The room was clean, but the a/c had not been run in a very long time. It was hot,and took a long time to cool off. Neither one of the televisions were operational, which was reported immediately. The front desk clerk texted and said he would see what he could do about it, but we never heard from him again. At "breakfast", they were out of most of the items, and we arrived at the breakfast at 7:15 am. I would not recommend this hotel.

The beds are comfortable, rooms are clean and smell clean, and great water pressure from shower. This will be our place to stay when we visit. This was our second time.

The bed was very comfortable. There were no usb plugs. Bathroom floor plan isn’t very good.
Was supposed to have breakfast at 6:30. There was none. Barely got cup of coffee. The clerk had to unlock the door for us to come in.

Upon check in the manager looked my wife & I up & down & said "theres no smoking in the rooms" neither of us smoke. Then she said "don't mess up my vroom" like we were some kind of low life's!!! We're having carpet installed in our house & we LIVE in LLANO & I guarantee I'm gonna tell EVERYONE I know DO NOT GO THERE BECAUSE OF THE EXTREMELY RUDE OWNER/MANAGER WHATEVER!! ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING HUMAN BEING RUINED OUR STAY!!!!

A quick one night stay to see family. Clean room- low lighting and slow drain sink. Slept well - no noise. Had to look for someone to check us out. Okay for a night.
