Very short walk to Pier Park which was great. This end of the beach is quiet and peaceful. The unit itself was very clean and the view of the gulf is beautiful from the balcony. The only complaint I would have is there was only 3 rolls of toilet paper and there were 3 of us staying there and we almost didnt have enough. Otherwise the stay was overall great. Thank you!

Spring break trip…had a great time during our stay. Wonderful location, beautiful views. Very good communication with owners. Parking garage across the street, with breezeway to walk over and lots of carts available to transport luggage, etc. Restaurant on premise was great and convenient. Beach chairs available was a plus. A few things that could be improved would be master king mattress could be updated (a tad bit hard for our taste), and higher quality sheets would be nice. Keurig did not work, so that needs to be replaced. Owner was notified, so I’m sure that will be taken care of. And as far as cleanliness, there were a couple sticky spots on floor when we arrived, and edge of master shower (at glass doors) seemed to be overlooked with some dirt. Not the fault of owners of course, but cleaning crew needs to be advised. Overall, clean and neat. All in all, we had a great time and would recommend this property to others.

We are so spoiled here that I’m not sure we would ever stay anywhere else. Not only is it the greatest location, everything you could need is within walking distance, food, shopping & entertainment! The condo has new renovations or improvements every time we go. Great staff! Convenient parking, beach lounge chairs! We LOVE it here.

Unit was very nice and clean. Had an issue with TV in bunkroom which turned out the firestick had been stolen by previous guest. Herb was great in getting us a ROKU stick right away.

My family and I had a Fantastic vacation! The Condo was absolutely as advertised. Top of Class!! Very Clean, and spacious. Interior of Condo was extremely nice, modern, very current! The beach chairs included in the rental were a big hit. Every staff member at the Calypso were very friendly and sociable. The Clarks were AWESOME to work with! Outstanding communication from prior to leaving for vacation until departure. My family would absolutely recommend the Clark's Condo.

We loved everything about our stay at the condo!! The location was perfect for strolling through Pier Park which we did several times. The condo itself was inviting and had everything we needed during our stay. And the view from the balcony was amazing. We've stayed in PCB a few times, and this was our best trip!! Will definitely stay again!!

We had a great experience. The condo was nice and clean. Right on the beach. Walking distance to the pier. One big plus….the beach chairs and umbrella were included so you knew you always had a place to sit on the beach, each day.

We have been visiting PCB on and off for 15+ years and I can honestly say this is one of the best condos we have ever stayed in! We greatly appreciated the little details like having USB chargers located throughout the condo and having a full supply of hangers in all closets! The condo is kept in perfect condition and looks even better in person than pictures. Everyone from my 15year old daughter to my 73 year old Mom was impressed. We will definitely be requesting to book here again!

Our family had a great stay in this condo. It was clean, well decorated, and the beds were comfortable. There was plenty of room for the 5 of us. Two beach chairs were included, which we reserved at the first of the week and they were available for us everyday. The location was fantastic!! You never have to get in your car and drive if you don't want to. We walked to Pier Park every day!

We have been coming to PCB for years and this was our first time staying at the Calypso. After staying in Herby and Tatum's condo we never want to stay anywhere else. The condo was very clean and completely remodeled. I can not say enough about the excellent communication we had from the time we booked the room until we checked out.

The condo was exactly what we were looking for. It was very well supplied and great furnishings. The location was fabulous!

If you’re considering this unit and it’s available I suggest grabbing it while you can. Very nicely appointed and a great price point. What makes this condo even better is the communication we received from Herby and Theresa leading up to our arrival. They worked tremendously well with us so we could have groceries delivered the day of, prior to our arrival. One less chore for us. I will definitely stay here again.

The condo was SPOTLESS! I appreciated the high end furniture. Kitchen was fully stocked. I did not encounter any problems whatsoever . The beds were too firm for me. I sleep on memory foams beds so the bed would’ve been perfect with a memory foam topper. That’s my personal preference. I can tell the owners put a lot of love into this condo. It is well designed and looks BRAND NEW! I would definitely stay there again.

View and beach are amazing. The unit is up to date and worked perfect for our family. Owners are extremely responsive and provided everything we needed to check in timely and very detailed. Already looking to book again next year.

We enjoyed our stay this week! Our host was quick to respond to any questions or needs we had. The condo was beautiful and immaculately clean. I loved the rockers on the balcony. If you have a big family, be sure to shop for extra toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher detergent, and trash bags. These things were provided but not in enough supply to last our big family for the whole week. The location was central to the activity in PCB. This could be a plus for lots of people, but we realized we preferred the quieter west end. Overall, we had a great experience!

I am so glad we booked this property to stay at. It was clean, the view was amazing, the location was superb, and the owners were so helpful and friendly to work with. Would 10 out of 10 recommend this for groups of all ages. We will definitely book here again in the future. Thanks for an amazing week.

Walking distance to Pier Park and lots of things to do is what attracted us to this location in Panama City Beach. The emerald coast and beach were very clean, family friendly, and the pools were excellent.

The condo is warmly decorated in beach decor. Is in the perfect location for having teens. Would definitely recommend staying here!

We had a great family vacation!

Condo was excellent. Well stocked. Great decor. Bedding is comfortable. Owner provides excellent communication. Only downfall is it takes 25-30 minutes to get to the east side of PCB for popular restaurants; however it is close to Pier Park.

Condo was very nice and had plenty of space. We loved it! The property management at Calypso gets a 0. We were not sent our parking pass until after 3 pm. It states it’s available at 10:30 on the morning of arrival. Then it has to be printed out. Rude about not letting unload in front of the condo. They were rude, not friendly, the pool was nasty, just an overall bad experience as far as the property was concerned. We will never stay at Calypso again. If we could move this condo to a different site it would be all 5 stars. Herby was very friendly and wonderful to work with.

It was a beautiful room and the property was very nice. Had a great view from the balcony and walking distance to pier park which is always a plus. The furnishings were nice and clean as well as the entire unit. Would highly recommend for a family and would book again if available.
