no way to actually speak to someone about our room. the covers on the bed had stains and looked nasty & the couch pillows had stains all over them. multiple water bottles shoved under the couch that my toddler found.

The lack of being available to make sure the guests have water. we couldn’t wash hands nor take a shower for over 24 hours. Several phone calls later, the next day late in the day we finally had water.

the location right on the beach was nice.

there were not enough sitting areas in the condo. the bed was so hard and uncomfortable. the metal dining set in the kitchen needs to go. after about the fourth time hitting my foot on the chair I had enough. it’s too big for that space and the metal is dangerous. the floors were pretty dirty.

The view

At Ocean Reef condos you are on the beach, you walk out your door to the beautiful beach and ocean waves. You are within walking distance to shopping and restaurants.

Not all of the units are oceanfront view, some are pool view.

Loved it location to the beach. It was a very short walk even for a little kids to make. It was downtown and there was plenty to do if it rained and was super close to lots of great seafood locations.

I was a little disappointed that there was standing water under the sink and a leak. I called about it on Tuesday but nobody showed up until Friday to fix it. So we didn’t use the sink much. Also there was a downspout for a condensation drain from the air conditioning unit above us. I put a pool noodle on it because it kept flooding in front of the stairway up to our room, and we would constantly have our feet and shoes wet trying to go upstairs.

The condo was nice, clean and comfortable. It is a great location. It had everything we needed and more. Thank you, we will be back.

A couple more hooks or towel bars in the bathroom would be nice.

It was dirty. No elevator, pool was dirty, took 4 days to get a parking pass because no one was ever there and still had to pay $30. Dishes were dirty, had to wash pretty much every thing before use. We didn't even have a broom.
