The house was perfect for our family. We loved being so close the beach. Even though the water was cold, our children loved playing in the ocean! The house had all of the comforts of home! We will definitely be going back!

We loved the casita. Size and location were perfect for our family. Craig was very responsive. We appreciated the extras like garbage bags, dish soap, paper towels. Also the beach chairs and beach towels were super helpful.

Great communication with host, very responsive. Check-in was smooth and quick. Lovely place, comfortable furnishings and such a well-equipped kitchen! Note: you need to bring or buy all basic pantry items like salt and pepper, aluminum foil, baggies etc. Super convenient location, easy access to beach. Really enjoyed our stay.

We were celebrating my daughter's 18th birthday. Great time. Wen to the beach each day. Water was very warm. The Tide went out plenty far as to cover the rocks on the beach. Plenty of room in the beach villa. Nice patio especially the 2nd private balcony which overlooked the Beach. Easy access to house and in and out to town was a breeze as it is one of the first streets to turn on once you start driving into Los Conchas. Overall good and would stay at property again.

Location, Accommodations, Beach access and Management all 5 stars! Property owner is fantastic and exceptionally professional. Cleaning staff was friendly and extremely helpful. Fantastic experience and would highly recommend. The house was perfect for the five of us and had more space and amenities than we could use. The “Margarita Deck” absolutely seals the deal!

The property was beautiful with easy access to the beach. However we were waiting for almost an hour in order to check in. There were vendors that drove by luckily so that we were able to get a cold drink while we waited on the top deck. The property had all the needed supplies even a grill. (Charcoal) we had a hard time getting the charcoal to light due to the moisture in the air (which i understand is out of the property owners hands but I would not recommend planning to grill unless you want to spend a while trying to get the charcoal to light). The property owner was very easy to get a hold of and was very quick with responding if we had any questions. For the most part we had a great time.

We stayed here 4th of July weekend and it was pretty amazing. The a/c was already running so it was a nice and cool when we arrived. The walk to the beach is about a 2 min walk. So easy to find the property. The area was nice and quiet and we felt secure. Thank you Craig for your hospitality.

I just LOVE this property! Everything was perfect! I love how close it is to the beach. My children (4yr & 6yr) had a great time & enjoyed the TV like at home. My family & I will DEFINITELY stay here for a 3rd time!!

We had a great time at the casita! Craig met us when we arrived and was very communicative. The kitchen had everything you need to make meals and we made good use of the outdoor charcoal grill. We loved sitting and sunning on the top veranda and then cooling off down stairs on the patio. We will definitely be back!

The house is clean, well laid out, and well appointed. Furthermore, you can see the ocean from the patio and the rooftop, and walking to the beach takes seconds. Maybe a minute if you're a dawdling. Craig was also a communicative, thoughtful host.

Great house, 2 minutes from the beach, which virtually had to our selves. (Mid week) We'll definitely try to book on our next trip.

We enjoyed our stay at Seascape . The kitchen is well equipped, beds are comfortable, it has a great yard to hang out in, as well as a margarita deck with a view of the water and a short walk to the beach ( 2 minutes and your toes are in the water). It’s very close to town and restaurants. The owner has another house on the property and was very helpful with suggestions for shopping and dining. We were there for 4 nights .

This was our second time renting this house and it did not disappoint. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you could want for cooking a big meal. The dining table was the place where we gathered for snacks and meals and it was very enjoyable. All 5 of us agreed how comfy the mattresses are and we slept like babies. The house was very clean and was immaculate when we arrived. The house is only about a 15 minute drive to the malecon and fish market which was another plus. We bought some huge shrimp and cooked it on the barbecue . Yummy! We stayed four nights and it went way to quick. We’ll be back for sure!

We have stayed here before, so we knew it would be clean and well managed. We love being able to see the ocean in an unimpeded view from the deck and patio, and the very short walk to get to the tide pools we love. Our only complaint: the stay was tooo short!

Where do I begin! The whole process from start to finish was amazing! The house was PERFECT! I cannot WAIT to come back! It was so peaceful & away from the hustle & bustle of Rocky Point. I don't have a single complaint or bad thing to say about the property or owner. Craig was the best host & helped us so much with everything. Everything was clean, the AC was great, the showers were hot, I mean...PERFECT! I read through so many reviews to find the perfect place for my husbands birthday/our "mini 'moon" & this was it. If you are considering this property vs. another one, CHOOSE THIS ONE! I promise you won't regret it!

Simply put.....this house is perfect! The owner couldn’t have been nicer! When we arrived, everything was clean and shiny! We found the kitchen to be fully stocked with everything you could want but bring your own salt and pepper.. The WiFi worked great all week. The master bedroom was large and the bed was very comfortable. The other two bedrooms were great as well. The view of the ocean from the window was outstanding. We loved everything about this house and we’ll be back.

We were looking for a long weekend retreat and this casita worked perfect for us! Located across the street from an empty lot (and ocean) we had a wonderful view of the ocean . Accommodations worked well for us with the split bedrooms. We had massages on the porch and enjoyed sunsets and Margarita’s from the upper deck.

The home is in front of a larger home. But...the front home is very very nice clean and is better than any condo or hotel/motel rooms. Some soaps are supplied. Bring your condiments, laundry soap,and dish washer soap. Home is very tastefully decorated. Has Direct TV, so I was able to watch football games. I need to warn every body....,.this is Rocky Point ... So there is no Sandy access to the water.....,It is a very pretty place to sit and sunbathe. There is a very nice front area to sit and read or watch the fishing boats. October is shrimp season. Try the Blue Marlin for great sea food. I stayed a week and that was to long for me. Remember to bring a jacket and sunscreen. The stores are quite different. You may laugh but the do not have pickles. The fish is outstanding but then again bring your own BBQ. The one there is not to be used. I know I am being a little negative but I want you to be warned. I did have a good time with my family and really liked our accomodations.
