Ideal location with great patio area & beautiful view of lake. Some restaurants within walking distance & only short drive to many others, beach & supermarkets. Villa was clean & spacious but a little tired in places. Great communication from owner regarding access and in days prior to stay. We are a family of 8 including 2 young children and would definitely return to this villa in future.

This unit was everything advertised. We stayed with 6 adults and two kids younger than 5. It was clean and fit us perfectly. We enjoyed seeing the wildlife in and around the pond out back. We were careful to keep away from the alligators. The kitchen was well-appointed and the furnishings and beds comfortable. The upstairs does need its own air conditioning unit. Otherwise, this unit was perfect for our family.

This was a great stay and located in a nice central location of Hilton Head Island. It was very relaxing, private pool area, has an absolutely beautiful lagoon setting, grounds, golf course view, the host is exceptionally accommodating. The 4 bedrooms was perfect for our family. We would definitely stay again at this location when we merge with family since it is spacious.

A great location, a clean villa, and a well-stocked kitchen. Everything at/around the villa was as listed. Relaxing view while sitting on the back porch. On-site binoculars let us watch the birds and the alligator in the lagoon. Clay tennis courts are right across from the villa, which was great for our tennis family. We rented bikes to go to/from Coligny Plaza and the beach. So much fun! Thank you for a wonderful experience!

We take an annual golf trip to Hilton head. This condo was perfect for a 4-some. Perfectly located, and plenty of space. Highly recommended.

The property was in a good location, not far from the beach. Pool and tennis was super close. Minor hiccups were quickly remedied by the owner. Only drawback was that the upstairs master was very warm even when A/C was set to 68 at night.

Had never stayed in shipyard before . Although we did have to drive to the beach each day the location was in the middle of everything and the bike paths were awesome! I had to contact the owner a couple of times and she was amazing to respond and answer any questions we had.

Good location walking distance for public beach. Private beach was a 2 miles away. Pool and tennis courts just across the parking lot. It was like private pool and courts. The house was well equipped and comfortable. The temperature on the 2nd floor was too hot but countable cool on the main floor. Communication with the owner was easy and very friendly.

Our family consisted of 5 adults and 2 kids and the townhouse was the perfect size for all of us. We all agreed that our favorite thing about our vacation home was enjoying the view and wildlife from the beautiful patio and the unique interior decor. We noticed something new every day! We enjoyed watching our grandchildren try their hand at fishing right from our own back yard. Mary Ann was great to work with and I would highly recommend this rental.

This townhouse was perfect for our family -- 5 adults, 3 year old and 1 year old. Everything was very clean, kitchen had everything we needed to cook, 3 full bathrooms were very helpful and the beds are very comfortable. The communication with Mary Ann was very easy. Check-in and check-out was very smooth. The location is great - tennis courts and pool are right out the front door. Beach is a lovely bike ride away -- HIGHLY recommend renting bikes, as Hilton Head is made for bikes! Coligny Beach and Plaza is also a short bike ride away. Overall, I HIGHLY recommend -- we had an amazing week! The only negative is that the large bedroom upstairs gets a little warm, but there is a nice standing fan and ceiling fan that keeps the air moving. So, it was not an issue for us.

Kitchen was sell stocked - plenty of silverware and other items not typically stocked like coffee. Very close to entrance gate into Shipyard. The owner was very friendly and checked in several times to ensure we had no issues.

It was everything that we were looking for. We did find that the master bedrooms both upstairs and downstairs stayed a little on the warm side however there were plenty of fans to take care of that. We were very pleased with the location and the relaxing atmosphere as we came to recharge ourselves and just relax.
