The place was great room for all 6 of us felt safe in the neighborhood essential near by

We really enjoyed this place. It’s relaxing and comfortable. The location is very good for walking to Frenchmen street. Loved the Ayu Bakehouse. The bar on the corner can be noisy especially after a Saints game. We would definitely stay here again.

First off, the communication with the property owner Liz was amazing. We were texting a couple of months beforehand and after a while it was almost like texting with a friend. I am pretty high maintenance when it comes to rentals and she never lost her patience with me. When we arrived we were able to meet the housekeeper Brittany as well, and she was also quite lovely. The house was actually better than pictured. The stairs were described as slightly sketchy but they were actually way more solid/heartier than I expected them to be. The upstairs area was a full floor (pics make it look like a tiny loft landing), the living room where I stayed was spacious, the air conditioner worked great, all the appliances were high-end, there was hot water, clean/new sheets…literally nothing to complain about. There is a high end market 2 blocks away, an AMAZING brunch place also 2 blocks, Frenchman street a 5 min walk, and the quarter about a 12 min walk to the heart. The only thing I will mention as we were a group of aged 50+ adults, if anyone in your group has back issues, I recommend the master bedroom first as it has the best mattress. The mattress in the second bedroom was great for one person but kind of "tacoed" a bit with two large adults, and the daybed mattresses needed a bit more cushion to them for my comfort. Otherwise everything about this property, location, owner/staff, was absolutely fabulous!!!!

This is a great house in a great location. I've been to New Orleans many times and this is one of my favorite places I've stayed. Liz was an amazing host. The house itself is very clean, beds are comfy, and it's very quiet at night (which can be hard to find that close to the Quarter). I especially loved the little rooftop patio for morning coffee and cocktails at night. The location was great. Very easy to walk to Frenchman or Bourbon during the day, and easy Uber rides to anything at night. There are a few bars and restaurants very near the house too. Recommend The Ruby Slipper for breakfast. It's just down the block and it was delicious. Highly recommend staying here if you want to be close to all the action the Quarter and Frenchman street has to offer but still be able to have a lovely, quiet place to go back to.

This was a lovely place to stay - close enough to the French Quarter to easily walk there, but just far enough off the busy streets to be quiet at night.

We absolutely loved our stay, and Liz was amazing - incredibly responsive and helpful. The home is beautiful and a work of art on its own with storied furniture pieces and art. You'll feel right at home. The neighborhood is walkable to so many things, including the French Quarter and street cars - and while a little up and coming - we felt safe, even with children. I think Liz describes the attic loft space and stairs very accurately and made sure we were comfortable. My teenage daughter LOVED the space and balcony outside. Next time I'm in NOLA, I will stay here again and highly recommend it.

I have pictures - The bathroom was dirty, I went to walmart to get cleaning supplies and i still felt dirty after getting out of the bath! the toilet was so dirty and dusty around it im 100 percent that has not been cleaned in months - I wouldn't recommend renting until they hired a cleaner - the balcony had holes in it and no chairs located outside as pictures showed! but besides the horrible sleeping situation i had a blast in new orleans Thaanks

The house was very clean and had everything we needed for an extended stay. We did not go upstairs as the stairs were too steep and no hand railing. We walked everywhere and it was located close to Frenchman Street and the Quarter. Good neighborhood bars and plenty to do.

Couple of buddies and I went down to New Orleans for Mardi Gras. The place was absolutely perfect. A short walking distance to Bourbon St. and other desirable places in the French Quarters. A 30 min. drive to the airport (Ubered and from) and appeared to have plenty of street parking. If I was to return to NOLA I would heavily reconsider staying at the Bohemian Bungalow again.

The boho bungalow was in a nice neighborhood, very walkable to all the fun spots in New Orleans. Had all the amenities a group could need. Would stay here again.

Great little house. Had plenty of amenities for cooking and living comfortably. Best part about the house was it’s location. Close enough to walk into town, and Uber back. Would recommend this place to anyone staying in NOLA.

Clean, quaint and spacious - perfect stay for a girls trip. So close to Frenchman St. and great breakfast spots a couple blocks away. Only issue was the upstairs loft. Stairs are precarious to say the least and the room itself not very inviting. So we used the pull out sofa instead. All in all a great stay!

We absolutely loved this home! It was in the perfect location and was just as pictured! Liz replied back very quick and was very nice. We will definitely be staying here again in the future!

Nice private place to stay after all the excitement of the French square.

Everything was as described. The house was cozy and we felt at home. Liz was friendly and very accommodating. If in the neighborhood we definitely would stay again. Thank you Liz for a great vacation 😊�

Our stay at the Bohemian Bungalow was fantastic! The arrival instructions were clear, concise, and super easy to follow. The house looks exactly like the photos, and we loved how cozy and cheerful the place was. The neighbourhood was great - lots of cute little restaurants and bars within walking distance, plus the French Quarter was a nice short walk away. I would definitely stay here again!

Loved everything about this place and the owner. Great location, close to everything. The house was super clean and had great decor/New Orleans flavor. Elizabeth was very easy to communicate with. Would definitely stay here again!

Bohemian Bungalow was great! Off the main drag, but only a few blocks from the action. House was very clean, and Elizabeth keeps shampoo, conditioner, and body soap on-hand. 100% would go back!

I was very happy with the house and the location. There were lots of great restaurants near by. Iggy’s Bar was a good place to have a drink. It got a little loud Friday night being situated between Iggy’s and a Wine Bar but the rest of the days were quiet. I would definitely recommend this house and would stay there again.

This property was in a really nice location—walkable distance to Royal street, Frenchman and the Quarter. The folks at the wine bar next door were super nice; good inventory, too. I love the quietness of the neighborhood; a great place to rest in between NOLA adventures!
