Well appointed studio down the street from Whole Foods. Convenient to everything if you have a car. The bed was comfortable (may be new-ish), no smells, quiet sleeping. Host had thought everything out so guests have everything they could possibly need to function smoothly. Would definitely stay here again.

We loved the property! Everything went smoothly from check in all the way to check out. Clean, cute and everything you needed was there.

Stayed there to go to an event at sofi stadium which was about 7 miles away. Very convenient. Host was great with communication and very accommodating

The apartment was very quiet with double glazed windows we think keeping out the street car noise. Bed was exceptionally comfortable. Air con worked well . Unit was spacious and well supplied : so much better than a hotel room! Sandra was Most helpful and delightful to meet. Recommend.

We were in town for a week and Sandra's place was excellent. Quiet neighborhood close to anything you might need. The place was well stocked, comfortable, clean, and perfect to unwind after a busy day. We will definitely stay again when we are in Los Angeles. Highly recommend.

The property was very comfortable. The host had a lot of thoughtful extras. Great communication with the host. Easy after hours check in. While it is located on a busy street, you don't hear any noise with the AC running.

We had an awesome stay at this place. It has everything you might need. We travelled with a child and had an extra inflatable bed requested. When we arrived everything was set up and very welcoming! Most of the attractions we wanted to go to were in 20min driving distance. Having a parking spot made it very easy to return late with no headache about where to park. We explored the are and had a lot of fun. Impressed by the city our best memories will be the super bloom in the Antelope Vally about an hour drive away! Thank you Sandra for having us.

You will need a car but it is convenient to all LA attractions and beaches. Lovely neighborhood and it was great being across the street from a park. I even got to join a Zumba class over the weekend.! Sandra is a great host. Good communication. Check in process was easy. Just note it is a 2nd floor.

This pace was amazing. It has a small kitchen, small livingroom area and very comfortable bed. It was perfect for my stay. The owner was very nice and easy to contact. I hope to stay here again when in LA:)

This house is lovely and perfect for two people. The apartment is comfortable and well equipped. There's even a washer and dryer. The kitchen is fantastic and well stocked with equipment. Although small, is is very well set up. Sandra, the host, is wonderful. We'll definitely stay here again if we find ourselves in LA. The neighborhood and location were perfect for our needs.

Beautiful, private apartment in a very quiet, safe neighborhood with on site parking. Tastefully decorated, comfortable bed, a well stocked kitchen and you have your own washer and dryer. Sandra has thought of everything you need for your stay. Loved the fireplace, so romantic! Sandra was great, welcoming us with open arms and lots of information. We stay in Santa Monica a lot and this is by far the best place we have stayed in and will be where we stay from now on! Rent this apartment, you will not be disappointed!

I live in OC, but needed something close to LAX to reunite with a friend I hadn't seen in about thirty years who currently lives in Ghana. It was a beautiful little studio that had everything we needed to order delicious Thai food from Door Dash, throw on our PJs, turn on the fire and catch up over a hot cup of coffee. Thank you, Sandra, for having the perfect little setup for this to happen!

Check in was contactless and super easy. The unit is bright, comfortable and clean. The kitchen was great too, we baked a desert and side dish for our Thanksgiving meal with family in nearby Venice. We had a question or two along the way and Sandra responded right away. Would recommend to other potential guests and we will be back. Thank you Sandra.

The propert is extremely well-equipped, clean and lovely. Sandra was clear and kind whenever we connected throughout our booking and stay. It looks like she has a lot of experience with renting the space out, I could not name a single thing a person would be missing during their stay. I have to mention that she has some construction going on in the garage over which the studio is located and I really appreciated her informing us at the time of booking and offering the possibility of cancellation if we thought it would bother us (we are early risers, the crew started later than we got up, so no problem). The location is also great, but of course you need to have a car to easily get around (I guess as for everyone in LA). The left side of the driveway serves as the guest parking space. We absolutely loved staying here!

This property is just as advertised. Great location near LAX and close to freeways for easy access to the entire LA metro. The property was spotless when we arrived and instructions were clear and easy to understand. The kitchen had everything needed for our stay and the grocery store was nearby. This will be our place to stay if we ever come back to LA.

We simply loved this place! It was so convenient to get to the places we wanted to visit! We loved being able to “ come home” each night and get ready for out next day! Loved having the use of a kitchen and relaxing living area space too! We look forward to coming back to visit and stay!

Sandra's studio was truly amazing . Very clean and well stocked with every amenity needed for a getaway vacation. Centrally located in a quiet safe area. Very close to the beaches and all the tourist attractions. Will definitely come back and stay here again .

We stayed in Sandra’s very clean, quiet and conveniently located studio while visiting our daughter in LA. With garage parking, nearby metro, easy freeway access and bike lines this is an affordable choice for visiting attractions all over LA. Sandra was responsive and attentive when we had questions and went out of her way to let us check-in early. Whole Foods is within walking distance and the kitchen pantry is well stocked with spices and quality cookware. Without hesitation we would stay with Sandra again.

Check in directions were perfect. Location was convenient to everything we wanted to do. Secure and private entrance. We will definitely stay again.

Our stay at Sandra's efficiency apt. was very pleasant, quiet, well located for us, near our grandchildren, and overall extremely comfortable. Sandra is a responsive and lovely host, and made sure she attended to all our needs. This is our second visit, and not our last!

We truly enjoyed staying in Sandra’s unit!! It was super clean and had all the amenities for a very comfortable stay. We would definately book again.

Let me start off by saying 5 stars aren’t enough for rating this place. My boyfriend and I went to LA for a few days just to relax and take a few days away from our business and Sandra’s studio was the perfect getaway. It is so clear that special attention and care was taken to make sure that every area was fully stocked. Not a single accessory left behind. The balcony was a nice private area to enjoy the beautiful weather. Even being right above the garage you still feel like you’re staying in a whole place by yourself AND you can’t even hear a single noise from the garage door. Never in my life have a heard (or should I say not heard) a door that quiet! We were only 15 minutes from the airport, lots of grocery stores and restaurants were less than a 5-8 minute drive away, and there’s a park right across the street! Check in and check out was seamless and all the instructions were transparent, simple, and spot on. IF YOU EVER COME TO LA / SANTA MONICA STAY HERE AND DON’T GIVE IT A SECOND THOUGHT! SERIOUSLY!!!!!!
