Great golf trip with friends. House was perfect for the occasion.

While this is a very spacious, beautiful house, we were surprised to find both kitchen freezers broken,
Main living room tv broken, and unsafe pool deck being noisily repaired for 4 days into our stay. A garage freezer while quite inconvenient, was provided. The Tv was replaced mid week and the last 3 days were what we came for, peaceful and relaxing. This house is showing its age with several things needing attention.
Akers Ellis while responsive did not prepare us until arrival regarding the freezer and tv. We were surprised to discover the necessary ongoing construction on the pool deck. I would have considered canceling if I’d known about all of these issues. It was an expensive, not totally relaxing, nor totally peaceful week.

The property was simply outstanding. A group of us (8) stayed on the island for the week golfing. The house was exactly like the pictures showed, had all for what we needed, loads of space, such a close drive (<5 mins) to all the golf courses and also just a 3-4 min walk from the beach. I couldn't recommend the property highly enough

My family had a great time staying at the house. There was plenty of room to spread out and the large kitchen and outdoor dining area were great. An added bonus was the crib in one of the bedrooms for our little one. Would definitely stay here again.

You will not be disappointed with this home! It is wonderful! We had plenty of room and lots to do for all our age groups! The only things I would have wanted to know prior to renting: 1) The game room is not accessible from the main house, only through garage. 2) The game room does not have a bathroom. 3) The freezer on one of the kitchen refrigerators wasn't working. The refrigerator and freezer combo in the garage was also not working. 4) The amount of provided bath towels is limited for the amount of people the house can sleep (so, as the mom to all... I was washing a lot of bath towels). None of these things cause me any hesitation to rent this home again. You are one home from the boardwalk to the beach. The pool and outdoor kitchen is amazing! The screened in porch with TV may truly be my favorite place in the whole house. The whole family had a blast!

This is a great house for several couples to enjoy. Bedrooms have separate baths, kitchen is large and perfect with 2 dishwashers, 2 refrigerators and lots of prep space. Many rooms for different activities. The house has beautiful architecture details and lots of upgrades. The outdoor kitchen and pool were of great use While the house was clean it was is In need of a “spring cleaning “ We understood many of the rentals were closed from March - July. We will definitely try this house again.

I believe that we were around in "worm" season as being by the pool was a bit uncomfortable with all of the silk worms dropping down and they made quite a mess in the pool...but if they were not around it would have been perfect. Not a fault of the home owner or Akers Ellis. As well this was the most stocked kitchen we have had in a rented home, we truly had everything we needed to make this vacation enjoyable. Including the elevator which made it so easy for us as we have a special needs child in a wheelchair. Thank you!!!!

Wonderful location and configuration for our family of 16. Overall condition of bed linens, pillows, towels, etc was poor. Trash bins in the kitchen were downright filthy. Supplies furnished, such as bathroom tissue were inadequate for a group our size. These are easy things to correct.

WE thoroughly enjoyed our stay at 65 Surfsong. It's in a great location. The house is huge and easily accommodates large groups. It has everything you could imagine. Lots of towels, well appointed kitchen, games, books and movies for adults and kids. Our favorite hangout was the pool table and ping pong table as well as the pool out on the deck when we were not hanging out on the beach. Hope to vacation here again.

This house has an amazingly large double size kitchen, perfect for multiple families to cook together. The game room and pool are a perfect place for the kids to entertain themselves. The beach is only a four minute walk. I would definitely recommend this house to friends and family.

Our family of 15 spend a tremendously enjoyable week at 65 Surfsong. The pictures do not do justice to this wonderful home. The home was planned to offer togetherness and privacy, even with everyone in the house we sometimes found ourselves playing Marco Polo. The house was spotless and very well appointed to meet everyone's needs. The landscaping offered a feeling of privacy even though homes were near to us. Our grandchildren thoroughly enjoyed the heated pool although the weather was cool. I can't think of any details that were left our of this home. TVs in every room, movies, books for all ages, game room, beach chairs, everything provided. The beach is just a short walk away and beautiful. Deer in the front yard. We always rent homes for our large family so this isn't our first experience but it was one of the best. We did have a slight problem with the elevator and help arrived in 15 minutes. Thank you so much.
