We loved the condo amd amenities! The condo was very spacious and the most well equipped we have ever stayed in. The view was amazing. We will definitely rent again.

The property was perfect. Rooms size good. Two pools had something different to offer. Parking under bldg and the two beach chairs definitely a plus. Location away from the crowds and still close to all the restaurants we love and some new ones we discovered. I will say your cleaning people could have done a better job. Floors were swept but dirty. The bathroom rug had yellow stains on it and we could have used more towels with 5 adults in the condo. Had to wash after 3 days.

Wonderful experience. The view alone is worth the stay. Just happened to be there during the air show and watching the jets from the balcony was awesome. Accommodations were clean and lots of towels. Highly recommend.

I stayed at this property for 2 nights from 4/29 to 5/1/2024. I made the reservation because of the reviews, so I consider it crucial to leave my reviews so I can alert other potential guests to check out this property before booking and spending their money. Upon arrival, I had to send a text message to the host to obtain information on how to access the building's parking lot and the unit, THE HOST RESPONDED immediately providing this information, however it was not until the second day and after sending him a text message to give us the wifi key, I think all this information should be sent as soon as you pay for the accommodation. Once inside the apartment, the smell that was breathed was pleasant and everything was organized; However, I could feel the dirty floor as soon as I touched it with my bare feet. I think that for every guest it is crucial to find the place where they are going to stay clean and sanitizing, so experiencing the dirt from the floor on my feet, and then on my hands when I touched certain parts of the wood of the bed was very unpleasant but it was not worst. (IF THE SYSTEM ALLOWS ME I WILL SHARE A PHOTO) OF THE SHEET, WHICH WAS NOT ONLY RIPPED BUT ALSO HAD A very unpleasant BLOOD STAIN on it, the curtains in the room were so dirty and stained that it was unpleasant to look at or touch them. (I don't understand how a business that makes so much money doesn't make those who run it aware that there are expenses that are non-negotiable.

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo! The unit and the entire complex was very well maintained. Being able to have the pools heated was great since it was a little chilly while we were there. The location to the beach was perfect. It was also so nice not to have to drag all of our gear to the beach and just use the chair/umbrella set ups. Wonderful stay and we hope to come back again!

Just as advertised.

Communication was thorough and helpful. The Resort was amazing from location to amenities. Walk right to beach, pools clean, 15th FL condo overlooking the Gulf waters was beautiful(recently remodeled), parking convenient. Close to Pier Park. We walked daily up and down beach and Front Beach Rd.. Weather was somewhat warm and cool end of Feb. We'll be back for sure.

Very nice room love the view, easy to book, everything was supplied as far as dishes and chairs and towels. We really only had to get our food. The beds were very comfortable. Everyone was nice. We would book there again when we come back.

The property was exactly as listed and more. My kids were excited to find the space just for them with their own television so they could escape in the evenings to play. We always over pack but in case you forget sand toys, a beach bag, or beach towels, don’t worry because the room has those too! We enjoyed our stay and the only issue we had was the door code but the owner was quick to remedy that!

We had an emergency a few hours after being there with one of ours having to be hospitalized for 2 days so we had to stay an extra night and the owner was right on it when i messaged her. Definitely will be rebooking here

When traveling with a family, the 4 made a huge difference! We loved being a little ways from Pier Park and all the traffic. My mother, my husband and i stayed at Celadon 1502 and loved every minute of it. The condo is clean and beautifully decorated. The balcony veiw was lovely and there are plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. The owner was so very nice and helpful. We would definitely stay there again.

The condo was very nice, a home away from home. The master bedroom, bathroom and closet was large and roomy. Very well equipped, extra blankets and pillows. The second bedroom was very nice with two beds and a second full bath was great with 6 of us staying there. The bunk room was cute and accommodating to my 8yr old granddaughter. Had plenty of supplies trash bags, toilet tissue, paper towels etc. There was even laundry detergent and dish detergent. Even though we didn’t cook while there, there were plenty of supplies to use, even had all kinds of spices. We really enjoyed our stay. The only downside was reserving our beach chairs and that was our fault. You know the old saying “the early bird catches the worm” well if you want front row you need to be down there bright and early, they line up to get first pick and that’s your chairs all week. Brenda was great, she was very helpful when I wanted to make changes always responded quickly. I highly recommend staying at the condo. Thank you so much Brenda. The Smith Family

We have stayed in many rental units and this is one of the best for sure! Everything is clean, modern, beautiful and well stocked! We brought our 4 children 17, 13, 9, and 4. Everyone loved it! There was a ton of stuff in the condo for the kids to play with inside and out. Extremely comfortable beds and bathrooms! Very spacious. Nice appliances. Not a bunch of decorative items to have to move out of the way. Appreciate that so much!! Beautifully decorated. Loved the 4 chairs on the beach! It was really perfect!

We enjoyed a relaxing time on the quieter west end of PCB. A great rental will all of the amenities that we needed. We will definitely be renting this unit in the future.

Nice condo!

We lucked out being there in the hurricane because our weather was fantastic. We made many meals in the condo and had all the tools we needed. Condo was fantastic for us. Loved seeing the dolphins every morning.

This property was perfect for our stay! We loved the condo, it was very clean, appeared to be newly painted and decorated, kitchen was well stocked with dishes, cookware., etc, the chairs on the beach were a great benefit. This condo very convenient to many restaurants, Pier Park, shopping, groceries, etc. we will definitely remember this when coming back to PCB!

Really enjoyed the condo and the property. The only thing I have a problem with is I couldn't access the web site to pay for my parking. I got an error code when I went to get on the web site (through my phone and my laptop). When I checked with the desk they were no help. I emailed the contact that I had and got no response. When we went to leave on Saturday I had a "ticket" on my windshield. Not very helpful with that part of my visit. Not a good way to end a great week.
