Great location & view!

Clean and cute. The property was beautiful. We enjoyed our stay and I would definitely return. Sitting by the river was my favorite place to be.

Loved everything about the Chattahoochee Cabin! Perfect location, beautiful scenery, comfortable beds and lodging! We had so much fun on our adventure to Helen, Georgia!

The Chattahoochee Charmer exceeded our expectations. The location was fantastic, close to town which allowed us to walk to dinner and shopping very convenient. The backyard is even better in person, so much space.The hot tub was great in the chilly evening and the fire pit provided the perfect ambience. The house was comfortable and met all of our needs. We will defiantly be back. Thank you to the hosts that were very responsive to all of our questions. I strongly recommend this property.

The property & location were great but were quite disappointed by a few things. The hot tub was not in good working order as the temp of the water would not go over 99. Not acceptable! The hot tub is in a bad location, ( robes would have helped & were promised but not provided.) Owner needs to make customer aware of the tiny stairs to the upstairs (would definitely be a problem for elderly or heavy individuals) & never in all our years of renting have we had to provide our own toliet paper. One roll per bathroom for 6 people for 3 nights is NOT acceptable. This is our first time renting in Helen & we'll be going back to the Blue Ridge area. I cant recommend this property at this cost & would not call it luxury

The property is nice but the owners sent a msg a day or so before checkin about no firewood provided, no trash bags, the need to clean and replace all dishes etc. never have had a vrbo that didn’t at least supply one start up or extra of these. And then get there and there an no extra toilet paper rolls or paper towels rolls. And no extra bedding or blanket. The windows in loft and Harry Potter bedrooms aren’t covered so sun is up so are sleepers which was children…not ideal. The property has great potential but would not put high on the rent again list. Seems pricey for the minimalist supplies etc. Just say renter be informed!!

This is an amazing property!

Nice place on the river away from all the rest of the crowd. After a night of Oktoberfest, we kicked back next to the fire pit with a bundle of wood supplied by the owners, and watched the fire and the river with a full moon! Very relaxing. We also were pleased with the outdoor television under the deck and watched the Dawgs beat the Gators before heading back into town for the festivities. There is a shortcut that takes you to the back of Paul’s which makes getting to town easy. The house was clean and very comfortable, and we all slept well. We have stayed at many other places in Helen and would definitely stay here again!

Nice cabin! Great location! Owner was amazing with communication! So happy that all TV’s had Direct TV and very easy to use! Well equipped in the kitchen. Cabin could have been a little cleaner, but overall a great place! We had a very nice time for my Mom’s birthday!

This cabin is great. Love the oudoor living area and the short walk into town!

The Chattahoochie Charmer was a very nice property and was nice for entertaining indoors and particularly nice with its great outdoor living spaces - multi-level balconies, ample seating, fire pit, horseshoes, cornhole, darts, outdoor TV area, and awesome, tree-shaded views of the Chattahoochie! Also very easy 1/2 mile walk to the main tourist attractions of Helen!

My family and I really enjoyed our long weekend here. The cabin is roomy, the furniture comfortable, it had everything we needed with a lot of fun amenities provided. It was so nice to just be able to walk downtown and not have to worry about parking. My parents are in their 80's (and in good health) and had zero problems with the walk to town. We enjoyed sitting out on the deck and down by the river talking to all the people floating by. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Very nice home! Loved being right on the river!

My family of 4 had a great stay in this cabin. Backyard has gorgeous view of river. My family enjoyed the outdoor living space and we liked that it was within walking distance of all the shops and restaurants of downtown Helen.

Chattahoochee charmer is always our favorite place to stay in Helen. It is so convenient for the kids to play in the water and for all of us to float the river. The kids can ride their bikes into town. We adults can be lazy and hang out at the house or choose to play corn hole or horseshoes! We bring our own tubes so we can float multiple times during our trip. We love Helen, and the Chattahoochee charmer!

Access to the Chattahoochee river and downtown Helen Georgia are unmatched. The trees on the lot provided excellent shade. Inside the cabin was decorated in the mountain cabin theme that was inviting and welcoming. We will definitely rent this cabin for all our Helen trips.

The property and location on the river with easy access to Helen is perfect. We had a two and a half hr. delay in check in because the guests before us trashed the cabin. I expected some accommodation for our inconvenience but none was offered. There were also some areas of the cabin that needed a good cleaning…more than housekeeping could do with back to back rentals. There were quite a few light bulbs out, kitchen faucet needed some repair, hot tub wasn’t heating are some examples of our issues. However, management responded quickly to our requests.

My entire crew loved this property! The owners were amazing and were very available to answer questions. They have taken lots of time to prepare this property to be sure guests enjoy their stay. Lots of games for teenagers and some for adults too. The master bedroom has a great mattress too. Do not sleep on Betty’s Country Store. We waited until our last day to visit the store. If we had visited sooner we could have done without a trip to the grocery store. We very much enjoyed the close proximity to town. We only used the vehicle to drive to The Falls. Everything else was within walking distance. We hope to come back for another stay.

Cabin has a perfect riverfront location. We meet lots of friends who stopped on their way down the river! Beds were all comfortable and clean. Stairs are a little sketchy to get upstairs so be careful! This home is in a neighborhood type environment, meaning the surrounds homes are residents. You have to be quiet and that is something our family struggles with no matter where we are. LOL Hot Tub is having some issues currently, but the owners are very informative, and we did know this before we checked in. If you use more than 5/6 bags of trash during your stay, plan to haul it off yourself. They only have 1 bin, and we were charged for all the extras that had to be hauled off...we had A LOT of trash, so this on us - just a note for anyone who stays in the future and may have a lot more trash than a normal bunch. Lastly, take pictures when you arrive and before you unpack. The cleaning lady left a pillow on the swings from the guest that stayed before us- we thought it belonged there... we are now being charged to replace that. Again, we loved this property and will always have great memories for my 29th birthday!!!

The cabin was ready upon arrival and exceptionally clean. We even got a welcome gift! The added amenity of bikes was a huge hit with everyone. The location is excellent for any activity you want to do including walking to the arcade and go carts! Chatting with everybody floating down the river is always a fun time. Another great vacation in Chatahoochie Charmer!!

Absolutely wonderful location. The outside is designed to be outside to play in the river, people watch and fish. House had every thing you need. “Harry Potter” room was much bigger than I thought it would be. Betty’s Store is close enough to get food. Shortcut to walk into town was super convenient.

We loved staying here! So relaxing right on the river! Lots of things to do and see and so close to everything! We will definitely be back!

The cabin was beautiful and had all the amenities. But the real show stopper was the property outside and the river. They have landscaped to make it such a whimsical place. We loved staying here and hope to go back one day!

Greatest weekend at the Charmer

Great house and location. So many things to do in Helen and short drives to many beautiful falls and mountains.

If you’re looking for a rental close to the Chattahoochee and downtown Helen, this is your place. Only a block from downtown and Betty’s country store. We enjoyed the shortcut walk due to lots of visitors the weekend we stayed. We also got to see some snow the night we arrived❄️!
