We had a nice stay at this property. Neil and Paula were kind and responsive. The house was clean, quaint and small and close to some lovely beaches.

I can’t overstate how nice it was having access to multiple beaches within a short drive, and a beach pass that allowed us to explore more than one beach in a day to find the best fit for our family. Even on rainy days we were minutes from Hyannis and Osterville and we’re able to shop, visit the JFK museum, and choose from among several good restaurants. Our kids loved being close to Putt-putt, ice cream, and penny candy at the general store. We loved our clean accommodations, extra linens, access to a washer/dryer, and having a fully functional kitchen. Our hosts were thoughtful and checked in on us to make sure we had everything we needed. We would definitely rebook for another stay.

Wonderful property and phenomenal hosts. The road is a main artery to the beach so a little busy during the day but slows down in the evening and no issues with noise. The cottage is not large but bedrooms spaced apart and a larger kitchen and eating area + the outdoor space makes this a functional space for 2 couples. So wonderful to be able to bring my dog and have a fenced area for us.

Nice home overall, great location (close to all important amenities and beaches), functional appliances, adequate space for 4 people, great outdoor space and super-friendly and welcoming owners - Neil and Paula were great! Would definitely stay there again. Air conditioning units would benefit from an upgrade.

We loved this vacation home! It was very comfortable and very clean! Perfect location near family for a very enjoyable holiday weekend! And we got to take our little furry family member too. It was great to meet the owner when I got there. Very beautiful property! I sure hope we will get the chance to stay there again.

My family and I enjoyed our stay at this property in August. Since we had to travel with our small dog, we were looking for a rental that could accommodate our dog and be close to the beach so we could check on him during the day. We loved the neighborhood and easy access to the beach with beach passes included. It was easy to check in/out and to walk our dog. Good central location to other towns on the cape.

Owners were very helpful and accommodating. Great location but on a busy street so caution to other parents. Proximity to beaches was excellent.

We stayed for Labor Day weekend with our two kids and grandparents. It was a great location, convenient to the beach and everything else we needed. The place itself was comfortable, and the owners were extremely responsive and available to help with any questions or needs. I highly recommend and will come back again if we have the opportunity!

Great vacation spot near lots of cape activities. House was everything we expected and more. (Not having to travel with bedding and bath linens was a great bonus.) Super hosts! Highest possible recommendation.

We enjoyed a brief stay in the area, location was convenient to beach and the apartment had everything we needed. Paula and Neil were very helpful and really easy to deal with.

What a wonderful Cape cottage! It was clean, comfortable and central to everything. 5 min from Craigville Beach and the lake, 3 min walk to the library, playground, Penny Candy Store and Four Seas Ice Cream! The cottage had laundry, an amazing outdoor shower, and all the amenities you need for a relaxing Cape Cod vacation! Neil and his wife couldn’t have been more enjoyable to work with and were such wonderful hosts! Thank you guys for making our visit so special!!

House was the perfect size for a family of 4. It had everything you need. Owners were very communicative and helpful and extremely nice.

This is such a cute place. So clean and efficient. Perfect for walking downtown and to the beach. I spent all my days biking around while the girls hung out at the beach, drove to downtown Hyannis at night and chilled out in the back yard. I love everything about this spot. It does get a little awkward with the owners living on the property but there certainly are pros to that as well.

This property was perfect for our family, a couple with 2 kids (ages 5 and 2). The owners Paula and Neil live nearby and were very responsive. We couldn’t get the bathtub plug to engage and Neil fixed it right away. Also we left some stuff in the dryer and they mailed it back to us priority mail. The beaches are a close drive and there is a playground, general store, and ice cream shop within an easy walk w/ sidewalks. 10/10 would stay again. Highly recommend.

Husband and I were so pleased when we saw the property in person. Always reluctant to pick a place based on pictures. You won’t be disappointed. It was so clean. Beds were comfortable. Neil and Paula even put in the air conditioners as we were to get a 90 degree day. They went out of their way to give us suggestions about local restaurants, beaches, bike trails. Best part was we got to bring our beagle Benny as this is a pet friendly place. The small backyard was just perfect for Benny. And me! I sat outside under the umbrella and did some writing. It was so peaceful. Took Benny on lots of walks through the neighborhood. I felt comfortable and safe the entire time. Kitchen was well stocked. Bright, cozy and airy. No smells! Grill in the backyard which worked like a charm. Outdoor shower which I used just once to rinse beach sand off my feet. Speaking of beaches we frequented 2 in the area. Craigville town beach which is about 3-4 minutes down the road. It was a little too far to walk for me. No dogs allowed on the beach from May-Sept 15th. It was OK but it wasn’t officially open yet. We really liked Sandy Neck beach which is about a 20 minute drive to to north “bayside” of the cape. Softer sand and not as rough. Big patches of stones everywhere. This beach had dog restrictions on 1 end but on the other end (for a price $$$) you can drive your car onto the beach and you can bring your dog. It was a lovely time and very much look forward to returning in the fall!

We had such an amazing time at this location. The host was incredibly responsive with any questions we had, and also left us a lot of great recommendations on local restaurants and things to do. The house with the small fenced in yard was perfect as we came with our two dogs. And the neighborhood around the house was perfect for a quick walk with them. The beach pass was a plus with a beautiful beach just minutes away. And also Hyannis minutes away with amazing restaurants and shops. We highly recommend this property and absolutely would stay again. Thank you Ed!

Excellent location.

The house is a quick drive to Craigville beach, which has great facilities. The fact that the owner provides a beach pass is a huge plus! Parking is expensive and if you’ve ever been to the beach with kids, you know you’ll be in and out a couple of times :) Plenty of towels, gorgeous kitchen, patio. Being pet friendly was also a nice treat and the patio is fenced. Quiet neighborhood; walking distance (or really quick drive) to ice cream. Thank you Ed for a great stay!
