We were in town for my granddaughter’s birthday and enjoyed having a nice, clean, relaxing place to stay. Everything we needed.

We had a great experience from start to finish! Booking was easy, quick and responsive communication with the owner, and the house was perfect for our family! Clean, well equipped, and comfortable - overall a fantastic stay!

House was very convenient to Llano restaurants and shopping. Beds we VERY comfortable and sheets so soft that we looked at the tag to find out where to get them!! Kitchen was very well stocked. Plenty of towels in the bathrooms. Overall great spot for a girls weekend!

Our children and grandchildren gathered for a reunion. The house has plenty of room for family. The house has plenty of beds, sheets, towels, soap, etc., and adequately supplied kitchen necessities. The grocery store is just around the corner. The host is great! The website describes the house perfectly. Also lovely back yard! This was our second stay.

Our family ranges in height from 5'9" to 6'7". It can be hard to find accommodations that have enough large beds to fit the six of us. This house was perfect. Clean, easy to find, had plenty of kitchenware to cook if we had wanted, and a beautiful backyard.

We only stayed for a single night but it was a cozy little house. Beds were comfortable and everything was clean. The home does have a lot of breakables which the toddlers found especially fun. Luckily nothing was broken!

Our stay at the Birmingham House was perfect. From the regular communication with our host through after our stay ended, everything was perfect. We used the home as a get ready location for my wedding, the master bedroom was large enough for my mom, sister, aunt, and myself to get ready in. The natural light made for excellent hair and make up time! And the photographer even couldn’t get over how great the lighting was. The backyard was gorgeous- we were able to take small family pictures Before we headed out for the ceremony that will make beautiful keepsakes for the future. We cannot wait to come back and stay in the future. The location was convenient, the kitchen and living spaces were spacious, and the hosts were so kind.

We enjoyed several wonderful days in Llano with our son and his friend. Llano is a great little Texas community and everyone we met was friendly and helpful. Kristi's thoughtfulness makes you feel immediately at home. The location is great with just a few minutes walk to the lake, store, or across the bridge to the historic downtown; proximity to busy roads meant night-time traffic noise, but that may have been exceptional during our stay as it was the opening weekend for deer-hunters. This is definitely a place to which we would return.

It is the perfect home and place to stay while visiting family in Llano. All the amenities were available. The home is decorated nicely and is very comfortable. Will stay there again.

The house is neat as can be and well stocked with coffee, creamer, pots & pans etc so that made packing easy! Check in process was confusing, I had no info until reaching out to the owner the day of, but she responded very quickly. All in all I was very impressed!

My friends and I had a great time staying at Birmingham House. The house was clean, roomy and quite comfortable. It was well furnished and had a great backyard with gazebo, gas grill and plenty of seating. I met the owner Kristie, she was a delight and would definitely stay at her property again. Mark J.

We had a great time! Perfect location with easy access to all summer attractions: lakes, rivers and the Enchanted Rock. The house is very nice with a secluded, private backyard, perfect for grilling. Just 3 short blocks from the river and swimming beach. We loved it.

This was a perfect weekend getaway. The property was perfect for our family and was exactly as advertised. We enjoyed the backyard and it was also just a short drive to the slab for some fun at the river.

I needed a quick, overnight stay somewhere to decompress, found this gem of a house in Llano and it was definitely what my heart and soul needed! Very clean, with all the comforts of home; the backyard was an oasis to enjoy, complete with a swing, vine-covered gazebo, and a grill to throw some steaks on for dinner. There was little to no street noise and the beds provided one of the best sleeps I've had in a long, long time. Kristie, the owner, checked in to make sure we lacked for nothing. I definitely will return for a longer visit, hopefully soon.

We stayed over Christmas and the home was thoughtfully decorated. Very nice. Home was very clean and had all the thinks we needed for a very enjoyable visit. Lots of blanket, bath robes and soaps. The owners care about this place and it show. Would rent again.

This is a very cute home with a beautiful back yard for entertaining. Plenty of space for a larger family and in a great location (walking distance to Cooper’s!!). Kristy was a fantastic host who checked in occasionally to ensure everything was up to standards and to offer local attraction advice, but her phone calls were not intrusive in any way. We will definitely stay here again and highly recommend the home.

Absolutely perfect home for any occasion. Soft, comfy beds, fabulous linens and towels, everything to make your stay perfect. Located across the bridge in a quiet neighborhood. The house is so comfortable. The back yard and garden are delightful. It is a peaceful, magical place to start and end the day. To make it absolutely perfect, it is within walking distance from Dairy Queen. Ice cream in the garden is a blissful way to end the day.
