This property was as represented. Very clean, spacious, nicely appointed and comfortable for my entire family. It suited our needs perfectly. The home is located in a quiet neighborhood, yet very close and easy access to all of the things we love to do when we go to the shore. The owners, Billy and Rosemary, were kind and quick to respond to any requests or questions we had. Thank you for sharing your home with us, we highly recommend it to others!

The Pilot House was the perfect location for our family vacation! We found your home to be spotless and nicely furnished, and very well supplied. The pool and the location of the house provided fun for everyone from our 3 toddlers to our golfers and bikers. It was convenient to the beach and boardwalk, and the grocery store. We were also grateful for the many local attractions on the rainy days!

Inground pool was awesome and nice to have, just bring your own floats and air pump :) The Keurig didn't work but regular coffee maker was fine. Bill and his wife are wonderful people and a pleasure to talk to

The house was perfect for what we wanted and there was so much to do. There was kayaking, walking and bike riding, close to the beach and a wonderful pool'

Positives- the Salt Pond and kayaks, big kitchen table and open concept, nice pool and patio ambiance Things to know- you'll need to bring own sheets, pillowcases, paper products, soap, garbage bags, plastic bags, beach towels... for the amount paid for the week we were surprised at how much we needed to bring and how much we needed to clean (toilets, floors, random stains) and set up ourselves. This house has a lot of potential though.

My husband and I, my sister and her husband and my two daughters and spouses and 2 year old grandson stayed a week. Air conditioning broke on first day. The owner purchased portable air conditioners and all was well again. No issues, great location fun pool but another umbrella would of been great for shade. We would definitely go with this property again or one of this owners other rentals.

Our whole family loved this house! Our 2 grand daughter ages 5 and 8 really loved the pool even though it was COLD! (Memorial Day week) Our only complaint was the scarcity of paper products. The main beach of Bethany was only about 10 minutes away and the street the house was on was a dead end so very little traffic! We would definitely come back the next time we take a family vacation!

My family (2 adults, a nanny, a toddler, and a newborn) recently stayed here and absolutely loved it. Plenty of room - the pictures are lovely but don’t reflect how much room we had to spread out. We could have easily invited another family to stay with us. The many floor to ceiling windows provided great natural light. The pool was warm, well kept, and the pool furniture so incredibly comfortable for us to relax or eat nearby. Again - incredibly spacious! The beach is only a few minutes drive away, but we were relieved to have some space between us and the boardwalk crowd. Inside the home is incredibly child friendly (with beautiful pictures of the children who were raised there!). The host, Billy, is a gem. He answered all of our questions about the town and his home. He directed us to some great restaurants and some beach parking tips. As lovely a host as I’ve ever met! Our family needed a convenient and relaxing getaway. This was all that and more!

We had a lovely time at the Pilot house. We had a couple technical issues and William had them addressed immediately. House was perfect for large family and close to everything. Plus you can’t beat having a pool! Would definitely recommend.

It was a really nice place. Private neighborhood, pond at the end of the street for Kayaking, a short drive to the beach and a wonderful pool and pool area. I would go back again!! The house was very roomy

Spacious master bedroom with large bathtub, shower, double sink. Downstairs has four comfortable bedrooms. Nice to have stock of towels for beach, kitchen and bathroom, if needed. Quiet street with a dock at the end of cul-de-sac, wish we had used it more! Convenient to great park for jogging, walking, biking. 5 mile loop. Golf course nearby. Quick drive to beach, downtown with many diverse restaurants. Homeowners, Bill and Rosemary, were very helpful and friendly! Enjoyed our stay!

The house was absolutely perfect for our family. We had guests ranging from 80-11, and everyone enjoyed our stay. Between the pool, salt pond, and proximity to the center of town, our vacation was extremely enjoyable.

The property is beautiful,pond for kayaking,short drive to beach,and owner on site very friendly. Pool was amazing and enjoyed by all. The house is spacious and room for everyone (12 of us)

This was the perfect spot for our vacation and for our wedding that took place on the dock of Salt Pond, which was also the perfect size for our extremely intimate gathering. The house was very clean, bright and very well kept, and the caretaker very attentive and kind. We appreciated the parking passes for the state beaches as well as the pool. Two thumbs up.

We had a very relaxing stay at this spacious and clean home. There was a wind storm before we arrived and the pool area was in disarray but the owners got it cleaned up by our second day. Lots of bedrooms and plenty of bathrooms for a big family. Quick drive to the beach.

House and pool were perfect for our multi-generational family stay. Location in quiet, nice neighborhood and within easy drive from everything you need! Owner was helpful and responsive.
