Unit was very clean and modern. Everything we needed was provided. It felt like home away from home. The pool was excellent and a family favorite day and night. Everything you could need for a beach day was available and the beach access was super convenient. The beach was clean and relaxing. A big bonus was having a great view of a rocket launch right from the balcony. Also very easy to communicate with owners. Our family can’t say enough great things about this property and I know this will be a go to spot for us for years to come!

We stayed at this condo to celebrate our 10 year anniversary and it was a great stay! Exactly how it is described- clean, very well stocked with everything you need to enjoy the beach. Chairs, umbrellas, cooler, toys, beach towels! Enjoy a refreshing dip in the cool pool once you’ve become too warm from the beach. Communication with owners was a bonus- they readily responded with any questions that we had. I would totally recommend this condo for your vacation!

Owners checked on us a few times to see if we needed anything and to keep us apprised of some painting on the exterior of the building. The owners thought about everything when stocking the condo. We didn’t need anything. There were even umbrellas, which we needed a few times this week. We would definitely like to stay again if we ever come back to this area.

The condo is clean and very well equipped. You don’t need to bring anything - beach chairs, towels, toys, boogie boards, cooler - it’s all there. Very comfortable and relaxing place. Extra bonus was space launch that we did not expect. Highly recommend.

Great location for family fun

Beautiful place and worked out perfect for us. My son got married on Cocoa Beach and the majority of our party wanted to spend time at Busch Gardens and near Orlando. My wife and I wanted to hang on the beach. Worked out awesome for a home base for the wedding on Saturday and the wife and I were able to spend some quiet time. Andrea and Brian have it covered. Highly recommended.

The condo had everything we could have ever needed to enjoy a day at the beach. Coming from out of the country by plane, we really enjoyed the fully organized closet with beach stuff (from chairs to cooler). The property was extra clean and a lot bigger than expected. Getting in touch with Brian was super easy and helpful. He made sure we had everything we needed. I would definitely stay there again!

The condo is conveniently located, has a beautiful beach and pool, and is spacious, spotless, well-equipped and beautifully decorated. Our directions/instructions were prompt, clear and everything worked as described. I’d come back in a heartbeat!

Wonderful stay at a great place!

Lots of activities, and easy access to the beach. Rooms very very clean and organized.

Our family booked a trip for Florida in October '22 & this complex was hands down the best! Upon arrival the unit was close enough to the ocean to where we could hear the waves, which was incredible. Everything outside was well kept & clean! The unit we stayed in was spacious & clean - with an amazing kitchen, dining and living room area. although we weren't directly facing the ocean we could still view from our balcony which was furnished. The laundry room feature was a great addition. Not only was it clean but we were given a book & folder which explained everything we needed to know & also included menus from local diners & restaurants. The location was perfect, lots of local shops within walking distance. Overall the experience was amazing & I would highly recommend staying with them again & again!

Our stay was absolutely amazing. It was our first trip at cocoa beach and it was wonderful. The condo was beautiful. Exactly what was listed. It was so clean and had anything we needed. And Brian and Andrea was the best. They were so thoughtful and kind. 5 star all the way and definitely will go back. Can’t go wrong with this rental or property!

The property was even better than advertised. I stayed here with 2 fellow military veterans and will definitely consider staying there in the future. The owners were courteous and answered any and all questions swiftly.

The property was just as shown in the pictures! It was beautifully decorated and very comfortable. Kitchen was outfitted with quality furnishings. The provided beach chairs, towels, umbrellas, cooler and toys made trip out to beautiful beach much easier. Great trip and hope to stay here again!!!

We loved being right at the beach. Location was great. The unit was just as advertised. We loved the unit. It was clean and roomy. Loved having tile floors after returning from the beach. Everyone is still dripping wet from showering off, so it makes it easy to wipe up after.

We really enjoyed this condo for our last minute family vacation. Stocked with everything you could need and close to all the activities! Great location and great condo!

Condo was so nice and clean. The best part about it was the fact that they had beach chairs, umbrelllas, etc so we didn’t have to bring our own. Anytime we had a question Brian texted back right away. Great customer service!!! I’d definitely stay here again if we come back.

We had a great family beach vacation. The condo had great views and a full kitchen setup. Very clean property and nice pool to swim in. Highly recommend selecting for your family vacation!

We enjoyed our stay and recommend staying there. The rental had all the amenities and we liked sitting on the porch. It right on the beach and we watched a couple of rocket launches from Cape Canaveral.

This condo has it all! Great location with easy access to the beach, stores, restaurants. Condo itself was spacious, clean, updated, comfortable and well stocked. The pool was a delight. The condo building is oceanfront-so you can beach it multiple times a day. We had a wonderful time-I highly recommend.

We have stayed at a few places but nothing compared to this condo. It was beautiful from the front door to the back. Very modern and clean with everything you need to make you feel right at home. Excellent communication with the owners. They are always trying to make improvements. We had a great time and looking forward to returning next year.

Our family of 5 stayed in this condo just after xmas. The condo was great. The master bedroom could use some new pillows. We were thrilled with the accommodations until we had a phone call from the owner about the condition of the unit, upon checkout. We used the directions for checkout. Owner cleans their own unit and maybe wasn’t used to the job? We have stayed in dozens of VRBO’s over the years and never had this issue.

Excellent place to stay. 201 was very nice and comfortable, clean and well kept.. Andrea was very friendly to us if needed. She also had the condo decorated for Christmas. A it if home away from home. The beach was just out the back door. We loved being there's
