Tim's location is the perfect 3rd floor corner location. Fully stocked. We spent seven days & six nights, it has easy access to beach after 9 am. There was more than enough room for everyone, and then some. Short easy drives to numerous eateries and attractions. Our only complaint was when the beach had severe rip tides, but that was ok, we had the pools and hot tub. We highly recommend this little piece of paradise, you and your family will love it. Great condo. Great views. Kitchen has almost every thing you will need ! Bring your own containers for any leftovers you may have from making a meal.

This condo is perfect for a large family. The 4 bedrooms (2 Masters) allow everyone to have their own space. The kitchen is very well stocked with everything you could need to prepare meals for a large group. The Boardwalk Beach Resort is very well maintained and clean. The heated pools are perfect for the little kids. A large “splash pad” pool for the younger kids and the zero entry large pool is a perfect place to play. And the beach….Wow! World class sugar sand beach is amazing. Do not hesitate to book this unit.

We plan on coming back to PCB, and we plan on staying here again. Such a great location. And Tim is a very responsive owner. Perfectly located and Beautifully decorated. From ages 1-65, this place was perfect for each of us.

Compared to other properties we’ve stayed at, this was the absolute best! -no issues with checkin -accommodations were great, clean, roomy -heated pool was perfect for our winter trip -communication with owner was convenient w/ quick responses -we were able to adjust the ac/heat which made it much more comfortable for our group (we’ve stayed at places that didn’t allow that) -kitchen was stocked with all if not most kitchen appliances and gadgets -appliances all seemed fairly updated and worked as should -close by to Walmart and all the main restaurants -perfect spot on the semi private beach Would highly recommend!!

The Boardwalk Resort is really nice. The pool is big. There are two hot tubs outside. Everything is handicap accessible. The food at the outdoor bar and grill was really good. The four bedroom condo was spacious and fully equipped. We thoroughly enjoyed staying at the Boardwalk Resort.

The owner is very accommodating—texted to let us know we could check in early. Kitchen is well stocked. Our extended family of 10 stayed her comfortably. This was our second stay at this condo. Beautiful views from the balcony of the beach and pool. The condo has an on-site restaurant with good food and drinks.

This was our 10th year staying at the Boardwalk. We've never stayed on the 3rd floor but it was really quick and convenient going back and forth. The unit was very clean and the kitchen was very well stocked. We would stay there again.

We had a wonderful family vacation at Boardwalk Resort. We had 7 adults and 5 littles ranging from 13 down to 7 weeks. There was plenty of space for us to not feel crowded. Tim was a great host and quick to respond with any questions we had. We are already planning our vacation for next summer. The Minter Family

Prime beachfront location for families looking to get away and enjoy quality time together. There was something for everyone in our group. The condo fit our needs. The owner was always available to answer any of our questions. Wonderful!

We had a great Family vacation at the Broadwalk Resort. There was 10 in our party ages 11 to 75. Plenty of room. Kitchen had everything need to prepare meals. Owner responded to every request within minutes.

We had 10 people, ranging from 53 years, down to 2 months. We vacation in PCB regularly, and this is the best equipped, most luxurious place our extended family has stayed. We LOVED it!

This unit has so much more then other units we have stayed in especially for the kitchen. It even had a booster chair and a pack n play.

My family loved our stay. We had plenty of room and a short walk to the beach. Thw kids loved the pool and Tim was very helpful.

Loved the unit and location!

Overall the unit is excellent. Only minor criticism is that the mattresses may be too soft (possibly a personal preference) and that the temperature is difficult to control in the master shower. Beach and pools are really nice, especially for young children.

The boardwalk condo was very nice. We enjoyed our stay. The location of the condo was just far enough away that we didn't feel crowded by other large condos. Enough elevators that we never really had to wait. The restaurant/bar was very nice and served great food. Loved the kid zone and splash pad. Pool was nice. I like that the condo had two access to beach but you could really only use one. The other didn't have a place to rinse off the sand and they locked the gate whenever they closed the pool. This made several guest very mad through our stay. Overall very nice condo. Would stay here again.

It was a great place right on the beach. Clean and very easy to work with the owners, it has everything you could need. We hope to stay here again in the future.

Excellent owner communication, both before and during our stay!

This condo was absolutely perfect for my family. Very spacious bedrooms, living room and kitchen. The balcony was nice to sit on both in the morning while drinking our coffee or in the early evening enjoying the breeze. The location being on the 3rd floor was perfect to look down and see grandchildren in the pool enjoying themselves. Beach was right there for us to use. Loved the stay and the owners kept in touch with us from start to finish. Definitely would recommend this rental!

My family of 8 with two cousins and 4 friends had a tremendous time at this property. Lots of room and beds for everyone. Great beach and pools. Really enjoyed our time. We will be back!

This property is in a great location, on the beach but away from the main drag but an easy drive to necessary places like walmart and walgreens. Our group of 8 adults found the property very accommodating for being together, but also couples could have their own space. The porches were great! To accommodate up to 14 people, privacy would be lacking though. The owner (property manager) was easy to contact and when we had an issue with the dishwasher, he made it right.

Thank you for the opportunity to rent your condo. The condo and the complex were perfect for our group. We never felt on top of eachother and had 4 teenagers and a 3 yr old with. The layout was nice and having 2 masters, both with ocean views was wonderful. It made sharing with another family doable. Master 1 shared the large balcony out front. Master 2 had its own small balcony on the side of the building. Since there is nothing built in the lot next door, it offered ocean views also. You could even lay in bed and see the water from either Master. This was the most stocked kitchen we have ever had in a rental. This made cooking for a large party so much easier. Honestly if we needed it there was a 99.9% chance it was in that kitchen outside of the food of course. The complex was in a great location. Walmart could be walked to if needed which made shopping much easier. Tip: Go to Walmart at 7 am. It is the busiest Walmart I have ever seen. We went Saturday am at 7 am and there was only 3 other cars in the lot. Souvenirs within walking distance. Pineapple Willy's was within walking distance. We did have vehicles with and the traffic was far less down by the condo which made getting around easier. If we had to go down by pier park it was a 30-45 minute drive due to traffic in that area. The State park was easily accessible and offered a nice calm beach for swimming and snorkeling. It also had a great beach for body surfing. There are charcoal grills there if you want to grill out. The condo complex did have some more strict rules for the month of March, as did the city. Such as no alcohol at the pool or on the beach. We just put our drinks in metal cup and had no issues. The pool was beautiful and heated. The hot tub was actually hot. The kids splash area was getting a make over while we were there and 1 of the hot tubs. There was security at the complex and that made us feel comfortable to allow our teenagers a little more freedom. Parking was nice. We were happy to be on floor 3 but surprisingly the elevators were really fast. A few in our party do not like heights so this was perfect and we still had wonderful views. Tim was very responsive. We asked about being able to grill and he very quickly pointed us to 2 places we could. He checked on us mid week which really felt like a nice personal touch. I honestly can say the only complaint I had was having to leave!
