Truly a beautiful house on the quiet bay side. Easy, quick walk across the street to the bustling beach. Everything is high end, modern, clean. Well appointed kitchen. Loved every sunrise and sunset! Three floors with spiral staircases- just thought I’d mention for anyone for which that is important. The building is angled to the alley and the garage is just past once you see the front door. That was a tiny bit confusing when we first arrived but a nice neighbor helped us out. Would have loved a few more restaurant, cafe recommendations in the welcome book but that’s nothing Yelp can’t solve. Cleaners arrived at 9:45am so check out time at 10am is truly strict. Thank you for allowing 6 college friends to use your home to reunite for a wonderful 50th bday celebration weekend!

Every day we enjoyed the sunrise right in front of the property and sunset in the back - only 5 minute walk to Mission beach . House was clean, comfortable ,and spacious for the 4 of us. Highly recommended !

The owners have done a wonderful job with every detail to make this the perfect home to spend a wonderful time with family. The house is located right on Mission Bay and the views are incredible! Easy walk to great restaurants, shopping, and entertainment. This is the place to stay for a great vacation. Bring your personal items and food. Everything else is here!

Lovely home and furnishings; well equipped and great location. We would stay here again or in ‘sister’ property on site if we have a smaller group.

Doesn’t even need a review! It was a great property. We had 2 cars so we had to find parking which was hard but we had bikes so we rode to and from. Belmont park is so close. We enjoyed the beach and the view. We even did a campfire out on the sand and played cornhole.

Wonderful place on the bay! We stayed here with three couples. The deck was our favorite hang out, kitchen was well stocked, and this place was conveniently located near many attractions. We visited the San Diego Zoo, took a bay tour, visited the USS Midway, Hotel del Coronado, and Torrey Pines Nature Reserve. Grant was very helpful and made everything go smooth with our visit. Thanks for the wonderful memories!

Enjoyed a great long weekend in this condo. Location is perfect, right on the Bay with a beautiful walking path right out the door and yet just a 2 minute walk to the ocean with all of the activities offered there.

The property was well maintained and even had fresh cut flowers in the home! Kitchen was well equipped and organized. Everything was as listed. The owners were quick to respond to any questions and easy to work with. My only suggestion would be to add a few more bath towels. Great experience! Would definitely reccommend.

Our son graduated from college and we wanted a place where 5 family members could stay together. My elderly mom had her own comfortable room on the 2nd floor and the rest of us stayed on the top floor. The place was really clean and the photos were spot on. We got right in using the code and there are instructions throughout on how to use everything. The first thing we did was open the panoramic doors to the view. It was a little chilly that weekend but we spent most of our time on the deck. Morning coffee, hanging out, evening cocktails and watching the fireworks at Seaworld. We walked on the boardwalk every day. It’s a short distance to restaurants for breakfast, and there is a rental place not far right on the water with boogie boards, paddle boards and Bikes. The garage is a tight squeeze but we fit a Toyota Highlander and a smaller sedan with some maneuvering. It was great to have parking. It’s a very special place and we’d stay there again.

Condo was as described & excellent set up for 3 couples. Very convenient to all the major activities in the San Diego area & great restaurants nearby. Only thing I’d like to see would be room darkening curtains in the bedrooms as it was pretty light but otherwise I’d highly recommend.

What lovely accomodations! We thoroughly enjoyed our spring break trip in this home. We appreciated how clean and welcoming the home is - including special touches such as fresh flowers and nice foaming hand soaps. My favorite element was how the doors to the deck could all be opened up to create a continuous feel between the inside and out on nice days.

Perfect weekend get away with 3 teenage boys. My husband and I enjoyed walking on the path (right outside our place) early in the morning, loved opening the glass doors for the fresh air and sitting on the veranda eating breakfast. Boys enjoyed reading outside. Perfect location to the beach - boys played Volleyball for hours. The house is clean and beautiful. I would suggest beach towels and not renting a large truck to park in garage..... that made an adventure getting in with inches to spare.

We had a group of 6 women staying here for a low-key bachelorette weekend. The home was beautiful and very comfortable for our group. Each bedroom has its own bathroom, there are multiple balconies to enjoy the sunshine and the kitchen has everything you need to cook a full meal. You can believe every photo you see! The house is luxurious! Don't let the spiral staircase scare you. It's an easy and confortable climb to the 2nd floor. You will absolutely LOVE the kitchen! Not only is it modern, it is fully stocked with every pan, dish, utensil you will need! And Grant is the very best!!

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The photos don’t lie; the view of the bay from the patio is absolutely stunning! The property itself was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed to make us feel comfortable. We have been coming to Mission Beach for the past 15 years, and this was by far one of the best places we stayed at. Highly recommend!!
