We enjoyed our 2 months stay at this home in Gold Canyon. It is in a very quiet gated community with access to a beautiful community pool and club house. The home presents as clean and "feels like home" when you walk in the front door. The backyard was blooming with flowers and after putting out food, the hummingbirds were flying! There is so much to see and do in the area including hiking, shopping, festivals, museums and, if you so desire, rodeos and utv riding in the many mountain trials. Laura is such a caring and friendly host and readily addressed the few concerns we had. We would definitely recommend this home and will return ourselves. Keith and Ardis

This was a very nice place to stay, comfortable, quite, Close to everything including Mesa and Phoenix. Lots to see and do. Your host Laura is very nice and accommodating. I highly recommend this home

We had a wonderful five months in our well stocked, comfortable home! Laura, the owner was always available with answers to any of our questions. We spent a lot of time out in the beautiful back yard. Thank you Laura!

Our stay in Gold Canyon was a wonderful experience. The house was lovely and very well supplied. We spent a lot of time in the beautiful private backyard (thank you Covid-19!) enjoying the sun and hummingbirds. Thank you, Laura, for a great winter!

I have stayed at many VRBO properties and this was by far the best yet. The home was fully stocked with linens and kitchen wares. I will miss my peaceful morning coffee in the backyard. Beautiful home and fantastic location. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

We rented this property for four months, and felt right at home. The home was clean, neat, and well appointed with dishes, cookware, linens, and everything necessary for our stay. The gas grill was a nice bonus as I enjoy outdoor cooking. We had a minor plumbing issue (leaking faucet in laundry area) which the owner took care of in a very prompt manner. We have rented in many other areas, and it is seldom that we find property owners this responsive. The views of the Superstition Mountains in the community were awesome. In summary, our stay was very pleasant. So much so that we ended up buying a home of our own, just 1/4 mile away. Can't recommend this property highly enough.

As you know we loved staying at your home.....it was one of our favorite vacations......the beds were very comfortable and had great bedding, kitchen was well stocked....yard was amazing and we also liked the open floor plan. The only thing I miss was an ironing board and iron Hope to stay there again Maggie

My wife and standard poodle and I spent the month of March in this lovely home in Gold Canyon,AZ. Our master bedroom was spacious and had a huge walk-in closet and bath with double vanity. The home was nicely appointed with southwest style art work. My sister-in-law and her husband had their own bedroom and bath and were very comfortable. The office area had a comfortable day bed. The kitchen was well furnished and featured a table that could seat 6. Out on the patio were a table and 6 chairs and 2 zero gravity recliners. Very comfortable for reading. We even gave the fire pit a go the last evening of our stay. The home is only 3 miles from a great grocery store and several good restaurants. We look forward to staying here again.

We just spent 2 months at the home in this listing. Everything about the place was just as the listing says. We enjoyed our stay very much and would highly recommend this home. What a wonderful place to stay if you enjoy hiking also. Drive to the end of Peralta Road and you will find one of the best hikes in Arizona. A hike up to Weavers Needle on the popular Peralta Trail. Laura ( who was just great to work with ) has plenty of books there for all the different hiking trails. I could go on and on about what a great experience this was and how this home was a wonderful place to stay. Thank You to Laura for helping us with our first Snowbird experience
