The property was perfect for our stay. We enjoyed the lovely indoor decor and all of the available kitchen items. Gregory allowed us to check in a few hours early which was so helpful to our schedule. The driveway was our only challenge. When we parked in the back of the house the turnaround was difficult. But there is an option of street parking .

The Lexingtonian was a perfect home for a getaway weekend for 5 friends. What a treat to stay in a historic mansion! Gregory was very thoughtful in making sure the home was well-stocked and comfortable. We enjoyed morning coffee in the sun room (space heater provided), preparing meals in the gourmet kitchen and hanging out on the front porch during the evening. There are plenty of restaurants within walking distance, as well as a brewery and distillery where we took a fun tour. I would highly recommend this home!

This home is been more beautiful in person. Every room is put together very well and it is warm and inviting. Could not have been nicer Fantastic location as it is close to everything downtown. Gregory was great to work with and so accommodating. I can not recommend this home enough. We will come back every year when we visit.

This is our second time staying at this property. Again, we had the best experience. If you are traveling with multiple couples for an event downtown, this is the place for you. Ideal location, less than a five minute walk to downtown Lexington. Equipped with first class amenities throughout the home. You won't be disappointed!

We visited KY to enjoy bourbon and attend a football game at UK. We were 3 couples and the home was perfect for our stay. 3 bedrooms and 3 en suite baths made the stay comfortable for each person. Kitchen was great and big table for playing games while watching Saturday games. Location was great to restaurants and coffee shops with lots of recommendations from the host. We loved our stay!

Great stay in Lexington! This property had plenty of room for everyone and was a short walk to restaurants and bars downtown. We would book this property again to the future.

This is our second year at this beautiful home in Lexington! It is in great location and walkable to downtown. It is a comfortable and inviting place to stay. Greg is a great host and very responsive. A great time at Keeneland, the Bourbon trail and shopping!

I can honestly say this was the best VRBO experience that I've had. The house outweighed our expectations. The house was much bigger than expected, and immaculate! So many amazing details, so much art and beautiful books and lots of character. It had everything we needed. We were a family of three with a baby, my mother-in-law, and cousin and her husband. We had plenty of space and everyone enjoyed their room and beautiful bathrooms. So close to downtown, just a couple of blocks away. Very accessible, walkable, very safe neighborhood not too loud at night. Would definitely say again. I absolutely love this place.

This is a beautiful home within walking distance of downtown Lexington. Great place to share with other couples if you're planning a weekend downtown.

The property is absolutely beautiful and historic. Three beautiful bedrooms and en-suites in all. Although we didn’t cook, everything that we would needed was available in a fantastic kitchen and an outside grill. We absolutely loved the outdoor room in the renovated garage. A pool table, darts, bar, tv and comfortable seating was enclosed in the space. We will definitely be back and will find an excuse to rent again. Thank you!

Property worked great. Location allowed us to walk to town for dinner. Game room was great and got lots of use.

We were looking for a nicely appointed, centrally located house for 2 couples plus one adult. A place to use as a home base while we toured nearby distilleries and Keeneland as well as a comfortable place to relax. We also wanted to be able to walk to nice places to eat, drink, and shop. We had never been to Lexington and were delighted that this house fit our needs perfectly. It’s a gem.

We were in Lexington for our daughters graduation from UK. Great place for parents and grandparents to stay. Everyone had their own suites and house had all the amenities we needed. Garage was an amazing place to hang out and have some fun. Owner was very accommodating and checked in a couple of times to make sure we had everything we need. Our youngest will be graduating from UK in 2 years - hoping we can stay here again!

The home was large, clean, upscale and in the best neighborhood of Lexington. Would highly recommend.

We absolutely loved staying at this house! It was very clean and cozy. The location was perfect, and we enjoyed exploring the Lexington area. The property manager was very kind and checked in a couple times to make sure we had everything we needed. If we are ever in Lexington again, we would definitely want to stay here! We traveled to Lexington to attend the 2022 Breeder’s Cup. This home is a beautiful home located in a perfect location for all that Lexington has to offer and, after a busy day, allows you to kick back and spend special times with special people. There wasn’t a thing missing from the home and Gregory was a spectacular host who responded to all requests quickly. Will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Lexington!

This house is beautiful, clean and well stocked! It is so close to downtown, restaurants, bars and shopping. The owner Gregory met us at check in and walked us through the house and was very responsive throughout our stay. We booked this place again next year while we were still there.

Among the best VRBO properties and experiences we've had. From Gregory's attentiveness and help to the quality, size, and location of the house, all was nearly ideal. For a group composed of three couples, the set up was perfect. We will be back, and when we are, I hope this house will still be available to us.

We stayed on a Friday and Saturday. Had a jam-packed weekend. The property has a great location for walking and just generally getting around. It was great to come back in the evenings for cocktails and a couple of games of pool. The house had everything we need. Would definitely recommend it!

Spent 4 nights at this property in the historic part of Lexington. It was a reunion with friends from Michigan, Florida & Georgia. The property was outstanding. We all enjoyed having our own suites. The home was impeccably clean and well equipped. We even used the gas grill for our dinner one night. Would definitely stay there again.

The neighborhood is the Historic district so each house is full of character. Location is perfect, easy walk to everything. The house is perfect for a family or 3 couples. Spacious bathrooms, comfy beds and great spaces to chill. We will be back.

Group of 3 college-friend couples enjoying a weekend sans kids to enjoy all the bourbon Kentucky has to offer :) Gregory was a great host, even checked in with us to make sure all was well a day into our stay - open lines of communication if we needed anything! The rooms were lovely, the house cozy-would definitely recommend to others and/or stay here again ourselves!

Our house did not disappoint in any way...we wanted for nothing during our stay. Gregory met us upon arrival and even helped us bring in our luggage! The house was immaculate...3 bedrooms (bedding and mattresses were wonderful) with 3 1/2 baths that allowed our party of six to have plenty of room for privacy. Added bonus was the Carriage House, complete with pool table...we found ourselves winding down there every evening. We even had a personal chef come in to prepare an evening meal and she was amazed at the kitchen...every single thing you can think of was provided. Another important note...the house is very large and welcoming...but with two units, both the upstairs and downstairs stayed at the temperature we needed during a hot July...and we had hot water galore! Excellent location, excellent home, and a place we hope to visit again in the near future!
