We really enjoyed our stay! The beach is only a quarter-mile walk away. There are two pools in the complex. We had 5 adults and 3 kids and we had plenty of space. We enjoyed using the wagon and the beach chairs provided. On our last night, there was a problem with the A/C (which could’ve made for a really uncomfortable night with the outside temperature in the mid-90s!). But Will, the host, got someone to come fix it within a couple hours of us texting him. We really appreciated his responsiveness and the fact that he got it fixed even late in the evening. We would love to stay here again!

We had a group of 6 adult women stay at this condo last week for a Girls’ Trip! We loved this condo and will definitely stay here again. So many touches that made it so homey. We had everything we could’ve possibly needed and more. Great location and very clean!!

The place was lovely and better than expected. The place is much brighter than how it appears in pictures. Had everything we needed from beach supplies to comfy beds to kitchen appliances. Walk to the beach was short and easy and Coligny was a walkable distaste well. Would definitely recommend staying here. We are a family of 5 with 3 teenagers, we had plenty of room.

Great property and well stocked and clean. Lots of stairs. Had to keep an eye on the 18mth old because she loves stairs. Found the baby gate on the 3rd floor when we were leaving. The wagon and other beach items came in handy.

It was a nice size villa. The location was great. The kitchen was well stocked. When we arrived the drawer under the stove was broken. The rugs were dirty. The couches and big chair could be updated. We really liked the dining room set. There are 8 chairs. It was nice having 2 balconies. We liked having a BBQ and a crockpot. You could make a pot of coffee or a single cup. It was nice that we could park in front of our villa. Very close walk to the beach!

The property was very well kept, perfectly clean, well equipped and appointed. Lots of extras, beautiful grounds. The best place I've ever rented. Hope to return.

The property was spacious, quiet, clean and fully stocked. I wasn’t aware it was three levels. With ladies age range 55 to 76 there were too many steps. Other than that it was a great get away.

Loved everything about this condo! Great deck, plenty of seating inside and out, lot’s of beach stuff and lots of room at the table! Appliances were top notch, lots of little extras and ample towels! Best place I’ve stayed at yet in Hilton head! Seating

The floor plan was great for the older girls. Everyone had privacy and space to relax.

This was BBC a great place, it is the second time we have stayed at this place. The last time we stayed we didn’t any kids, this time a 2.5 year old and 10 month, it’s not fully child proof but we didn’t have concerns for our little ones playing around the condo. Getting them to the beach was easy with them since access is just across the street from the complex. Great memory we’re made with my family here

We loved staying here during our family trip to Hilton Head. The close proximity to the beach was perfect - the wagon and beach chairs/towels made trips to the beach fun and easy. We also really enjoyed the patio overlooking the lagoon for our evening happy hours. We would absolutely stay here again, William was easy to communicate with and the condo was cozy. We had everything we needed!

We enjoyed our stay here but it was nothing to write home about. The house is older and the couches, carpets and bathrooms felt old and worn which made them not feel super clean or comfy. Lots of small things that were annoying when they all added up. The beach stuff was fine but it was broken or ripped, 1 role of paper towels for 4 days, no laundry soap, 2 kids cups, only caramel coffee, broken garbage can, long beach walk, small stuff like that which were annoying. The walk to the beach was a hoof with 3 kids under 7 but the wagon made it easier and there was a lot of things we could bring, which we really enjoyed. On a positive note it was a large space and the beach was accessible. It was a very quiet condo area which was nice bc there was little noise from neighbors. We have all the cooking tools and appliances we needed and it was well supplied for the most part. In the end, this place was just ok. We’ve stayed at places we liked less and we’ve stayed at much nicer.

We have stayed many places on HHI and this was a top fave! Beautiful condo with so much space and natural light. Well furnished and stocked. Great location and amenities. We would def look to stay here again!

Very convenient location to shopping, grocery stores, putt putt and most importantly the beach. Property was very clean and had everything we could've asked for.

Great location, walk to the beach with excellent amenities including all the beach equipment you need and the wagon to get it there! Easy access, responsive host, very clean, well stocked kitchen. Two couples, we will make this an annual visit and plan to rent this lovely unit again. Absolutely 5 stars!

This property was perfect for our stay. Brought our son and 2 friends for their senior spring break. The location was perfect to the beach, shopping, and activities. The property was everything we needed for the week. We are not beach goers so having all the necessary beach equipment was very accommodating. The kitchen was fully stocked...we just bought some groceries when we got there. The boys loved the bike rentals, they could go where they wanted and my husband and I could do what we wanted. We would definitely stay here again.

William is a breeze to work with and the condo location is perfect! Love everything about it! What a great stay! Thank you so much!!!

Overall the layout worked good for family. Needs better cleaning, baseboards. Carpet should go very dirty. But hard to keep clean with going to the beach and keeping shoes off it. Would stay again with kids.

It was a little dated but had what we needed for our stay. There was a mix up on our arrival so we had to wait for it to be cleaned but they took care of it quickly and compensated us so we were satisfied with that. Mistakes happen. We felt it was a good value and the location worked well for us because we like to walk but the shops and restaurants were about a mile away which might be a consideration for some. We had a great time on Hilton Head.

This family-friendly condo was well equipped for fun-filled Beach days. From beach chairs and sand toys to a wagon and a boogie board, we had everything we needed for an afternoon in the sun. Beds were comfortable, kitchen was well-stocked, and condo was clean. Beach proximity was very doable with kids. Thank you for a fun stay!

What a nice place for a large group of people. It was me and five 14 yr old boys. Plenty of space, and the proximity to the beach and the pool on property were both wonderful! Kitchen is well stocked. Lots of beach stuff too - wagon, chairs, umbrellas, toys, etc. Well done!

This condo worked well for our family. The kitchen was very well stocked and the size of the condo was great for our family of 5.

Very nice property and responsive property manager. When we arrived, the cleaning crew had just gotten to the condo even though it was after 6:00 p.m. and check-in was at 4:00 p.m. We called Will, the property manager, and he generously made it right. Very easy to work with. The condo was cleaned very well and had everything we needed. The upstairs master suite was very nice for my daughter and her husband. The two bedrooms on the second level were great for my son and me. Everyone had their privacy along with time to spend together. Beautiful deck off the family room to enjoy morning coffee or evening drinks. The three floors make it a nice option for different configurations of guests. My only suggestion, as I one of those people who like to clean daily even when I am on vacation, is to add a broom and dustpan for inside and one broom on the deck for outside. LOL
