good location for visiting “quiet side” of Acadia.
Gutter damage causes VERY LOUD NOISE when it rains - impossible to sleep. Problem has been known about a long time but not fixed!

Great location. Kids loved the pool and game room. wife and I loved sitting on the deck watching the night sky.

Great location and well maintained property. Staff was friendly and accommodating. We especially liked that we could order live lobster and blueberry pie and have it delivered the next day. The unit was equipped with everything we needed. We frequently saw deer and wild turkeys on the back lawn.
There really wasn't anything that we didn't like.

Loved our unit, spaciousness. Staff very helpful/friendly. Enjoyed to fire pit/S’mores. Pretty views/property. Loved games/sports equipment available for use. Did not partake, but lobster/blueberry pie orders was a nice touch:)
Pool/hot tub could use upgrading. Hot w/o AC on top floor. Some areas of condos could use paint, spruce up.

The front desk lady, I wish I could remember her name she was short, grey hair and glasses. Her personality was the best! Truly a gem. We liked the privacy and calmness of the place.
I didn't realize that one of the beds was a pull out. Would have liked to have had a real bed. However the person who slept on the pull out said it wasn't bad.

The location was perfect. It's considered the quietside of Mount Desert which means you aren't disturbed by loud tenats, crazy crowds, etc. Easy to find parking, extremely well kept, amazing staff. They have literally thought of everything you made need during your stay and make it easily accessible. GREAT value for money.

Great location about 20 minute drive from Bar Harbor that was very quiet, had nice views, and good facilities. Tennis courts, pool and hot tub on site. Fire pit and grill as well! Lots of room for the price and full amenities.
The checkout self-cleaning process was, I thought, a bit excessive. That being said, the townhouse was spotless on check-in so it felt somewhat like paying it forward!
Electronics are maybe a bit outdated, but who goes to MDI for electronics anyway.

Amazing club house for the number of units, enjoyed the s’mores by the fire and fresh lobster I was able to cook! The staff was really nice and was very interested in making sure I enjoyed my stay. The grounds are very peaceful. It was a great value!

Place was really nice couple things a little bit dated however clean plenty a room and great location very friendly staff comes with all the amenities that you need stove oven microwave refrigerator bonus washer and dryer three bathrooms plenty big for six people or more

The location within 15 minutes of Bar Harbor. It was easy to locate. The area had plenty of hiking, recreation and wonderful restaurants.

Location was OK, still a bit far from Acadia but of course less expensive. So overall a good deal.
Upstairs is too hot.

The property was very clean but dated. We enjoyed the location in Southwest Harbor. The Bar Harbor area was too crowded for our liking. This is definitely a great place to stay for those looking for a quiet vacation.
The property needs a facelift. I would have paid more to have a modern unit.

The town house was clean and comfortable. There was plenty of space and a variety of types of spaces too.
My only complaint is the lack of air conditioning in the main bedroom. We used the pullout couch to sleep on the hot nights but a mini AC in the bedroom would have made this trip absolutely perfect.

Just a very nice place to stay and very reasonable. I would definitely come back again.
I think this is typical for the area but the AC did not work very well. I was not very upset about it, just the upstairs area was very hot.

Wonderful location and setting. It was great watching the wildlife out the back patio
Upholstered furniture needed a good cleaning, stained and gritty . I draped sofa with a flat sheet.
Carpet was past needing cleaning. We realize it is hard to maintain carpet with high traffic volume but would suggest changes to carpet cleaning schedule.
Bathroom tub was missed in last cleaning and floor had debris from prior occupant. Had to clean tub before we could use the shower
