Our extended family of 16 spent 4 nights here. Everything was great! Plenty of space and everything was clean and comfortable. The pool area is a great addition and the beach is a short walk away with a public parking lot available too. We would definitely stay here again.

The property was just as advertised online - nice and clean, well equipped, and just a short walk to the beach. The best part about the property is the service we received. We called a couple times with how-to questions and maintenance was literally there within 5 minutes both times - and very friendly too! Thank you SPI Rentals!

Beautiful house we were very confortable and we would love to come back

The home was clean, rooms were large, plenty of room for our family vacation. Kids enjoyed the beach (which was just down the street), when they weren't at the beach they were in the pool. The views off of each balcony was great. Would definitely recommend this home.

Love the 6 bedrooms all with private baths except the 2 rooms down stairs. The kitchen is well stocked for all your needs. The only issue we're small maintenance things tiles missing from hottub and the sliding door being difficult. Also there were three mops but no broom or vacuum.It sounds like they will be addressing these so should no longer be a concern

We had a great time at this property! The private pool and the balconies were such a cute touch. The decor is fun and beachy, and the house was very clean - perfect place to relax and get some sunshine! It was very close to the beach, but a little far from any entertainment districts. I would definitely plan to have a car or at least a golf cart if you want to explore the island.

The house we rented was very nice, comfortable, & accommodating especially when family came for 4 days as we are long-term tenants in the winter. We had occasion to contact the SPI team for small things such as Spectrum issues, etc.. Their response time & professionalism is second to none, they are the best on The Island, we have used several. They should definitely be your 1st call & only call for renting.

It was very spacious and quite lovely. The location was perfect in terms of a quick walk to the beach. We had a problem with the pool pump but that was handled quickly. It is absolutely perfect for families with the four master bedrooms and attached baths upstairs and the kids in two bedrooms downstairs with 1 1/2 bathrooms. The only thought I had was it was the end of the season so there was limited glassware to use for drinks. Otherwise we had a fabulous time and thank our hosts.

The house itself was set up exactly as stated. Great areas to have you whole family comfortably. The pool itself had to be cleaned. I contacted the property manager and they got the company to vacuum the pool the first night. However the pool remained cloudy which made me uncomfortable to use it. My kids had fun using it, but I would recommend making it look as clear as the pic shows on the Vrbo listing. Thank you, other than that it was a beautiful place.

While the property was in an excellent location and the home was extremely spacious, it is in DIRE need of a cleaning. There weren't any cleaning supplies inside the home (other than two mops with almost black mop heads) so I had to buy all cleaning supplies and hire a cleaning lady to clean and disinfect the home. All the wall panels were dirty with brown stains, there was grim and sticky residue on a lot of the door handles and high-touch surfaces, the floors looked and felt dirty, and the glass leading to the was so murky. The previous renter must have had a dog or cat because there was animal hair EVERYWHERE. The A/C vents were so dirty, that you could see the dust and grim from afar. SPI Rentals left all the clean towels in a trash bag by the door upon arrival so we had to place them in every restroom. For the amount that I paid, it should have been way cleaner and should have had the towels put away. I notified SPI Rentals on the last day and they stated they could have sent a cleaning crew had I notified them upon arrival but we had business guests and needed it cleaned ASAP.

Enjoyed our stay. Very nice and roomy. Pool was kind of small for our large group.

111 E Capricorn rental was perfect for our family holiday. We had plenty of room for our whole family. The kids loved having the pool for a late evening swim. The house was well stocked and we really didn't have any complaints. We felt the refrigerator wasn't quite cold enough but with 18 people opening it, that might have been the reason. Great house with a great location as we were so close to the beach, and I would highly recommend this property.

We came to celebrate my mom‘s 75th birthday could not have asked for a better time I hope we will be able to do it again next year.

Had everything we needed and was perfect for the whole family

Thoroughly enjoyed our time at this property—small walk to beach and close to shopping etc. SPI rentals was very quick to respond to any issue or concern like when we broke a jar of salsa and needed vacuum to make sure all glass was gone. We got a little rebate on rental cost since the pool heater didn’t work all week and that water was cold!!! But SPI made that process quick and easy.

This is a perfect place for anyone to come as a group. The bedrooms all have their own bathrooms and the house is very clean and kept up!! Great location to the beach and bars and restaurants. This is the 2nd time I've stayed at this place and loved it both times!

Another perfect vacation renting from SPI. The house was beautiful and any time we had an issue they were right there to come and help us. We will be back!

This house was perfect for 13 family members who gathered to celebrate a 80th birthday! The layout was awesome with 4 king beds upstairs. The main floor was all open. The pool/hot tub was great to have. This is our 3rd rental with SPI and once again we were very pleased. If you are thinking about it… book it!'

We had a wonderful time and loved the house we stayed in. We especially loved how the patio, pool, and hot tub were so accessible ! If we needed to call for any reason (replace a light bulb for example) we got a very quick response . Everyone was very friendly and helpful! We would definitely recommend booking a place through SPI rentals.

This is a really nice vacation house. Walking distance to the beach and a swimming pool in the backyard. There are enough bathrooms to take shower for at least four families. so, there will be no embarrassment for multi families to share the same bathroom. The interior color and layout of the house is really nice, ocean blue, and with all sea creatures decorations. Our kids love this place and didn't want to leave. Definitely, I recommend this house for a holiday trip.

The house was perfectly fine, very spacious, it includes what you need in the kitchen , plates cups, forks, spoons, knifes, pans , coffee maker, etc etc… the rooms have their own bathroom, the balcony’s are nice , the only thing that was missing was the gas tank, we had to buy it, & the swimming pool was a lil bit warm , but other than that everything was perfectly fine ! Totally recommend this house for a big family of 18 guest

The layout of this house was great! Plenty of space for everyone. However, there were several maintenance issues that I had to call in. Maintenance had to come over 4 different times. I would recommend the owners purchase a new dishwasher. It never cleaned our dishes and for the amount we paid for this rental, it should have a working dishwasher. There were also zero extras-as in don't expect to find any salt & pepper or coffee filters. The unit is wiped out clean. Overall, our group had a great time being on the island and would likely stay here again. But set your expectations a little low.

Perfect for the family

We had a great time at this beach home! Weather on the beach the last week of April might have been better, but the house was perfect for the 4 adult couples (parents and grandparents) and 4 grandbabies! SPI Rentals was responsive and very helpful when a toilet was not flushing properly. We loved having the backyard with pool and the balconies! Kitchen and dining area was perfect for preparing meals for the group.

My family really enjoyed this house. We've rented the house next door before and it was just as great. However, this home is great if you have a family member that has difficulty with stairs as there are two bedrooms and one has a queen size bed. This house is in between two homes but we never heard the neighbors on either side while in the house, which is great! The pool was great because it was heated. It was so nice to relax in. The home is a short walk to wanna wanna which is a favorite place for our family to go. Only thing I would recommend to maintenance is to pull out all the dead plants that froze with this Years freeze. Other than that it was a great stay.

Great house for all of are large family. Pictures are exactly like it looks like. Bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. Kids enjoyed the bunks. Having a pool right on property was great. We walked to beach every day. Nice that it's so close. Restaurants and activities were also close. Weather was a little cool but we enjoyed being all together.

Our first time in South Padre and we will rent again from SPI properties. The house was spacious and clean. Any one off’s were handled quickly and professionally. Walking distance from the beach, food, and shopping.

Great location, house was clean rooms big w nice kitchen; plenty of seating. it was a little loud inside from the echoing off the ceramic floor. Never heard neighbors. Only recommendation would be mats at sliding doors on inside - it would get slightly wet from pool area. Would stay again.

My girlfriends and I have stayed in this lovely house several times. It is perfect for a large group. So many beautiful Master bedrooms! The kitchen is large enough for people to move around and cook. The decor sets the mood just right. And the pool! Wow it's wonderful to have our own private pool and hot tub. The beach is a short walk away. SPI Rentals has always been so easy and friendly.

The stay was great! The house was beautiful. There was a room upstairs back left hand side back door that did not open up to the back balcony. The front balcony railing was a little loose. Everything else was perfect. I did forget a caddy in the restroom. As soon as I remembered I called the rental agency and asked if I can go pick it up but agency refused. They said that I would have to wait till cleaning crew went by to clean up and check and take it to office. I had to head back home out of town but I told them that my son was staying a few days in Harlingen so he would go pick it up for me and gentleman I spoke to said it was fine. So he did go very next day to pick it up. Person that handed it to him said "does your mom work for a famous person" which my son was kind of puzzled and said no. Anyway. He finally got it home to me and a lot of things were missing. I had a Kyle Jenner foam facial was that I had just gotten (worth $25), 4 pairs of magnetic eyelashes i had also just bought (worth $35 each) perfume (worth$45), make-up eraser reusable cloth (worth $20), and my dove spray deodorant ($6). I am just so disappointed with the company and the type of people they hire. Beware and don't forget your stuff cause you might not see it again. I hope the owner of this home finds another company to represent them of they will lose business.
