We liked the Texas vibe of this house and having the lake just steps away from the patio. The beds were comfortable, and it was perfect for our family, although we had to keep a close eye on our toddler granddaughter because of the stairs. Only two complaints. The supplies of paper towels and toilet paper were frugal, and there were no Kleenex or dishwasher pods at all. The other thing to be aware of is that the map on VRBO locates this house in April Point North, but it is really in April Point South. Not a big deal for most people, but we had expected to be closer to our extended family in April Point North and didn't find out until a few days before we arrived. Overall, we would recommend this house as a good place to stay in April Sound.

The place was perfect for us! House was very clean and roomy! We loved it so much my family was disappointed we were leaving and wanted to stay there longer!

Our family of 5 stayed for 2 weeks. The property was clean and tastefully decorated. The boys enjoyed fishing right off the back porch. Unfortunately the weather didn’t cooperate for boating. There is a salt mine for kids down the road which our boys really enjoyed. There are several restaurants within a couple of miles. The only downside was the shower was too intense. Al in all a nice place to unwind

We really enjoyed our stay this is an amazing property and the location is beautiful. It’s so quiet and relaxing yet it’s very close to everything you could possibly want.

We spent 2 months and enjoyed every minute.
The condo is well stocked and the bed is very comfortable. We would definitely stay again.

My family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the lakefront condo. We fished, paddleboarded, and swam right off the dock and we loved the use of the community pool and gym. The condo had everything we needed and was very spacious and well-equipped for our stay. There is even a library and a bonus loft perfect for kids. The owner was responsive and accommodating. We would stay here again in a heartbeat. Highly recommend!

From the moment we stepped foot into the condo we were incredibly pleased. Everyone that came out to our small birthday celebration thoroughly enjoyed the amenities, the spacious condo, and of course the lake right in the backyard. Mr. Gibson, property owner was so incredibly pleasant and ready to answer any questions we had. We will definitely be reaching out again for futures stays!!

Hurricane Ida Evacuation
We were evacuating Houma, LA because of Hurricane Ida. We were very comfortable and happy to have the whole family together as we watched the hurricane make landfall in our home town.

Lake Conroe
Wonderful rental on Lake Conroe. Beautiful interior and very clean. We especially enjoyed the lake view from the patio.

Nice place but not clean
This is a nice property with a great view of the lake. However, it was not very clean. The floors had not been swept or mopped, there was toothpaste from a previous guest left in the primary bathroom sink, and the towels were very old and dingy. I would stay here again if it was properly cleaned.

Perfect Lake Condo
This condo was great! There were 8 in our group and everyone had plenty of space. Everything was very clean and pretty. The owner was always ready to answer any questions I had. We highly recommend this condo to anyone looking for a lake front getaway on Lake Conroe.

I would like to see a upgrade on Kitchen Supply’s, just a little tired...but I had most everything I needed, we stayed for a Month, for an extended weekend your fine.

This condo was perfect for our family! Celebrated my dad’s 91st bday - plenty of room for everyone! The location was so peaceful and quiet. The condo had everything we needed. Only suggestion would be adding a ceiling fan in the upstairs bedroom by library., or at least an oscillating fan. There are no air vents in there and was very warm. Also the living room could use a nice big drop-down fan too to keep it cooler. We would highly recommend this place and will likely book it again in the future! Thanks, Jeff!

Cleanliness was on point from top to bottom. The only thing was a few cock roaches was inside when we had gotten there couldn't find spray for them. But we managed . The property is very beautiful. I will stay again. The view was amazing.

Fun Stay
We had a great time at this location for a three night get away. We tied off our pontoon very easily on the dock! Host was very helpful and quick to respond to any questions!

Great Get Away Spot
