I visited my elderly father who lives nearby. I entertained family who live in the area during my stay. Everything was amazing! Definitely will stay here again!

Perfect location for Biketoberfest week. Nice big driveway for the truck, trailer and a couple of bikes. Relaxing in the pool was a great way to unwind after a fay of riding. The house was beautiful and well equipped with everything we could need.

Perfect house for my three friends and I to spend some time together! The pool and house are perfect!!! No complaints at all.....more than enough towels and supplies. Convenient to the beach, restaurants, and shopping! We highly recommend this rental and hope to come back soon!

The home was very nice, especially the pool. Was located close to several beaches. The property manager was awesome to work with. She answered any questions right away. Will love to bring my family back.

Thank you for providing this wonderful home for our family weekend. The heated pool was the star of the trip! Everyone from aged 80 to 7 enjoyed sitting outside or swimming or playing games at the large poolside table. The kitchen was well stocked for our Italian themed dinner too! And what a convenient location to Publix and Target as well as other restaurants. Our mom also lives in the R section, less than a mile from here and with other family 10 mins away, it was a perfect spot! We hope to come back again!

Home was very nice. We stayed in the home for 2 weeks while we worked in the area

We reserved this property with the whole family in mind. Unfortunately, there were some last minute changes due to the youngest member of our party getting sick, and so the long weekend was just my husband and I, along with our furbabies, and my mother. But it was wonderful! We had enough space to do our own thing but also all be in the kitchen cooking some amazing seafood. (Seriously, some of the best scallops I’ve ever had!) the pool was wonderful and relaxing! Close enough to visit the beach if desired! Some great restaurants (We tried the Portuguese restaurant and loved it!) and also one of the largest and well stocked Publixes I’ve ever been in! Great area and great house!

House is clean and well appointed with welcoming furnishings. Loved the enclosed patio and pool.

Perfect home for my family of 4 and grandson. Had everything we needed, nothing we didn't.

Rooms were large. Love that there were pool toys and pool towels. Everything furnished in the kitchen and bath. Pool was well taken care of. We had to sweep up dead bugs and candy wrappers as well as wipe the kitchen down. Roaches in the kitchen, pantry and refrigerator. Would recommend an exterminator or treat the house. Having bugs crawl across the couch is disturbing.

This house was perfect for our family vacation. Plenty of room for everyone and the pool was amazing. Close drive to Flaglar Beach but not a bad drive to Daytona Beach or St. Augustin either. Great communication with Melanie. Anytime I messaged her responded quickly.

This is an amazing home. My kids utilized the pool almost every night. Great access to the beach.

We have rented several VRBO properties and this one by far was the most stocked one we have ever stayed at. It has everything you need for your stay! Pool and patio are beautiful!

Great experience. Beautiful property. Me and my husband couldn't get out of the beautiful pool. Patio was gorgeous and the inside was beautiful as well. The house was very clean and it had everything we needed. There were so many restaurants and stores near by. Would definitely come back again!

Check in was easy and management was even easier to work with. The house is in a quiet neighborhood and is within a very short drive to multiple grocery stores, convenient stores, shopping and the beach. Plenty of rooms and space to sprawl in during the stay and the pool was perfect way to round out the day.

We took a girls weekend away. There were 5 adults and 3 kids. There was way more then enough room! 3 full bedrooms and a room with 4 bunk beds. The pool was exactly what we wanted. Everything that we needed was there, they even had extras that we didn’t even think about. Plenty of towels for the pool too. It was a very great experience and close to a lot of places to eat and to visit and hang out and even the beach. I would definitely come back here again!

Our stay was great. It was two families and we had enough space for everyone. The neighborhood was wonderful - quiet all the time. It was easy to access the property upon our arrival. Instructions for care were clearly defined and stationed thought out the home.

The home was just as described. Very clean and comfortable and had plenty of everything we needed.

There were pluses and minuses with this rental. The pluses are the home was spacious, the neighborhood was quiet, and the heated pool was great. Overall, it was not a relaxing place to be due to the excessive demands that guests clean everything. Once you book, you will be given a long list of how they want you to clean before the cleaning service comes on check out day. These items include doing all your dishes, cleaning the floor for the maids, wiping down all appliances inside, doing a load of towels before you check out, taking out all of your trash (emptying out the vacuum after each use), and replacing all furniture and items that are plugged in. If you don't follow this extreme check list you get threatened with fines for $100. I don't even empty the vacuum after each use at home?! As a mom, I was very stressed staying here due to these cleaning rules and the threat of $100 if something gets left unplugged. Please hire a cleaning service that will actually clean so the guests don't have to leave everything spotless. Also, people should know that if they book the place in the winter the heated pool automatically shuts off when the temp is less than 50 degrees. Finally, owners please immediately replace all of the scratched Teflon pots and pans in the house, they are carcinogenic to use.

This house has everything you need for a great vacation. It’s in a quiet peaceful neighborhood, 15 minutes to the beach, has well supplied kitchen and lots of space to spread out. We hope to rent again.

Beautiful house and a quiet neighborhood. More than enough room for 5 adults, 3 kids (5 and under), and a dog. Child safety alarm on the back door to the pool was a wonderful surprise. Close access to beaches with plenty of parking. Easy check in and check out. Would definitely stay here again!
