Thought it was on gulf on the beach but was across the street. But overall the villa was great!

The property was in a great location and easy to access. We had a few issues with ac not cooling the first full day but it worked fine after that. I slipped and fell in the hallway because the floors were sandy and slick when we got there. Cleaning crew needs to sweep and vacuum floors better. We could see sand and dirt in corners. The fold out sofa bed will not pull out very well. We got it out once but never could pull it out again. All in all it was good.

Nice clean and everything you need to make it like home i would recommend any one that wants to relax and enjoy the beach grab this one the host is very nice and helpful

Was there for the race and had a again time. Location is perfect for racers and spectators.

Lovely condo only a short walk to the beach. Very clean. Easy access to all things you would need/want on a vacation at the beach. You really don't have to go off site. Owner was very helpful and easy to contact. Definitely would stay here again.

Carolyn was a lovely host and very responsive to my questions. This location is awesome for families as it is a short walk to the beach and pool. Not to mention they also have staff with golf carts transporting people all over the property all the time. The place is very clean and we felt like we had plenty of towels. We brought our own beach towels. A few things to know if you are coming with a family: - this is a very bare-bones VRBO. Be prepared to bring everything from pump hand soap (there is only those tiny hotel bars in the bathrooms), to Kleenex, to salt and pepper, to laundry detergent and even sponges and dishwasher liquid. - this is a fine kitchen if you only plan on being there for a short time and not doing a lot of cooking. If you’re planning on staying for a week and doing all of your meals there you will need to bring a whole lot of stuff including all your spices, oils, foil, saran wrap, etc. - my two suggestions for the host would be to change out the carpet in the bedrooms. It’s pretty old and stained. And invest in 100% cotton sheets for the beds. The beds were very comfortable but the polyester sheets did not breathe at all. Overall we had a lovely time for our long weekend with the kids and spent most of the time at the beach and enjoying the pool and amenities. Great location for Panama City. 😁

I was there for the PCB Half Ironman and I couldn't have wished for a better spot. It was almost on top of the registration location and a stones throw away from transition. The manager was great to communicate with and place was wonderfully clean. Thank you Carolyn.

The property is located in close proximity to Pier Park and other places of interest. Our unit was nicely decorated with modern appliances, comfortable accommodations and very clean. Communication with the owner was timely and informative. We would definitely stay here again.

Carolyn Smith is an excellent host. She is fully engaged with her guests and strives to make the rental experience as seamless as possible. Her rental unit is conveniently located in the Villa complex, and is mere steps away to the Edgewater clubhouse and the pedestrian beach crossover. The unit is comfortable, clean, and has a well appointed kitchen. The beach is wide and stretches miles in either direction giving one a sense of space. Its white sand and medium surf, make for a relaxing day outside. We thoroughly enjoyed our 2 months visit and give Carolyn and her unit, two thumbs up!

Property was great and had plenty of room. Close to the walk over so getting to the pool/beach was a breeze. Unit was stocked with everything we needed. Will definitely stay here again.

I love how close it was to the walk over bridge. I really enjoyed the large balcony and size of the condo was good. It is close to the road so that can get loud at times at night. I just turned the tv up and set the timer to fall asleep like I do at home so it wasn’t that big of a deal. I took my 16yr old daughter and her friend and I felt very comfortable letting them walk around. I like that it’s a gated community and has a great restaurant near the lagoon pool. The pools are open til midnight so we did night swimming every night. I like that best cause it’s less crowded. I would definitely stay here again!

I enjoyed the home. The owner of the home, is a great she responds quickly. The location, we loved it. The golf cart picks you up to take you across the bridge to the beach area. I would stay again!!

My husband and I stayed here with our teenager daughter and her friend. We enjoyed the amenities that Edgewater offered, and this condo’s location was perfect! We were across the street from the beach, so it was quiet and relaxing(away from the masses on the beach). However we were also right next to the pedestrian bridge, so we could be on the beach in 5 minutes. We were also close to several restaurants and shops that were right outside of Edgewater. The condo itself was updated and clean. Our only concern was the air conditioning. We couldn’t get the condo super cool in the master bedroom so we had to close the vents in the kitchen and den, and run the loud box fan(provided) at night. The ‘workaround’ was fine though, and we definitely would like to visit again! Also, Carolyn was awesome at responding to any/all communications!

This unit was very nice. It was clean and the amenities were great. We were super close to the beach access which was very convenient and it was also awesome to have the store and restaurant right on site for days that you didn’t want to leave. We would definitely stay here again!

The property was beautiful, clean and efficient. We thoroughly enjoyed the rest after hours in the sun at the Pepsi Gulf Coast Jam. It was convenient to everything around and easy to enter and exit.

well maintained unit was clean and comfortable. the location directly across the pedestrian walkway to the beach was ideal.

The golf villa was quiet and away from the crowds. Just what we wanted.

Nice place ! The best part is walkway bridge is close to where we are staying so we didn’t have to walk that far !
