To start, we have stayed in multiple places and this is among the cleanest we have ever seen. There was not a speck of dust anywhere. The place was beautiful throughout. The kitchen was FULLY stocked. The dining area was comfortable, although we hardly used it because we were always eating out on the balcony looking at the beach. The beds were comfortable. Everything was new. The TV has cable, but you can bring your streaming device to connect. Having a cabana reserved for guests on the beach was fantastic... but for those more comfortable with an upright beach chair, or for parties with more people, they have all that stuff too. This is the perfect setup for people who may have some difficulty walking too far on the sand. A few steps and you're under an umbrella in paradise! Back inside, we were impressed with how well stocked the place is with all manner of little baggies, face tissue, paper towels, laundry soap -- all the stuff rental guests usually have to run out to the store to get. The property managers checked in with us to make sure things were going well, and were very responsive to questions. They call this property "our happy place." And once you've stayed, you'll say it's yours too.

We rented this for a getaway with our best friends. We were able to relax and enjoy the whole week. Weather abd views were absolutely perfect. The condo was perfect with so many extras and thoughtfulness that made ut so much more. The games were great fun in the evening. I absolutely loved the stay and the hosts were amazing. Even checked in midweek to make sure all was well. We would love to stay here again

This condo is fantastic! Large family group booked several condos in Las Brisas, and I was smart enough to pick THIS ONE! Kitchen was well stocked with plates/bowls, glassware, cookware, cooking tools, and even basic spices (and we're cooks). Other condos were skimpy. This kitchen even had decent knives, which never happens in rental properties. All TP, paper towels, foil, dish detergent, laundry detergent, etc. stocked for a week's stay. (Other condos had barely enough supplies to last 2 days. Who wants to buy laundry detergent to do 2 or 3 loads?). This condo came with beach towels for us to use. (Other condo owners suggested going to Walmart). This condo came with sand chairs, an umbrella and pool noodles, *in addition* to the rental beach chairs included. (Other condos had broken chairs, no umbrellas). Do you see where I'm going with this?! We scored the **best** condo! Chris and Marian were immediately responsive to any questions. Great restaurants located just across the street. Easy access to stairwell, when we didn't want to wait for the elevator. Only criticism is lack of guest parking (there is ZERO), so our local friends visiting us for lunch had nowhere to park. But, we **were** forewarned and worked around it. I parked down the block at public parking area, and guest used our single pkg spot for the afternoon. Easy peasy. Yes, we'll be back again and I will be sure to book The Happy Place early for myself!

Great property for a family beach stay. - stocked kitchen - shaded patio after a day in the sun - full size washer and dryer - beach lounger included (great home base) - walkable restaurants - no need for a rental car if you’re in for a short stay Would recommend and stay again!

The area is not crowded, within walking distance to several restaurants and gift shops. The beach is beautiful, close to the water. The unit is big and spacious, updated and has absolutely everything you would need. All you need to bring is your clothes and food. Wonderful! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We vacationed here in mid May and had such a wonderful experience! The property was clean and very well stocked. Maureen and Walter have gone above and beyond to make sure their guests feel at home and have everything they need. The beach and local area was quiet and laid back. We enjoyed exploring some of the local areas but also took a couple days to travel to the larger touristy cities like Clearwater, St Pete’s and Tampa. We struggled a bit with the lock pad on the door one evening but the host was quick to help fix the issue (we accidentally disengaged the lock). They were lovely and so sweet from check in to check out. We have definitely discussed coming back to this unit and have recommended to family. Pack light because the unit has everything you need for a great trip and if you’re out in the water be sure to swim out to the sandbars to see all of the live sand dollars!

We had a wonderful stay at this condo. The hosts truly look after the guests to make this a Happy Place while you're on vacation.The amenities are unbelievable, too many to mention. They honestly think of everything. They even have rain ponchos in case of inclement weather. The location is awesome. The pool is kept very clean. The beach is beautiful. There are great restaurants close by. We hated to leave! Many thanks to the hosts for making this a Happy Place to visit.

This property was beautiful! My husband and I and our daughters 13,11,11 stayed at the end of July and had such a nice time. Having the 2 beach chairs and umbrella was wonderful and made going to the beach easy not having to lug everything. We enjoyed exploring Madeira, St.Pete and Treasure Island. Jet skied at Johns Pass, mini golfed, went to a Rays game, and had great dinners at restaurants on the beach as well. Our favorite excursion was with St. Pete Coastal Cruises. The island sunset and skyway light show. Amazing!! Thanks Maureen for sharing your home with us. One thing that can use a little TLC are the shower heads and handles. Thanks!

This place was in a very convenient location. The condo itself was very nice.

My wife and I honeymooned in Madeira Beach in and had the opportunity to take our 2 year old toddler on his first beach vacation. The condo was excellent. We enjoyed having a balcony that overlooked the pool and beach. We used the provided grill one day for lunch. We spent many of the mornings in the provided cabanas before cooling off in the pool. The condo was well equipped with many kitchen necessities. The plus of a Pack N Play was great for our toddler to sleep in so we didn’t have to pack our own. Will be keeping this one bookmarked for future trips.

We thoroughly enjoyed our week away in this condo. The condo is just as pictured. It has everything you could possibly need for a weeks stay at the beach plus more! The kitchen is fully stocked and even has paper towels, baggies, foil, salt and pepper, basic spices, dishwashing liquid and dishwasher pods. I consider this an added bonus! I loved that the bathrooms are stocked with hand soap and that there are cozy soft blankets provided throughout the condo. Outside of the condo being beautifully decorated, well stocked, and in a prime location, the cabana rental for the week was probably the best added bonus! I didn’t realize how nice it was to have this until I got to enjoy it for a week. You will find happiness here for sure!

This was our first experience with VRBO, or anything like it, and we absolutely loved every moment. This beautiful condo instantly felt like our home away from home. The location was perfect, and I loved the residential feel vs. the touristy feel you get in some spots. The beach was never overly crowded, and the beach chairs/umbrella was such a huge bonus--not too many other condos offer this! We came during a bit of a storm (thankfully a hurricane did not develop), but it didn't matter. There were games waiting to be played inside the condo. The grocery stores are in such close proximity so you're not wasting a ton of time driving for your food items when you first arrive. The beds were comfortable. John's Pass is literaly a five minute drive, and there was plenty of places within walking distance. We were able to relax from the get go, and definitely wish we could rewind the clock so we could do it all over again!

Condo is absolutely beautiful! Large living area and plenty of space in the bedrooms. The decor is just perfect for the beach. Everything you need is there in the condo. Definitely check in before taking a trip to the store. Shopping and restaurants are all nearby. Beach chairs on the patio for you to take down to the beach is definitely what I loved the most. Easy communication with the owners. A perfect place to stay at the beach!

My husband and I loved the condo. It was clean and well stocked with everything we needed and more. We used the loungers on the beach which were a wonderful bonus. Sunsets were spectacular. This was the best place we have ever stayed! Location was amazing- close to St. John’s pass and close to the bridge. Everything was close by. The view was amazing-looked right over the pool and beach. Condo was in top notch condition. It was perfect. We traveled with 3 kids and it was the perfect size for them. And tons of space, especially since it rained one day. We all relaxed and had tons of space for all of us. The owners provided everything you needed- shampoos, conditioner, soap, beach toys, beach chairs, life jacket for our toddler, ziplock bags, napkins, etc. you need to stay here! We tried to book next year and it’s already booked!! I can’t blame them! This property is amazing and you will want to come back!

What a beautiful condo! The first floor location is so nice, we loved not having to depend on the elevator. I love how well stocked the entire condo was, you have everything you need here to feel at home. The little things like beach towels, paper towels, cleaning supplies, ziplock bags, chip clips and every kitchen item imaginable. We enjoyed walks on the beach, watching the dolphins swim by and relaxing in the warm gulf. We especially loved the included beach loungers, what a wonderful bonus!
