Taking into consideration, we were there During”Debby” We cooked a lot! Lots of rain so we were indoors quite a bit. Had lots of spices and Kitchen items. I love the large table, it was great for family to gather.

The condo was great ! We had a group of 7 and it was perfect. Everything was clean and as described in the listing. The deck along with the grill was perfect. Short walk to the beach as well. Was our first trip to the island and we loved it! We would definitely stay here again!!

It was exactly as listed. A short easy walk to the beach. I really appreciated all the toys for the girls to play with in the condo. Also having use of the wagon and beach stuff came in really handy. You pretty much walk everywhere so having the wagon is great if you’re traveling with little one’s. We would definitely stay here again.

The unit was well stocked and clean. The spaces were large enough for everyone. The decor was a bit outdated but quaint. Everything in the unit worked well and we had no problems. It was conveniently located near the beach and large playground.

The condo is advertised withers kitchen and living space on the giro floor, two bedrooms and a bathroom room on the second and the master bedroom and bathroom on the third. The place is an older condo with original decor. The kitchen is small but all appliances worked well and it was stocked with a lot of extras. The beds are comfortable, a/c was good and the back deck was nice. The condo has a beach wagon, beach chairs and a two person umbrella.

This condo is 5 minutes from the beach which isn’t to crowded like the public beach! The only con is there isn’t a bathroom on the main floor with the living room and kitchen. Other then that all the rooms had tvs and comfy beds! Would stay again!

Property is overall in good repair. What ever updates/repairs are needed, and there are a few, it did not impact or affect our stay. Basic cleanliness was good, beds were quite comfortable. Kitchen was very well stocked. Do note that this property has multiple stairs to climb, if you have any issues with steps this is not the property for you. The 5min. walk to the beach may be possible if you are a fast walker with minimal carry on. However this also was not a major issue and overall location was good.

70s and 80s decor
This place was very dusty, old furniture, dusty old curtains. The back deck was the saving grace of the place. It is more than a block to the beach because of route you had to take. The front door lock was broken, property manager told us he was out of town so it wasn't working our entire stay. Would stay at this resort again but not at this unit. We had fun!

Great week!
My wife and our 3 boys, had a great stay! We had plenty of room and loved the convenient location. We enjoyed being able to walk or bike to dinners, and walking to the beach was easy. David was very responsive to any questions we had, we would definitely stay here again.

Very nice property with easy beach access!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property! The owner was super easy to communicate with and very thorough in making sure we knew all the in and outs of the villa. It was well stocked so we didn’t have to worry about buying things that we wouldn’t necessarily finish during our short stay (toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, laundry detergent, etc.) which I thought was very considerate. The owner supplied beach chairs, sand castle toys and a beach wagon which were all very nice extras! Access to the beach was very easy! Basically a paved pathway until we hit the actual beach. The Villa is in a nice quiet location with a pretty view of the lagoon from the deck. We would definitely stay here again. It was overall a wonderful experience!

Property was immaculate and met our needs. We had a great time with two other couples. Our place was close to everything, and it was stocked with all the amenities that one would need. If I was going back to Hilton Head, I would go through VRBO again.

Perfect getaway
My children (13, 12, 9) and I stayed for a week to enjoy a summer vacation. The house was perfect for us! Everything was clean and exactly as the pictures showed. The beach wagon and chairs were a FANTASTIC addition and made our short walks to the beach super easy. Dan was on top of all communication and answered any questions I had promptly. Would absolutely stay here again!

Found the condo to be clean and well stocked. All Immediate needs were available on entrance to condo. Less than 10 minute walk to beach. Pool was welcomed with 2 small children. Available beach wagon was greatly appreciated! Plenty of towels. Only complaint was the beds not so comfortable ( but then they never are like your own)but everything else was awesome! Would not hesitate to use again

Seascape rental
The place was very nice. The owner is the only person that has kept me up to date of construction etc. His response time was quick. I have never had owner send an email to welcome me for tenting and telling me if I needed anything to let him know.

Good Location, Nice outdoor Atmosphere
Location was great. Unit was clean and had plenty of amenities. Deck area was great and we used the grill multiple times. I did buy a cheap chef knife as their wasn't a decent one in the kitchen, but I left it at the property for future use. The cabana was closed for renovation, but we didn't miss it much. We have 2 small children and underestimated the 3 flights of stairs, but we definitely got our steps in. All in it accommodated everyone and had plenty of space and was supplied good.

The kitchen was stocked with alot of supplies needed. The kitchen is small and it made working with 2 people interesting but we managed. The stairs were my down fall but I was the only one. You have a lovely place and we enjoyed our stay. Thank you for allowing us to visit.

Great HHI stay
After a little snafu with getting into the home, things improved. The townhouse is spacious - perfect for our family of 4. Loved the separation from the kids. The home is well-stocked with everything one could need. Location was nice - less than 1 mile to Coligney and an easy 7 minute walk to the beach. Overall a great home for the price and I would definitely stay again!

Priceless
We just returned from a wonderful week in HH. Our condo was fabulous and exactly what we were looking for. The condo was clean, which was important with a 17 month old. This condo had more supplies than we ever imagined. The kitchen has everything you need. Also all the beach gear was so helpful so we did not have to travel with our own chairs. The bedrooms were nice so our daughter and family were on the second floor, and my husband and I could be on the third. The beds are comfortable and bathrooms large. Thank you for sharing your condo. Our vacation was wonderful!!!!

Great stay!
We had a great time. The owner was so easy to work with and quick to respond if you have a question (thank you!!) Loved the grounds, the fountains, the egrets, blue herons, and even caught sight of the resident baby alligator sunning one evening. It was amazing!

Highet Recommendation
Home and stay was perfect. David Coffin (owner) checked in and made sure everything was ready for us when we moved in. The home was exceptionally prepared for every phase you could think of from kitchen to grill to laundry to entertainment to towels to comfortable beds. We will definitely return here again. The location was outstanding just a couple minute walk to the beach. Hilton Head Island was so relaxing and family centered it was great fun for all 8 of us.
Special thanks to Mr. Coffin his communication/information while we were preparing for our vacation helped us maximize our time on the island. Once again I give this home and Mr. Coffin my HIGHEST RECOMMENDATION.

Clean and Spacious House, Close to Beach, and Great Owners
Title of this review is all you need to know. From start to finish we had a great time at this condo. Check-in was seamless, the unit itself was very clean and had lots of room. The wifi and house appliances worked great. The walk to the beach was no more than 5 minutes. Big back porch had beautiful view of lagoon with a nice, clean grill. I would 100% recommend renting this property! My only complaint is that I didn't stay longer.

Was a great condo
We thoroughly enjoyed our visit and this condo. It was exceptionally clean and stocked with plenty of linens, dishes, pots, pans etc. We loved the deck, the pool, plenty of beach accessories which was very helpful! We would definitely stay here again!

Great Vacation Rental
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this property! We loved the well stocked kitchen and grill as we prefer to cook over eating out. Bedrooms were comfortable. Thanks for the beach wagon, beach chairs, and sand toys! It was nice to have a full size washer and dryer, too! Thanks for all the special touches to make our stay one full of great memories!
Two small suggestions for the kitchen would be to have a faucet with a sprayer and a dish drying rack. We ate three meals a day in the villa and didn’t always run the dishwasher between meals, so we did some hand washing.
Overall, a great stay and we look forward to possibly returning in the future!

Wonderful Place
We've been to HHI several times but this year we brought my Mom and needed more space. We all thought this condo was plenty large enough and it really was the most thoroughly stocked kitchen I've ever rented in! We would definitely love to stay here again. It was close to just about everything anyone would need. Thank you!
