We loved our stay! Such a friendly and considerate owner, all our needs were catered for! Great location, easy to walk everywhere

Amazing location, very close to the city centre, beach, bars and cafes. Super lovely and caring service. Even had a sweet suprise in the form of a fruit plate and a bottle of wine waiting for me.

It is very tight, no too much space (which is fine if you don't need much).

To be honest it was quite worth renting this room. The owner was super nice and give some recommendations for the area. It's one room super simple but if you only want one place to sleep worth rent for the relation price and quality

only positive thing which I can say was the kindness of owner. He was really nice, but the property was not appropriate for families definitely.

It was a “shared “ bathroom, which in my mind to use the same bath like someone else, who I don’t even know, is just unhygienic and disgusting. The room was under ground and the smell was horrible. So dusty and dirty 🥺 outside was hotter then inside. Despite we booked 2 nights, we just slept there one night (were so tired after 5 hours driving ) and my kid get sick - that cold was it. I would never recommend.

Great hospitality. Great care and assistance. Great location. Nice room and space. Great communication.

Decor was a bit dated

The location was good and there was a complimentary bowl of fruit and bottle of wine.

The room was infested with ants and had to be sprayed with insecticide during my stay. The room wasn't clean when I arrived, there was dried up rice/leftover food on the floor and a part drunk bottle of Fanta under the bed. The kettle would only boil if held down, the TV was faulty and had to be retuned several times. I was kept up until the early hours of the morning on my last night by guests in a nearby room shouting and playing music.

The location is amazing and the owner was incredible, always preoccupied and available for anything!

Owner very kind and attentive throughout our stay. Plenty of tea & coffee available and lovely touches like fresh fruit & bottle of wine in the room on arrival.

Basement room smelt very badly of damp. Accommodation needs a bit of TLC. Appeared to be no cleaning of shared bathroom, should be a priority to clean shared areas due to Covid.

Philip is wonderful and polite, very accommodating, there were lovely little extras that we weren’t expecting and we really felt looked after. It was very relaxed and that’s just what we needed! Russell Square is a brilliant location, you are so close to the Regency Tavern and round the corner from Molly Malone’s. Great value for money!

You do have to share a bathroom with the other guest house but it actually didn’t bother us at all. Was clean and tidy and we had a wonderful time.

Fantastic service - the owner Phillips goes out of his way to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Good value budget hotel. Nice central location close to the beach front. Free fruit basket and a bottle of wine on arrival which was a really nice touch. WiFi was very good. Will stay again - thank you :)

Very small negative but the hair dryer did not work.

Stayed here for 4 nights owner was very attentive and rooms were clean and comfortable
