This is by far the most well equipped rental we have stayed in. There is everything you could ask for and more! The location within the Legacy Villas is excellent. So private with the mountain directly behind you and a pool just steps away. The golf cart was fantastic for going to the main pool every day. Communication was excellent. We will be back!

This was the first trip to the Palm Springs area with my parents and my young child. We loved everything about the unit, and the location was perfect! We would absolutely stay here again.

I just realized I didn’t review this stay and definitely wanted to. We were there for Mother’s Day weekend. The owners were fabulous with communication and very helpful with tips. The house was very clean and great for a group of friends or family with kids. The back patio was private and relaxing. Located just doors down from one of the many pools on the property. We walked around in the evenings. We all said we would definitely rent this home again. Thank you for the lovely visit and I apologize for being so late in writing my review!

We appreciated our stay in this lovely villa in a terrific community with beautiful pools. Our host was gracious and she made the experience very easy and pleasant. Lots of nice extra touches including lovely bedding, robes for the pool and nice pool towels. We would happily stay again!

Our stay for 4 women was perfect. We cooked in for one night. Enjoyed the golf cart to the pool. The location was perfect for the Indian Wells tennis tournament. Hope to stay here again.

We are very picky but we were extremely pleased with the townhome. The pics
did not do it justice. It was very clean, beautifully decorated and had all the amenities and comfort you could possibly need. Great floor plan, quiet and private. We highly recommend this private villa and can’t wait to go back.

We had a really good time, The property was clean and well kept. The were a lot of extra amenities. having 4 bathrooms was a plus. There was also 7 bikes and a golf cart and some family games in addition to a few pools on the property.

We had a great time staying at this property. Checking in was really simple and once we entered the home it was easy to notice how clean and well kept it was. We felt very welcomed and all the informational guides provided were very helpful. Communication with the host was very easy and they did a great job at responding in a timely manner. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and we would most definitely stay here again.

My husband and I traveled with our adult daughter, her husband and their 4 year old daughter. The unit provided complete privacy for both families (one upstairs and one downstairs) while the common areas were spacious, well equipped (much nicer than my own kitchen ware) and all amenities one would need. There are pools very close by and the availability of the golf cart made going to the main pool for kids a breeze. The unit is nicely situated providing privacy and quiet. The entire complex of Legacy Village is beautiful and well maintained. We’ll be back!

This is the best VRBO property we have stayed in. So well equipped from the kitchen, to the golf cart, to the bikes, to the pool toys, to the towels, etc.The home was very clean (we’re clean freaks). The master bed was very comfortable along with the linens and pillows.The communication from Kari was terrific. She goes out of her way to make sure your stay is great.Highly recommend. The pictures don’t do it justice.Excellent location in Legacy. Very peaceful right next to the mountains.

Palm Tree Escapes in Legacy Villas is truly a wonderful place to stay for a relaxing retreat. The location is great for getting out and exploring but secluded for peace and quiet when you want it. The condo is very comfortable and has everything you need and then some. The owner is pleasant to work with and gives you all the information you need before you get there. She also has lots of recommendations on things to do and restaurants to visit. I highly recommend staying in Palm Tree Escapes.

Enjoyed a couple of days with wife, son and daughter in law. Such a nice property with all of the amenities you could need and furnished with terrific furniture. So many little touches make you feel you are staying at a home away from home.
Location in the Legacy Villas is also great. Backs up to a walking path and the mountain with outside decks on both floors.

There are 12 pools, excellent walks and hikes nearby and bikes for the entire family. It is a beautiful villa in a great complex.

This home is immaculate. Every detail has been thought of! We have stayed in Legacy three times and this was by far the nicest home we’ve rented. The pantry is stocked, the cabinets have just about every plate, dish, glass, pan, you could ask for and there are plenty of towels for all guests. The best part of the house to me is the patio - we spent most of our time outside. Legacy Villas is a great spot. I believe we counted 11 pools! Very close to everything! Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Each room was perfect, and having a fourth bathroom really helped with six people. The home was very clean and had lovely amenities. Lounging by the pool on Saturday morning was perfect. The owner was very nice and responsive. We really appreciate their hospitality! Highly recommend!

We just returned home from a 2-week vacation in Palm Desert. We have been coming down to the area for the last 9-years and the last 4-years we have stayed in the Legacy Villas. This particular condo by far was the most comfortable and cleanest. The patio was a big bonus as it was large and comfortably furnished which made time outside that much more enjoyable. The location is great because it is within a few hundred meters of a pool/hot tub, backs up to the mountain and is a bit quieter than other locations on the complex. We look forward to returning!

This is an exceptional townhouse with a great location in a beautiful property. The townhouse itself is well appointed, decorated beautifully, well stocked and has extra touches you don't expect in a rental. We loved this rental, the outdoor space is fabulous, the layout is great with plenty of space and three bathrooms. The complex is lovely with plenty of pools to choose from and one right by the unit. I can't say enough about the outdoor space of this unit, peaceful, relaxing and lots of space to socialize. The owners were great and easy to work with. I would highly recommend this unit. We can't wait to go back and enjoy a peaceful early morning run and then later in the day relax and enjoy a beverage on the patio.

What a wonderful vacation spot! This property is beautifully decorated, well-appointed with both necessities and extra touches, and located in a peaceful, quiet area near the rear of the complex. The owners are pleasant, accessible and responded immediately to minor issues we encountered during our stay. The villa offered the perfect setting for a relaxing extended weekend for our family and we look forward to our next visit!

We absolutely loved our stay! The townhouse was even better than we expected. The bedrooms each have a bathroom which was a bonus and there was plenty of space. The furnishings were top notch, the property is very well maintained and clean with every amenity we could need. The owner was a pleasure to work with and was very easy to communicate with. Loved the patios- they were well appointed and we spent a lot of time relaxing on them. There are numerous pools in the complex but the one right beside the townhome was perfect – we had it all to ourselves most of the stay. I highly recommend this particular unit.
