The property location was perfect with easy, walkable access to shops, restaurants, and, the beach. We enjoyed sitting on the large front porch and listening to the patio music across the street, which ended at a reasonable hour. The house was plenty big enough for 6 people, and we would have been comfortable with more. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and appliances. Sheryl was extremely attentive and quickly responded to a problem. We would definitely stay there again!

It's all about location! And LOVE the front porch. Comfortable beds! All you need in the kitchen. Less than 5 minute walk to the beach from the back door, and in the middle of Folly action out the front door!

We got married in Folly Beach on April 6, 2024 with our close family and friends with us. This house and location was absolutely perfect for our family to stay at and prepare for our amazing day. The owners were attentive and available at all times and the house was fully stocked, very clean and wonderfully comfortable! We would stay here again in a heartbeat. If I could give it 10 stars I would!

The house is in an outstanding location for those who are looking to easily walk to both the beach as well as the downtown area. Additionally, the hosts are very easy to reach and are transparent about what the house has to offer, as well as how they expect the house to be treated. We found everything to be in overall good condition and had no issues with the house whatsoever. We had the house fully packed with 14 guests, and while the house fit all of us comfortably, I wouldn’t necessarily recommend that this many guests stay here. Overall, we felt like a group of our size wasn’t welcome in the neighborhood, regardless of our efforts to follow the city’s noise policies and despite the fact that we were gone most of the day while we volunteered at organizations across the Charleston area. That being said, the hosts were EXCEPTIONALLY patient with us and we do not blame them at all for how their neighbors treated us, which is why we didn’t let it impact our overall 5 star review.

We had a girls weekend and Sheryl was very responsive the entire time we needed anything. The property was in such a great location so we didn’t have to drive anywhere!!! Would stay here again!

The house was great!!! We all had plenty of space. The location is perfect to downtown and Bert's. Loved EVERYTHING about this short vaca - Cheryl was amazing helping with anything we needed.

The house has a very welcoming front porch. It is loaded with comfy chairs just inviting "porch setting". The house was just as inviting and pleasing. It was clean, tidy and decorated nicely. The kitchen was awesome providing all the needed pot/pans, tableware and small appliance. Sheryl was a joy to work with. She was very prompt to answer any questions I had and even gave us a great referral for fresh seafood. Thank you Sheryl for helping our family have a wonderful Christmas

We loved our stay here! We came into town for our sons wedding and needed a place to stay while we did all the wedding activities with our children and grandkids. This home is within walking distance to all the hidden gems on Folly and close to a tiny grocery store that has everything we needed without leaving the island including late night snacks. The best thing about being away from home is feeling like you are at home. This home is a very cozy place to relax after a long day whether it’s been at a wedding or playing on the beach. Sheryl is a wonderful host and she made sure we felt welcome and at home from the moment we walked in the door. We highly recommend staying here.

We absolutely loved this place, and would be happy to stay here on all of our return trips to Folly Beach. The location was outstanding as it was close to everything in Folly Beach. We were just off the sand of the beach, food and shops in downtown, and the local grocery store. The porch was a great place to sit and relax, talk to friends, and people watch. The host went out of their way to make sure that everything was great. The house was plenty big enough for a group and over delivered in every way. Thank you!

Our family gets away every year together. My husband, our adult children and significant others enjoyed our time in Folly so much! My son proposed to his girlfriend right by folly beach pier! The rental home was very comfortable for our group of 9. It was one of the cleanest Vrbo’s we’ve stayed in. It’s located one street away from the beach and was super easy to set up our tent and beach accessories. My family LOVED body boarding and Folly has the perfect waves. The home is right in town and you can walk to a lot of places. The people are friendly and it’s a very relaxing vibe. It was a very hot week but the house stayed cool. One of our best family vacations ever.

The house itself was a little dated, but overall a good experience. The location is walking distance to restaurants and the beach. Our only issue with the location was that there was a lot of late night foot traffic and noise in front of the house. One gentleman decided it was time for him to sit on our golf cart and take a rest at midnight, because he couldn't find his truck.

This house comfortably accommodated our group of 8 adults. While there is no view of the beach, you’re right next to a public access site and one block away from the beach. You are also across the street from Bert’s Market and Chico Feo - so if you like live music, you can enjoy from the spacious porch. Everything is very close. The house has lots of kitchen amenities, linens and places to sit. Beds were super comfy and clean. The place is surprisingly quiet for being on a fairly busy street. Communication with the owner is quick. We love Folly Beach and visit every year. We are hoping to book this place again for next year!

This home has everything! Board games for the kids, fully stocked kitchen, clean and comfortable. So close to the beach and everything in Folly. Owner is communicative and very kind. All you need to bring is beach towels and beach chairs. The home has everything else you could possibly need!

First and foremost, LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION! Steps from the beach, steps from all the restaurants and bars, and most importantly steps from Bert’s market. No need to cook or stock the fridge with those options! The house is way bigger than I expected with comfortable bedding. Communication with the host was great. All in all this house is GREAT value and has everything you need, would recommend to anyone. Would hope to have Sheryl have me as a guest again!

Location could not be better for a group of friends getting together for a beach weekend! The house is across the street from great locations like Chico Feo and Bert's Market, one block away from the beach access, and one block away from the main drag with tons of other bars and restaurants. We were able to walk to everything and didn't need to drive anywhere the entire weekend. The house was very clean and comfortable as well! Would definitely recommend staying here!

The property was better than the pictures! The little white house with the yellow door sits back off the road on a private lot with lots of trees around. Just what I was looking for! My mom and I enjoyed the peace and quiet, very quiet! It was about 6 minutes to Berea. We enjoyed exploring the area, did some shopping, went to Renfro Valley and listened to live music! Did some hiking and then came back and rested. The house is very clean and comfortable. I will definitely keep this one on my list for peaceful getaways! Very grateful! Oh and the elderberry hot tea!! Thank you Susan and Clark!
