Great place to hold a birthday event since close to everything and great neighborhood. The place was perfect for a girls trip and had multiple bathrooms and places to sleep I would stay again if I visit new Orleans again

Excellent location - quiet and safe neighborhood but minutes from the French Quarter and everything else you want to be near. Beautiful house. Mattresses on most of the beds were extremally hard - master bed was comfy but no bath off of this bedroom. No dishwasher (not a big deal) and washing machine was moldy and we didn't feel comfortable using. Property manager contacted us to make sure all was well and leave his contact info on day one. Didn't discover issue with washer til the next day - did not contact due to busy plans. .I'm sure they would have resolved the issue.

Layout of house is not good in relation to bathrooms and bedrooms. Home needs updating as there we’re some problems areas with the flooring, windows, and laundry equipment was not maintained well. TV use was not a priority, but better instructions to get them to work would have been nice. To use the upstairs, the wrought iron stairs we’re kind of scary at night and the front porch needs replacing. Home was clean and the neighborhood seemed safe and close to lots of things. Loved CC’s coffee shop a block away. Would I rent again, maybe but for the price I expected more. Jason was available when needed the most so no complaints there.

My friends and I went to New Orleans for a bachelorette party. House was as described, and the location was great. The communication between property manager was great too.

Truly our family had an amazing time, as we celebrated the commencement exercise for My Goddaughter and Great Neice. Very comfortable and extremely clean with accommodations for 10 people comfortably.

We really enjoyed our stay. Property Mgr was very responsive. Beds were comfortable and wi-fi was very strong. It is a renovated old home so it has old house quirks - squeaky floors, crooked doors and the porch is tilted hard but it was a great choice for us and we would recommend it.

This is a wonderful place to spend several days in New Orleans. The property has lots of character and is very comfortable. Our group of 8 had lots of room. It's in a picturesque Mid-City neighborhood of charming homes and lush landscaping. Neighborhood restaurants, coffee shops, grocery stores, and bars are 2-4 blocks away. City Park and the lovely Bayou St. John are nearby. The central New Orleans location means virtually all N.O. attractions (French Quarter, Frenchman Street, Superdome, Uptown, Lakefront, etc.) are a quick Uber or taxi away. You can bring or rent a bicycle as the Esplanade bike lanes make bike travel easy. We will definitely be staying here again in the future.

This was a great place to stay. It was a short drive to the to the French Quarters. The neighborhood was nice and quiet with great restaurants/market within walking distances. There was also plenty of room for our group of 8 and checking in was as easy as it gets.

We had a great time and stay at this property for the Final Four. Perfect setup for our group of 8 adults. Plenty of places to sleep and plenty of room in general. Spent our time on the balcony often. Location was great too. I will be booking this property again!

Jason was very responsive. Fit my family of 10 comfortably. One room Internet wasn’t working but not a problem since there is a TV in every room. We like to prepare meals and cooking utensils were available. Sitting on the balcony with coffee in the morning or in the evening after exploring the city was very nice. Less than a 10 minute drive to Bourbon/Canal Street about 15 minutes to Riverwalk. Quite neighborhood with many bicycle trails. I would stay again.

There were 7 of us friends coming to town for live music. The apartment was so spacious and had such old style character (I.e. hardwood floors, tall ceilings, chandeliers, etc) but with enough modern amenities to make everyone feel at home. It is so much nicer to have everyone in one location able to enjoy coffee on the balcony in the morning and evening beverages on the deck in the afternoon. The rooms and bathrooms were private and comfortable. The walking distance to great restaurants was perfect.

Our stay was great! The property is exactly as listed, very spacious, clean, and in a great location. It had everything we need and found think of. The only problem we’re some of the beds were not that comfortable and the loud downstairs neighbors who were up partying until 4:30am. This was a great place and we would definitely book again.

There was enough space for all three families to spend time together and also, separately. Everyone slept comfortably on the luxurious beds. The house and neighborhood have great character and we had a fantastic time seeing all the beautiful houses on quiet strolls coming back to the lovely facade of Maison La Page.

Stayed here with a group of 6 for a long weekend away and we had a great time! Perfect location to the party but also surrounded by the great City Park and small mom and pop restaurants. The hosts were very easy to reach and the property was perfect in every way.

Went to New Orleans for my 30th Birthday with my husband and two other couples. We had the best experience with this property. It is a beautiful home exactly as pictured and everything exceeded our expectations when we arrived. Love that we were outside the hustle and bustle of the French Quarter but still a short Uber ride from all the main events. Thanks for making my birthday so special!

This property was absolutely wonderful! We stayed upstairs and it was beautiful - clean - and very well decorated. Really appreciated all the attention to detail and the decor. I think it is helpful to know that the two big bedrooms do not have attached bathrooms - and that the two smaller rooms have bathrooms - but the showers are claw-foot tubs with a shower curtain around them (which isnt for everyone). Our 14 year old loved it though! We stayed in the room in the front which had a balcony but we had to walk through the kitchen to use the more modern shower - which was a very small bathroom. The other bathroom is large and lovely but you have to walk through the living room area to get to it. Just helpful to know. Overall though just a lovely property and the owners were SUPER easy to work with. CCs coffee is less than 2 blocks away - which was great and we ate at Santa Fe and there were 2-3 other great looking cute restuarants within walking distance. Highly recommend!

What a fabulous older home(we were in the 2nd floor area) We very much enjoyed our stay. The linens were soft & comfortable and the house was clean. I have a property on VRBO that I maintain and so I can be particular about rentals. We especially enjoyed the porch sitting out there every morning & evening.

We had six people in our party traveling from all over the country for a surprise 40th birthday party. The house was clean and a great location for anyone looking for a little night life. Jason was very responsive and answered our questions quickly. Plenty of ROOM. I would highly recommend.

We booked the property for our wedding weekend. We had friends from out of town stay with us, and we used the house to get ready. It’s large enough and built in a way that both the bride and groom were able to get ready separately without seeing each other throughout the day. It’s a beautiful house centrally located from the main spots of New Orleans. Highly recommend booking this property!

The house was in a great location. It is in walking distance to cute cafe and local grocery store. It is in a safe area! It was wonderful having a key pad lock on the door. The house was very clean and comfortable beds and pillows. We will definitely stay there again. It would be helpful for future guest to know which bedrooms had bathrooms in them and the size bed in that bathroom. We loved it!!

This property was just as described. It was an older home but nice. The property manager went above and beyond to make our stay pleasant. The only thing that was an issue was the thermostat for the back of the house didn't seem to work so it was very cold back there. I had family members who don't mind the cold so we just switched rooms and it worked out perfect. I would definitely stay here again.
