Had a brief delay getting into condo because of a large party departing before our check-in. No big deal! Kitchen is stocked enough to cook most meals. Had plenty of linens n such. Ice maker didnt produce ice through door, but still filled the je bucket.. So was doable, ha. Overall, great stay!!

Nice clean place with plenty of room. Pools were nice and in a good area.

The condo wonderful, well stocked, great location within the building. It is close to the elevator, the parking garage and the pool. I have stayed in many condos over the past 20 years, this is one of the best.

Near Pier Park which was nice. Also, the condo being on the 2nd floor with it's own elevator that services levels 1-3 was great. There was never a wait for this elevator like there was for the other higher floors. The owner communicated with us in a very timely manner when we had a small issue & it was taken care of right away. The unit is beautiful and the balcony overlooks the pool. There were towels & washcloths there but we always bring several of our own. We made several meals in the kitchen, played games at the table and read books on the balcony during rainy times. Our grown children rode the banana boat one day, another day, we rented a pontoon and went to Shell Island. So much fun! Overall great experience here at this condo.

It was the perfect location, walking distance to many places. Very clean with anything a person would need for a please stay.

Checking in and out was simple. There was plenty of room for the 4 of us. The view from the 2nd floor was perfect for us. The kids were able to enjoy the heated pool. Aqua is a very good place to stay for families and this 3 bedroom 3 bath was perfect for us

We enjoyed our vacation at Aqua 211. Everything from check in to check out was seamless. The view from this corner unit is amazing. The condo was clean, and the kitchen was adequately stocked.

We will definitely be back! Loved everything about this place from the beautiful views and the convenience to the elevators and amenities! This corner condo was soooo spacious and perfect for the 8 of us!

Great property! We will rent this unit again. The only downside was from the noise outside at night.

We had a great week at Aqua room 201. Room was clean and nicely decorated. Only issue was the AC was not cooling very well. Other than that everything was great at the condo.

Had a delightful time . Very well kept home . Enjoyed the beach chair and umbrellas that where available for use by the owners. Great full to have shared the time with my children in there home . A must return the up come year. Thank you Kim we enjoyed.

We really enjoyed this unit! 6 adults and 2 kids stayed here comfortably for 10 days, and found it to be very well equipped and loved the location. Being on the second floor was nice, as there is a nearby elevator that only serves floors 1-3. This cut down on daily delays getting to and from the beach and pool! The kids enjoyed the indoor pool and hot tub, and the beach access was super easy to use. View from the living room was top notch, and the freezer made ice quickly which allowed us to keep the cooler stocked each day. Unfortunately a hot water heater burst a few floors above us and started a leak, but the owner was very responsive and handled coordination for the clean up and ensuring our stay was as comfortable as possible. Would recommend this to any groups of 8 or less for a fantastic getaway. Thanks for a great stay!

The condo is beautiful and very spacious. The location is the best-great ocean view, close to pool, parking and in the center of all Panama City Beach action.

Our stay in Aqua #201 was great! It is a beautifully decorated condo with easy access to elevator, pool, beach and shopping. It was so nice to arrive and notice household products available to use so we didn’t have to buy so much: dish soap, detergent, laundry detergent, hand gel, hand soap, even salt and pepper. We hosted a family dinner with my in-laws who are local to PC. We had everything we needed. It was such a fun and memorable time together. Everyone seemed to feel right at home. Thank you for a wonderful and blessed few days in your condo.

The condo at Aqua 201 is a beautiful place for your family and friends to vacation. There was even construction at the oh, but we were informed, and prepared for it before we went. It did not affect our vacation in any way. The only thing the condo did not have was the beach cooler. It was organized, clean, provided all the materials that we needed, and we will definitely be returning for another vacation there at Panama City Beach.

It was a very nice condo. Great location! The only thing I didn’t like was it didn’t come with beach service chairs.

We liked it so much that we began planning our return visit before we ever left.

Beautifully decorated, very spacious corner condo. Good quality sheets and well stocked with basics were a plus. Hope to go back sometime when the whole family can go.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The kitchen was well stocked with any utensil and/or pot and pan you would need. We loved the large layout of the unit. Not to mention the gorgeous view! We look forward to staying again!

Property has a spacious and comfortable layout, conveniently located on the 2nd floor for easy access from the parking deck and street. Unit was very clean and well appointed with functioning appliances and an ample supply of guest towels. The Owner (Kim Albee) was very responsive and timely in addressing all questions posed from initial booking through our arrival. The Aqua Complex was very clean and well maintained. Could have been a function of the clean up after Hurricane Michael, but that's fine with me. Simply shows the condo management and owners' commitment to their property. A group of friends stayed at The Calypso and reported that complex to be in need of some serious up keep. Aqua's pool and beach access were very convenient and easy. The 5th star is withheld for two reasons: 1) the bed and mattress in the second bedroom with the shower need to be replaced now. The mattress is way too soft and has completely lost its supporting strength. The headboard to which it was attached was so loose that it banged against the wall with the slightest bed movement. Had to place a pillow between he headboard and the wall to keep it from moving. 2) found the instructions to guests to clean the unit before departing a bit off-putting, particularly after being charged a required $200.00 cleaning fee. Having left the unit as clean as we found it, less the stripped bed linen and bath towels left bundled by the washer, I found rationalizing that fee amount to my friends was difficult. Recommendations: 1) Replace the entire bed assembly in the second bedroom. I would not rebook this unit if that bed & mattress were not replaced. 2. Reduce the required $200.00 cleaning fee or tone down the guest instructions to clean the unit on our own. Summary: This unit was very comfortable for the 5 adult guests, except for my wife and I in that bedroom (yes, cited again). I would rebook in an instant if assured that bed was replaced. Perfect choice for adults only or families.

Great location, décor, clean, roomy, and comfortable beds. The condo was very clean and fresh. The Aqua staff kept the grounds and building clean and picked up. The outdoor pool is heated.

Although the place is beautiful, some things were really not so nice. The Red Tide, how do I describe it, well let’s just say you will be coughing constantly if you go in the water or walk along the beach. Then the noise from the pool, enough that you have to close the slider, and karaoke from across the street will be heard in the third bedroom long into the night. The positives, again the condo is what you’d expect for the price, reservations went very well with lots of good communication (except the red tide) and the location is walking distance to everything.

There are 5 of us that get together each year for our annual girls' getaway and this condo is by far one of our very favorites yet! The condo is meticulously clean and beautifully decorated. Anything you may need is supplied.....beach chairs, beach towels, boogie boards, beach toys for those with children, a cooler, plenty of tableware, spices, oils, aluminum foil, all of the small odd and ends you don't immediately think about until you need them. The view is breathtaking and the walk to the beach is super close! We actually opted to use the stairs and walk around the outside of the condo and directly to the sand rather than going around the pool. (Though coming back we would go through the pool area to rinse our chairs and feet). We did enjoy that there is a separate elevator that only goes to the third floor so we never had to wait for an elevator. This condo is conveniently located to restaurants and shops and is a short walk to Pier Park. Working with the owner, Kim, was amazingly easy! Oh, and we all enjoyed not worrying about keys or key cards...it's so much more convenient to use keyless entry codes! Thank you for providing the perfect environment for our annual trip!

We absolutely loved every second at this condo!! The location is perfect, close to pier park, and the actual condo is so beautiful!!! Overlooking the pool and ocean, the corner unit makes all the difference to have a full balcony AND full windows in the living room. The condo is decorated so cute, beachy, and modern, with nice, new appliances, decor, furniture, and everything you could need!! They really went the extra mile to provide beach towels, beach chairs, condiments and spices, pack n play, high chair, and just extra little things you wouldn't expect. We really truly loved this condo and can't wait to go back!!!!!!!!!

Our first time in this condo with our family. We have been to many condos on the gulf and panhandle. This is our favorite! Location could not be better and the property was spacious with lots of amenities. We will definitely stay here again!

We loved the location, the view, the cleanliness and everything about this condominium. All of the simple touches that they had put in the condo were greatly appreciated. Examples are the two rollaway beds with memory foam mattresses, large bottles of shampoo and conditioner in the shower with pump handles, and a very nice Cuisinart coffee machine that uses the Keurig pods. Plenty of beach towels and other beach amenities. Everything was lovely.

The owners put extra effort into making the stay in this condo nice for the renters. The resort is clean and very family friendly. We WILL be back here!!!

The condo was like being home ... from the beautiful decor to the kitchen amenities, to the soft towels, the provided beach towels and sand chairs. Our group was ecstatic with our recent stay. Kim was absolutely a dream to work with. We will consider returning in the future.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Kim was always available for questions. The condo was beautifully decorated, neat and clean. We were quite please with our experience. There were plenty of supplies left for our use, (i.e., soaps, detergents, trash bags, spices, beach chairs). We have been going to PC for 40 years and stayed in many nice places. This was our first time at Aqua and it is our new favorite! My family and I will definitely be back.
