This was an Air BnB; no breakfast included. The kitchen facilities were clean and well-stocked. The bed linen was clean and the bed was comfortable.

Because this was in a basement with few windows, there was no air circulation. The one window that allowed sea breezes did not have a screen, and so you couldn't get cross-ventilation without letting in the bugs. The bathroom was tiny, and the door should have opened to the left so you could enter it. As it was, you had to close the bathroom door and go around a narrow opening between the bed and bathroom to get to the opening. There was no landscaping. The windows looked onto a bumper crop of burdocks.

Location was clean.

Location was hard to find and didn't have a view. Entry lock was hard to operate. Wireless did not work until maintaince corrected the problem later in the stay. TV didn't work until maintaince corrected wireless issue. Bed was horrible, soft and small. No heat. Not way to drain dishes, sink stopper didn't work and the room was poorly stocked.

Convenient location, easy check-in, cleanliness

Could have used soap bars for the shower, bathroom smelled a bit musty

Enjoyed close proximity to the harbor and to Peter Trout's, a good place to eat.

Outside appearance is not appealing but that's no big deal.

The apartment size was perfect for a couple. The size of the kitchen was ideal. It was clean and everything we needed was there. We loved it!

I would have liked two towels per person because since it was humid outside, our towel weren’t fully dry the next day, but we managed.
