will be back again.

If your looking for a place right on the beach with a prefect balcony view of the Gulf plus the convivence of John's Pass directly across the street this is the place for you. I ama Native Floridian and stayed at many many places on Treasure Island and Madera Beach over the years and hands down this is a place we will definitely be coming back to. The space was just right for my family of four. Loved that the condo already had beach chairs, umbrellas and inner tubes for the gulf. So much easier than lugging all of it or buying it once you get there. We loved it!!!

Condo was very nice, great view and had a lot of extra beach items so you didn’t need to buy anything. Would definitely rent this condo again.

The elevator is tiny, but workable. Only issue we had was a missing agitator in the washing machine which ruined several of my husband's fishing shirts. We found the agitator in a kitchen drawer, reinstalled it, and didn't have further issues.

Great location! Kitchen well equipped, they even had a crock pot that we used! Provided a bunch of beach chairs and umbrellas. We enjoyed our stay here and would definitely recommend it!
