Very clean, comfortable beds, nice linens, plenty of towels, and absolutely best location and view! Highly recommend and will be staying at this location again.

The location was awesome! The place was gorgeous and clean.

I was unaware that this was a total self-service rental. No Housekeeping, no on-site attendant. Entry was from a rear alley that was under construction and surround by garbage bins with only a small sign to indicate the entry door. The room was large, clean, but rather cheaply furnished. Communication was via text and responses were slow.

Great location. We were able to walk everywhere in down town. The room was comfortable, and having the kitchenette was nice.
We hab a problem with our toilet overflowing. We called the after hours help line and no one answered. It was fixes early in the morning when they got the messages we left, but we had a flooded bathroom for the night. There were noisy children in the room next door, running up and down the hall early in the morning.

Absolutely awesome suite, comfortable, a balcony overlooking the main square, great rooms and bathrooms, a functional kitchen, I really liked it and really loved the pillows. They had an elevator to go up to the floor that is hidden behind a store not related to the hotel that I know of.
It was pure hell trying to figure out how to get to the room. I was looking for an entrance and couldn't find it. Saw doors with coded locks but wasn't really sure if that was the access. After about an half hour we went around to the back and ran into an employee of the store in the front and they showed us where to go. Then we had to figure out how to unlock the door, and once we figured that out then we couldn't get the door to the room open and again luckily the housekeeper came to our rescue. Once all of that was done it went well, but we couldn't figure out how to call for assistance or where the main hotel if there is one is. Not having someplace to see someone or to get assistance is very nerve wracking.

Our apartment was very spacious and the location was perfect
No elevator to the apartment only the equivalent of two flights of stairs up to the entrance. This can be very frustrating when you have suitcases and other luggage to bring up to the apartment!

A very convenient location, good parking, well-appointed efficiency studio. Big bathroom with double sinks.
A small door mat would be very useful for boots in winter, to keep the entry tile dry.

The room was very clean and worked well for our needs. The small kitchen had plates, cups and utensils which we used as we ordered meals to go and ate in the room.
One big concern was that after we booked, we looked more closely at photos of the room and had concern there was no window. We called and they informed us a window was added and the photos were outdated. The room did have a window so the photos should be updated.

Awesome location, beautiful updated apartment. Lots of pictures online available. Although no closet in the 2nd bedroom, a 2nd bathroom in that bedroom was a bonus. That being said, that bathroom is the only other bathroom outside of the main bedroom bathroom. Nice selection of kitchen dishes and all things kitchen, coffee maker is not single cup style but they provided free coffee. Electric fireplace provides nice ambiance without any hassle or danger of burning wood. Alma is the room with the balcony, right across from the town gazebo. Truly a magical experience for us!
Could have used paper towels and another reading light in the living room.

We had a small issue with the t.v. and the color was officially on it. But nothing treadle and did not affect overall stay.

Nice big rooms, easy walk to shops and restaurants. Very pleasant stay.

location was great. security was great. bed was great. view was great. the layout wasnt to bad but bedrooms were pretty far apart and its ventilation systems didnt seem to push air into the bedrooms well mainly just the front room.
balcony light was burnt out. ac/heater didnt push throughout the unit very well i think thats why they have fans in each room to give some air flow. the other guests were super loud playing music late into the night and singing dancing. took til 130am to get a hold of someone to actually get them to lower the music. but still was noisy and then they woke up early and made more noise. it ruined the hotel experience for us and the trip we woke up tired and started our day late.

Loved that both bathrooms had a Jacuzzi tub Very comfortable. Loved the balcony. Fun to sit out and watch everything going on below.

Great location! The kitchen area was fantastic & we loved the balcony!
The elevator! We got stuck in it on our second day & didn’t use it again. The stairs work just fine.

We were right in the heart of Leavenworth! We really enjoyed sitting on our private balcony and taking in the view of town & the countryside. Plus, we watched and listened to a concert going on across the street in the gazebo.
Our room was so clean, great house keeping! The two bedrooms each had their own full bathroom which was wonderful. The kitchen had everything we needed, plus, a full size refrigerator and range.
We will be back!
There are no windows in the bedrooms which is a little strange. A ceiling fan and a window would be nicer. They do have a small fan you can plug in to circulate the air which was appreciated! We still loved this place!

Spacious and clean!
Please invest in a new mattress. This one in the Bonnie room sinks to the middle. Very uncomfortable.
Wish we could have stood on the balcony. Safety issue? I see that the other room has a chair on their balcony. Jealous...
