Your house was great for our stay! We enjoyed lots of walking and the proximity to the Suncadia attractions is awesome! The fenced back yard was great for our fur ball and we will definitely stay again 😀

This was our first time to this resort area and we are glad we checked it out. The biggest perk of this house was it supplied garbage bags, laundry soap, dish soap etc We are used to buying our own so this was nice. It was very clean except the Master bedroom bathroom. We think they forgot to clean the toilet so we took care of it. The layout of the house was nice especially the totally fenced back yard. If you have young children this is a plus. One area we feel needs work is the back yard. It was mostly dirt, a few rocks and some trees that needed trimming. It wasn't the best view if you wanted to sit outside which we did early morning and evening. Glad we checked out the area.

We had a great relaxing stay for the holiday. Thank you so much for welcoming us into your home. The property was great. The house was warm and the hot tub was hot on arrival! We forgot a dog leash after we left and contacted the owners who assisted in getting it mailed home. Thank you so guys so much!

This is an exceptional home, the owner has catered to his guests. The home is spacious, clean and very well kept. The bedrooms are very relaxing…we slept about 2 hours longer than normal. A hot tub fit the bill and is very clean, and the entire property and area was quiet. Highly recommend for anyone looking to stay in Central WA to consider this for your stay.

Our group loved this home, and would go back in a Montana heartbeat. The place was clean, beds comfortable and the kitchen was of professional quality. Messaging and communications with the property manager were exceptional. We had a last minute change and the manager accommodated our needs, for which we were very grateful.

We were at Suncadia in multiple houses celebrating my parents 60th wedding anniversary. This house is very nice! Everything was there that we needed. Communication with the owner before and during was great. We had a wonderful stay.

This house is perfectly situated within walking distance to the spa and lodge and all the other adventures in Suncadia. The fully fenced and private backyard are the perfect escape for us and the dogs.

We had a wonderful stay with my family, grandparents and kids. The location is awesome with walking distance to the lodge, several parks and a quick drive to the winery. The fenced backyard was great for play and to let my dog roam. Highly recommend!

The house was perfect for our needs. Our dog was welcome, the owner was very attentive to our questions during our stay. We needed to stay an extra day for snow conditions on the pass and he accommodated us with ease. We had an amazing amount of snow. Felt like we were in a snow globe. Kitchen was well stocked, hot tub was great. Will be back! Highly recommend.

Intended to stay 3 nights but left after 1 due to the poor condition of the unit which needs deep cleaning and new carpet, among other things. You can tell hundreds of guests have stayed here from the stained carpet, shower was dripping, dust-filled fan, reeking oven, broken or dirty items throughout. Not even worth listing the other numerous issues; I’ll just say that I’ve stayed at many rentals including those that are pet friendly and this one was one of the only times I’ve been truly grossed out by the state of the unit. 1 star for location and 1 star for responsiveness of the property manager.

My family and I recently stayed here to attend a wedding at the swiftwater cellar. It was in a prime location, and was a super comfortable stay. Would definitely recommend staying here!

We had the absolute best time staying here. The owner is so kind and helpful and communicates immediately. The home was clean and spacious and in walking to distance to a lot of things! Suncadia review
Great location and very responsive manager.
We stayed here 2 years ago and enjoyed it a bit more then. This time, it wasn’t as clean as the last stay. It really needed a deep clean as there was a lot of dog hair on/under the couch and carpet. We did a quick vacuum, then the house was much more enjoyable.
The house is well stocked and very close (walking) distance to pool. Overall more positive then negatives.

Our favorite property to stay in!
Rain or shine, this house is perfect to hang out inside and out back with the dogs. There are always fun walks nearby and always great activities within walking distance. The house is the perfect amount of space to eat in, watch movies, hang out on the back patio, and decompress from the busy city life.

Escape from life.
Loved that the back yard was fenced in for the dogs. The hot tub was perfect to relax in. The beds in the house are super comfy. Great location can easily walk to the pool and spa.

Suncadia Gem
We had the best time! The house was perfect for our family. We didn’t have to bring a pack n play and the changing table was really convenient! The master was on the main floor so baby was always close by. They even had a sound machine! Once baby was down, we were able to enjoy the hot tub! Easy walk to the Lodge.

Wonderful Suncadia House!
James’s house was beautiful and the perfect Suncadia getaway we were looking for. Being set up for kids and pets was perfect, since we had both. The master bedroom was huge and worked perfectly for us with our 15 month old, who could sleep peacefully in the added room/closet off of the bathroom. We definitely appreciated that! The hot tub in the private fenced in backyard was another great touch and something we all really loved. Plus, the house is within walking distance of the Inn and even the lodge, so definitely a great location. Overall, we had a great stay and would definitely come back and stay again!

Great snow vacation!
We had a wonderful visit!
We enjoyed the hot tub, the innertube hill near the Inn, a visit to Nelson Farm (we will try the axe throwing next time 😊), cross country skiing on some of the groomed trails, the mule deer and trying to find the biggest icicles we have ever seen.
The house worked out great for our 3 couples and two young children. There was plenty of cooking and eating supplies. We loved being so close and an easy walk to the Lodge, the Inn and the sledding hill and skiing trails.

Winter Escape
My wife and I visited with our two children (both under 7) and my parents. The property is well appointed and very clean. Nice entertainment set up, room layout, conveniently located, and easy communication with the owners. Being pet friendly is a very nice differentiator and was essential for us. Would definitely recommend!

Holiday Winter Adventure
What a wonderful home to spend our Holiday 2021 vacation!
The open design downstairs hosted great family time for meals, watching football, puzzling, or playing card games with the grandkids. Suncadia provides so many activities for all ages -- sledding, swimming, snowshoeing, wine tasting, and axe throwing! Our adventures during the day were capped off by hot tubbing and cozying up to the fire at night. Thanks for our host for providing a lovely home to ring in 2022!
