Quiet neighborhood, nice pool area. House was great... downstairs bedroom bed needs to be replaced but other than that, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

We have been enjoying extended stays at this property since 2017. The ONLY reason we do not rate the location as "excellent" is that is not in Old Town Key West. Some people may prefer to be in the middle of the action. It is always cleaned and refreshed when we arrive and stocked with basics needed for a short stay. As we stay for a longer term, we fill in as needed with toiletries, cleaning items, laundry supplies, etc. Close to US-1 and A1A, it is easy get to town as well as travel further up the road to see the other Lower Keys. Stock Island also has restaurants and other sites to enjoy. Don't miss the Perry Hotel for charter excursions, a great Happy Hour, Matt's Kitchen for fine dining. Publix is close and Fisbusterz has terrific fish selections if you choose to eat at home. The community has a large pool to enjoy as well as a Clubhouse for private parties. This spot never disappoints.

Close enough to downtown to be fun but far enough away to be relaxing. Clean enough on the surface but could stand a good deep cleaning. Pool was beautiful and the amenities in the home were good.

Wonderful to have our own bedroom and private bathrooms. Nice living room area and dining room table for nightly boardgames.

Generally, I give good ratings, but this is my exception. I knew I was booking a property that was a bit dated as to decor, and the location was not prime to Key West. Little thought is given to a guest experience that could rank as even average. There are 3 bathrooms which is great, but they cannot be used at the same time (not even 2 of them). There is literally no water pressure with 3 running and little water pressure when 2 showers are running. The dishwasher does not clean the dishes - not even close to getting clean. All dishes we got out to use were dirty, and when I did dishes in the dishwasher I saw why. There is one wine glass. While we are not much for drinking, two of us wanted to have wine - and only 1 wine glass. The property is stocked with mismatched dishes that make having a meal at home not even halfway desirable. A plumber had to come to our home (for a problem from the prior guests). 2 days into our stay, the plumber showed up unannounced. My daughter was in the bathroom where the plumber needed to be. Had we not been home at the time, we would have had strangers in our house with our personal items left out. Decor is not even centered on the wall - it is like a 7 year old put things on the wall. The house did not feel clean. To me, it simply felt like grandma died and left the house to her adult children who are still paying their children's student loans and have zero dollars to invest in the home to make it suitable for making it nice for guests.

The Coral Hammock development was lovely. Our rental needs some upgrades. The downstairs bedroom mattress definitely neeeds replacement - it is old and very noisy just sitting on it. Furniture in LR needs replacement -old n worn. Some safety issues should be addressed like non slip rugs and grab handle in upstairs bathroom. However the pool and location of the property made up for these issues.

Nicely appointed home with a good location, a quick drive to downtown Key West. While the weather wasn’t suited for swimming, the pool was inviting, nestled in a nice green space within the gated community. Would consider renting again if the 1st floor mattress was replaced as it was creaky and uncomfortable.

The home was exceptionally cozy for our family while we attended a wedding. It was wonderful being able to relax on the patios and cozy up on the couch after a fun filled day. The hosts were amazingly easy to coordinate with and always prompt with responding. We will be back and will highly recommend this stay to friends and family.

This property had everything we needed for our week in Key West. The pool area was great. Close to some fun restaurants and 10 minutes from Duval Street. Owners answered all questions in a fast timely manner. Enjoyed our stay very much.

We liked the place just be aware there is good traffic on the road near the house. We live on a very quiet street. Pool was nice and there are good restaurants in walking distance. Roostica and Chicos were very good!

Great place for our girls trip. Place was in a great location. It could use some updating and definitely some new beds! Whoever stayed there before us must have cooked with curry because the whole places smelled like it. But overall it was a nice place to stay.

Our group of 6 thoroughly enjoyed our time here. House was spotless clean with plenty of amenities, such as extra toiletries in the bathrooms, and they even welcomed us with water end a bottle of wine in the fridge, what a nice touch! We ate most meals there, and found everything we needed to cook. The grounds are landscaped beautifully with many varieties of lush tropical foliage everywhere, which provided a beautiful stroll to the large, welcoming pool area. We also enjoyed that the pool was heated. The iguanas were so fun to see sunning themselves as well! Nice, quiet neighborhood with a close proximity to Duval and all the action. Communication with the host was top notch, always received a response right away with my many questions. I highly recommend this beautiful property, would definitely stay here again!!

The house unfortunately is in need of some tlc. Most of the furniture is dated. The listing stated 3 queen beds. The downstairs bed was a double and extremely old and noisy. Definitely needa replaced. I believe a little paint and spend a little $$ to update the furnishings. I also do not understand the reason for a cleaning cost when i have to take out trash and put towels and linens away. Lastly the pool and grounds are a mess. Some tlc would go a long way. Definitely shouldn't be a premier property.

There were 6 adults that stayed in this home on Stock Island. We absolutely loved it. The accommodations were so clean and inviting. There were 3 bedrooms, all with adjoining bathrooms. There was a great kitchen with ample dishes and cookware. There was a front porch as well as a rear deck. The pool was terrific. We went a couple of days and just lounged by the pool. We were the only ones at the pool so it felt very private. We were only an 8 to 10 minute drive to downtown Key West (Mallory Square and Duval Street). The rental was very close to a few restaurants (one was a deli, a pizza place (Roostika) and a croissant / bakery place. These were all part of the same building. Wonderful food and such friendly people. We went to Ft Zachary state park one day and enjoyed the beach and then on Friday we went to Bahai Honda which was about a 30 minute drive. This beach had such history and was so beautiful. If you are expecting wide sandy beaches, I think you might be a little disappointed. The beaches we were at were not wide, but so beautiful and plenty big enough to absolutely enjoy. We enjoyed a sunset on a couple of evenings at Mallory Square and the street performers. All in all we had a very enjoyable stay and were very pleased with our accommodations. If we ever return to Key West, we will definitely stay at this location again.

This home is situated in a small gated community with a small centrally located pool. Nearby restaurants and a short drive to Key West make the location perfect if you want to avoid the noise and activity of downtown Duvall Street. The home itself is nice, with a full bathroom with each bedroom. The owners were easy to reach through the app and very responsive to every request.

Everything was great

Adequate accommodations for the price. Had issues with the AC and one of the TVs upon arrival but the property owners responded immediately and even provided a small refund for our inconvenience. As other reviewers have pointed out the beds are definitely worn, noisy and in need of replacement. Only two of the three bedrooms had a TV and one did not have a closet to hang shirts. There is a gas grill that we thought about using until we saw how filthy and layered with grease it was. The gas tank was empty and completely caked in grease. As far as location, This property backs onto a very busy road and commercial area so it gets very loud early in the morning. Our visit was in summer (first and last to the Keys this time of year) and was extremely BUGGY (mosquitos and Noseums, 24/7. There is no screened in porch so enjoying the outside is at your own peril. Standing water in open parking lot grates and long unmowed areas the likely source. The gated community itself was nice but in terrible need of groundskeeping and maintenance. Also, there was very little green space to walk our dog except right in front or beside someone else's house. Felt like i was imposing every time i took our dog out to do her business. Overall a pleasant visit.

Let me begin by saying that I have stayed in 2 other units in this condo complex, so I have some basis for comparison. The positives: the owners were easy to communicate with and the property was very clean. On the first day we discovered that the coffee pot was broken, and the owner replaced it within 1 hour of notifying her! The negatives: The condo is in desperate need of TLC. The furnishings are shabby and worn, particularly in the living room. Dishwasher was broken and stove had a broken burner. Kitchen needs updated utensils and more dishtowels (only 2.) Towels in 2 of the 3 bathrooms were old and dingy. No dresser in one of the bedrooms. Living room and bedrooms need better lighting. Would I stay here again? - honestly no.

I would stay here again… prices on vacation rentals vary every year so next year I will compare this place to other rentals from the past.In this condo it is Clean, the beds are plenty comfortable , AC works fine , and parking for my car is appreciated.

We traveled with our family for an event so we had a mix of older adults and teens. We loved the house and it was perfect for our needs. Plenty of space for everyone and especially enjoyed having 3 bathrooms. Everyone loved the porches and spent a lot of time on the upstairs one watching the lizards eat the bright blooms on the trees. The pool is lovely and an easy walk from the house! Neighborhood is pretty quiet and everyone around us was very friendly. Plentiful supplies in the house. Owners are fast to respond to communications. Would definitely return to this listing!

Loved our time in the Keys, as always. Great location to enjoy both Key West and the Lower Keys as well. There is so much more to experience than just the bars on Duval Street. The property has everything you need to "live Local" with shopping, dining, and activities easy to reach.

Six adult family members enjoyed ourselves. The house was perfect with all 3 bedrooms having there own bathrooms. The community pool was awesome. If we are back in area we would definitely stay here.

We loved this condo... very clean, rooms great size... grocery and liquor store just down the street. Great restaurants minutes away (Chicos and the Wood Fire Pizza (awesome pizza).

Wonderful home in the sunshine. My friends and I enjoyed the beautiful bedrooms and the cleanliness and upkeep of the property, and the friendliness of the Coral Hammock community. Hopefully we can come back sometime!

Everything was wonderful.

Biggest plus 3 bathrooms. It’s a home so a few things aren’t perfect or exactly the way you might want but it’s fine. Everything you need is there for kitchen items including filters for coffee. Tv in LR and MBR. Showers are good, best in MBR. Beds are decent but a bit squeaky. MBR bed is quite high 24” or so. Nice bedding. Furniture in LR is a bit saggy. Second upstairs bedroom has a bed frame made to hold a footboard but there isn’t one so the bracket is hidden by the bedspread. Needs a cushion! Ceiling fan light in LR won’t turn off. There are roosters and they crow, which is pretty much everywhere in KW. Houses are close so 2am returnees from bars kept me up 2 nights drinking on the porch. Again not uncommon in KW but just saying. El Mocho for breakfast. Super nice folks. Roostica meatball sliders were better than pizza imho. CVS 5 min walk.

We stayed here for a birthday celebration and had a great time. The house was as described and easily accommodated 3 married couples with the 3 queen bed, 3 bath set up. The 3 different porches were awesome, as was the pool. Our only complaint would be the beds, which were noisy and the pillows which were flat. Overall we had a great stay and would definitley return.

I really enjoyed my stay. House was spacious, clean. And very well stocked. The house was close to restaurants and stores. We had no issues during our week stay. The only hiccup was the mattresses are very very hard & uncomfortable. Other than that my family and I enjoyed our stay. And would go back again.

The home was clean and well maintained. The only problem was the air conditioner. Getting the temperature comfortable for the 2 bedrooms upstairs we were very cold downstairs
