The house is lovely just as shown in the pictures. Kitchen is well equipped. Outside deck was where we spent most of our time - large with a beautiful maple as your umbrella. Bungalow room made for a perfect setup for our vacation.

Overall great experience. The bathroom in the cottage could use updating. The washer and dryer is in the basement which is only accessible through a bulkhead. The location is perfect. The new addition is adorable!

The property was very clean, was close to downtown Edgartown and down the street from a great park with playgrounds.

The property was exactly as shown online. We had a wonderful week of bike riding, beach and swimming. Morning trips to the farmers market. And my teen especially loved taking over the bunk house. I miss that outdoor shower!

This is a charming cottage in a superb location; close to beaches, walk to Edgartown, and close to a playground. We couldn't have asked for a better spot. The house was clean and very well maintained. The deck and outdoor shower was amazing!

We just got home from our week long stay and fell in love with this cottage. It is exactly as described and then some. Beautifully maintained and so close to town. We brought our car but basically didn’t use it. It is a lovely walk to the downtown area and became part of what we enjoyed. We will definitely want to rent this place again.

This rental was quaint and perfect for a Martha’s Vineyard get away. The owners were so helpful! It was within walking distance to many restaurants, close to the beach, and we loved that it was on the bike trail!

We had a fantastic week in Edgartown and we’re so happy we rented this cottage! It is exactly as it is pictured and described online. Our family (2 adults, 2 kids ages 8 and 10) had the perfect amount of space. We spent most of our time on the deck under the shade tree. The guest house was perfect for movie watching and hanging out, the outdoor shower was awesome and the kitchen had everything you could want. The best part was the walk to town location and proximity to South Beach. We hope to come back and would happily rent this cottage again. Thanks!!

This is our second time staying at this lovely home. The house is not too far from the beach, walking distance to downtown Edgartown where parking is not easy so being able to walk into town is huge, has a park up the street for kids, and just a block away from restaurants and Bad Martha's Brewery. The home is nicely decorated and makes good use of its space. The back deck is a wonderful oasis and where we spend most of our time on the property, the outdoor shower on the deck is terrific. The 2nd living space is wonderfully done and perfect for extra family members. And laundry on site is great to return home with clean clothes. Bridget and Mark are very receptive owners, and take pride in their home. I'd highly recommend renting this property.

We loved the house, nice and clean, great porch to enjoy the outside with beautiful hydrangeas - typical MV! Loved the extra little house for my in laws. The location was great we walked into town, it was right on bike path, there was a playground at the school across the street, and our kids biked in the hardware store parking lot while we got dinner ready! Also near Stop & Shop. Definitely would stay again!

Thank you for an amazing vacation week on the Vineyard. We have spent many summer weeks in edgartown, never returning to the same rental for some reason or the other. Well, we have found our forever rental. Beautiful house, modern, super clean with very amenity you could think of. Great location , we walked to town every night for dinner after enjoying time on the private deck surrounded by hyrengeas, shaded with a beautiful tree. Best outside shower ever, with private changing room...de-tatched guest house perfect for our teenage son, decorated straight out of pottery barn. We enjoyed our week tremendously, thank you for allowing us to share your little peace of heaven!

We returned to MV from the UK 15 years after our honeymoon. The cottage was beautiful & had everything we needed. It was perfectly situated - 5 minutes stroll into Edgar town & the same distance from the local supermarket. You can hire bikes from Edgar town bikes, again 5 mins walk away, & get to the beaches easily with no parking problems. We would recommend highly.

From the minute we pulled into the driveway we knew this was going to be special. It was exactly what we were looking for. The home is very clean and everything we needed was provided and easy to find. The beds are comfortable and the owners checked to make sure we were doing well upon our arrival. I would highly recommend this home and would stay again without hesitation. The location could not have been better too. It's just a short walk to downtown Edgartown, the local fish market, and supermarket. We also enjoyed the outdoor shower after a day at the beach and the privacy of the deck. The entirety of the cottage, with all amenities and warmth, allowed us to have a fabulous, relaxing vacation. The listing description and pictures are accurate and the overall experience was great. Mark and Bridget are rightfully proud owners of this marvelous home. So easy to work with, they're very quick to respond and were flexible as possible to our requests (especially, helpful in retrieving some items we inadvertantly left behind.) Although we never met in person, we feel like we made new friends. Their conveniently located home (10 min walk/5min bike ride to downtown Edgartown) is just as depicted in the photos. Clean and appointed with all the conveniences you need on vacation, including the nicest outdoor shower I've ever used! You won't be disappointed. If still available on your preferred dates, book quick or it will be snapped up by some other lucky vacationers.

We were lucky to spend 2 weeks this summer at the Cottage and we absolutely loved it! The Cottage is located within walking distance to downtown Edgartown, the Katama General Store, and Morning Glory Farm. You cannot beat the location! We took a lot of morning walks into Edgartown and every night we were tempted to walk back for some ice cream. The Cottage is fully stocked with all of the necessities - we didn't have to bring anything extra! The modern washer/dryer in the basement was crucial for a two week stay with a small child. Overall, we are definitely planning our next trip and we will not stay anywhere else on the Island! Thank you to the wonderful owners for such a pleasant and relaxing vacation. See you soon!

We just got back from a wonderful week in Edgartown. You have such a pleasant and comfortable home/cottage! It was the perfect amount of space for the four of us. Everything was neat and clean - which is always a top priority for me. We loved the outdoor deck and shower. The location was great - close to everything. We walked to Edgartown for dinner/ice cream, the school to play basketball, and Bad Martha's for a drink on their patio. Thank you so much for allowing us to use your great Edgartown cottage! I just returned home after a week at this wonderful cottage. I just fell in love with the deck and yard as it is the perfect place to relax after a full day at the beach. The outdoor shower was the best. The cottage is adorable and has everything you would need. It is very clean and tastefully decorated. I highly recommend this cottage for your stay. You do not need a car everything is within walking distance or the bus. Thank you thank you.
