Being able to take pets was the best part. House definitely needs some tlc. Floor felt like it was rotting under the tub while you were in the shower, kitchen appliances and way out of date. They worked but not the best. There is no where to unpack. No dressers in the rooms. You live out of your bag while your there. Parking is unclear. It was just ok.

Came down to lake texoma for a fishing trip my wife bought me for christmas, like the listing on vrbo becuase the house looked rustic when we got to the cabin it did bot disappoint, felt very homey and rustic will definitely look this one up again if i make this an annual trip

Finding the house at night with current photos is misleading as they have updated the exterior paint. Completely different look. Nice look, Just not what the exterior photos show. The place was a nice place in a good area.

This was the perfect lake house! Clean and well kept on the outside as well as the inside. Picturesque lake house. Check in was super easy. Kitchen was well stocked with plates, cups, utensils, coffee maker, etc. Front porch was relaxing and cozy. Back porch was amazing as well with gas and charcoal grills. Had a variety of dvds as well as cds. Bathroom was well stocked with everything from body wash, to several shampoo/conditioners, towels, even qtips and new toothbrushes. Washer/dryer with laundry supplies so you could wash clothes if need be. They really thought of just about everything! We cooked and grilled while there. Parking was good for our pontoon and truck. Minutes to the boat dock and the passes for the use of the dock were so convenient! This quickly became one of our top vacation spots. Quiet neighborhood, the neighbors were super friendly. Lots to do in the area as well which we took advantage of on several days. History is rich in that area. We absolutely loved the house and the area!

This place was a quaint little house, great porches and decks, nicely decorated. The renting process was exceptional. DO NOT rent this place if you plan on getting any online work done, WiFi would be a great plus for this rental property

House has everything you need to spend a week or two, plus a couple hundred movies for all ages. This is located on the Arrowhead peninsula of Texoma, so it is off the beaten path. It is a short drive to 4 towns, plenty of local dining, and some casino action.

The house was nice and prepared nicely in the set up. It was not very clean. We had to rinse out the bathtub, wipe down the kitchen counters and stove top. Some dishes had to be washed before using. Floors felt dirty under bare feet. Window seals were dirty and full of dead bugs. The back yard had piles of dead limbs and needed to be cleaned. We would not stay here again.

This is a nice property and it is very clean. My only problems are no TV or Wi-Fi. There is a big screen tv and older blue ray blue ray movies.

House was beautiful
The house had everything we needed and it was so beautiful and I absolutely love the front porch. We could not have found a better place...our family reunion is every year in Tishomingo Oklahoma and we will definitely book this house again..

We enjoyed our stay!
This was perfect for us. We were out of hot water and propane for the grill but as soon as I communicated to Charlotte, she made sure the problems got fixed. She was awesome and we will definitely be back!

Everything was awesome but overpriced for what we needed. We only slept and showered there. Would be a great place if we were not being with family except for sleeping.

Everything was great except the parking. If you only have 1 or 2 vehicles then it’s not a problem. But you will find that a boat and truck can be a little tricky.

A hidden gem
I really felt comfortable it felt so homey the neighbors were very helpful and friendly they ride around in golf cart,if you have any questions about where is a great fishing spot just ask they will be more than willing to help you also while you are there please look up Kevin hes a Fisher guide very experienced and professional we caught the most biggest stripes I ever seen and top it off we brought it back to our cozy get away and fried some good fish in the nice gourmet kitchen everything turned out so delicious she had everything we needed and more thanks to Charlotte for giving us the opportunity to stay at you hidden gem and Kevin for the great experience with learning new things about fishing and a beautiful boat ride will plan another trip out that way soon!

Great Place
The house was great for my family of 3 and our puppy. We spent our days at the lake and came home to a cool and comfortable home. It has everything you need to cook full meals. The beds are comfortable. My only recommendation would be new sheets in the master. We will definitely stay here again if we come out to this side of the lake in the future!

Nice home. No internet or cable. No T.V. reception. Bad phone reception.
The property had everything you needed! They were well stocked and had everything I could need. Very nice neighbors. Very quiet. The location of the property is a few minutes drive to the water. Good fishing. I was a little disappointed with the reception. There was no internet, no cable and bad phone service. There was one T.V. and it only worked with DVD's. I went to the store to purchase an antena to get the free channels....no luck bad reception. We would have like to at least known that there were DVD's in the kitchen cabinet. We did not find these until I was cleaning up and happen to look in that cabinet. We stayed for almost a week and were very comfortable. This is a great place to get away for peace and quiet. I would recommend, but would recommend to the owners to purchase cable for the T.V. (I at least need the news lol).

Nice cabin, was inaccurately listed
Specifically rented this cabin ONLY because it listed had a King size bed. I’m 35 weeks pregnant and wanted the extra space. I mentioned this to the property manger after thinking they accidentally listed it wrong only to find out it wasn’t an accident. I was told the bed “was between a king and a queen”. The frame is a custom frame and may be, but the mattress itself even said that it was a queen. This was a huge disappointment when walking in to the cabin and seeing the ONLY reason you rent the cabin does not exist. It sucks that my husband and I paid more for a cabin with less amenities only to be disappointed. Otherwise cabin was very clean, close to lake, and AC worked great.

Lovely
The place itself is beautiful! The bed is comfy, the water pressure is good and its mostly peaceful there. The community itself did not appear to accept diversity which made us feel uncomfortable. Reception was crappy and there is no internet which made some work hard. Despite saying it was close to Denison TX the roads you needed to take took 56 minutes to get there. It was not "on the lake" but near by. The lake itself was nice. It was comfortable but a little "much" for what was provided and considering the distance.

Lake texoma
Awesome rental staff. We had an issue with the ac that after one phone call was resolved. The house is nice and comfortable and right next to the boat launch. We had a great time and caught a ton of fish. We will definitely stay again
