This house is perfect for a large family but needs some love for the price of the property.

Great property! Our family had a wonderful time.

I could have rated this property as perfect but it fell short in terms of overall cleanliness. Door handles and cabinet handles were dirty. The smaller throw rugs at doorways were disgustingly dirty, several pans were so worn that they were not worthy of using. For the price charged, there were not any extra toilet paper, paper rolls or trash bags. This is the first vrbo that I’ve stayed at that did not provide those little extras. But the location is perfect, wonderful pool and plenty is spacious bedrooms. Have 2 separate laundry rooms was very convenient. Communication and check in process was excellent. With a little extra attention to details, this property could be a gem.

Good time

Wonderful 6 bedroom and 5 1/2 bath beach house. All bedrooms nice size rooms with King beds. Easy walk to beach. Well furnished with beach towels, beach chairs, umbrella, coolers and 2 wagons. Nice clean pool although it only gets partial sun throughout the day due to palm trees and house blocking sun. Ping pong table in garage adds another fun thing to do. AMI trolley stop close by is a plus for seeing and getting to rest of island. Certainly would rent again!

This was our first visit to Anna Maria Island. The weather was perfect. The beach house is wonderful. It is a short walk to the beach, even for children. The house is spacious and comfortable even for our larger family. It is clean and well maintained. The swimming pool is incredible and fun for all ages. The Red Tide air and fish kill was nasty the first couple of days, but obviously there was nothing that could be done about that. The Wi-Fi and television were spotty the first few days, cutting out randomly, and then non-existent the last couple of days. It was apparently a new system, and the property manager tried to assist. I am sure they will get it worked out. But there were some advantages to not having TV and internet. We would definitely lease this property again! Thanks!!

Group of eleven people. 6 adults. 5 children. Everyone seemed pleased. Lots of toys, lots of space. Trolley was great. Close to Ocean. Plenty of places to explore.

Property was great! Very clean, lots of extras (games, books, pool toys, beach toys/chairs/wagons). There is construction going on next door, they start around 730a-4ish and it will be sometime until house is finished. Walk to the beach is short and plenty of items supplied which was great!! Pool is great and was heated (it was not working for 2days, no heat and no circulation). Property manager was responsive with issue and told me the scheduled day the pool company would be there (but still had 1.5days with out pool heat or circulation in the pool, something was wrong with the filter). Biggest gripe is barely any outside seating, There are 5 outside balconies and there was only one chair on one balcony and nothing on any others. Pool area is huge, but to lounge at pool only 2 loungers and 2 Adirondack chairs (we ended up pulling up chairs from the outdoor table). House could use some more dining chairs/bench as well. (Island has seating but would've liked for all of us to be able to sit at the table for meals). House is huge with 6 king rooms, 1 room with two single, pak n play and high chair provided, and 5.5 bathrooms. We would come back and stay!! House is walking distance to Pine street, but a bit of a walk with small kiddos so we ended up driving for dinner and ice cream.

We enjoyed the close beach access & the pool. We will be back to AMI!

The house is even better in person! Nicely decorated, loved the layout, quiet neighborhood. Kitchen well stocked, master bath tub deep and nice jets if you like to use them. Arrived to find a nice goody bag with info on the area, water and some snacks. Would definitely stay here again. It did snow while we were here so 4 wheel vehicle is a must. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

We had a great vacation! The house was close to the beach and the management team was responsive and helpful!

This house has plenty of space to accommodate a large group comfortably and we loved the open living room/dining/kitchen combo area. It's proximity to the beach was perfect with the access just a few houses away. We truly enjoyed our stay.

Our granddaughter had a soccer showcase so we rented this property and took the entire family. It’s furnished so well inside and out, even down to wagons to transport things to the beach. Everyone had their own rooms and all king beds was icing on the cake. The area is wonderful (January is likely less busy than other months). We felt relaxed and appreciated by merchants. The family is already talking about staying here again next year.

The home was gorgeous. The short walk to the beach was nice. (Even for someone with two very bad knees). There was vey loud construction next door and spoke it’s the manager, Steve he took care of it and they did not come back while we were there. Even the owner took action. I would highly recommend this home, we had 10 people,. All the beds were very comfortable, kitchen was equipped well, they have beach chairs and 2 wagons and ice chest to use, beach towels as well. The pool is very nice I just can’t say enough of this place. We all really loved it and had a very nice time. The management team and owner wear great!

Our extended family spent a wonderful week at this fine house and it was a vacation to remember. The house is perfectly equipped with great pool, large kitchen, and all the beach gear we needed to enjoyed the most beautiful beach just a five minute walk. 6 other families rented houses on Anna Maria and I think ours was the best! Thanks for helping us make great memories, while celebrating my dads 100th birthday.

The house was very airy & spacious, beautifully decorated and very well equipped. The proximity to the beach was perfect and it was easy to access the trolley bus. Pool was excellent too. All perfect for our large family group of 10.

Stayed here with family and we all loved it. Very clean and close to many things. Short walk to beach which was never crowded. Short drive to shops and grocery. Property management stayed in touch but we had no problems. Pool was perfect for a toddler and adults. We would certainly rent again!

We have been here before with the whole family in a different house. This one was perfect for sleeping all of us comfortably in king size beds! Close to the beach - easy walk. Pool was very nice. Thank you for the week.
