This property it’s just like on the pictures I can say even better. Comfortable, close to the beach and walking distances to attractions and restaurants. We had a great time at this property.

It was great the property was awesome. We really enjoyed our stay.Enen though it rained part of the time the condo made up for it. Very nice place to stay. We would definitely stay there again.😀

Nice location on the beach. Plenty of room for all. Great kitchen with everything needed. Beds are very firm so be aware if you prefer/are more used to a softer bed. Lots of blankets, pillows, and fans.

Overall, great stay and location! Access to the beach and on-site pool. The hosts were very gracious and accommodating. Would definitely stay here again!

We loved the place we rented , the condo had everything to accommodate our vacation. The location was awesome. Very quiet peaceful place to relax. Will recommend this place to anyone who want to unwind, relax and have a peaceful stay. Also was very close to restaurants that we went to,to shops. Too bad the beach weather wasn’t as good as the flags were red and purple, the pools were awesome. I rate it more than 5 star. Thank you for our wonderful stay at your place.

This is the second time we have stayed in this condo. Very clean and has everything we could have needed.

The host is great and condo is lovely. The kitchen has everything you need including extra snacks and coffee. There are extra chairs and towels if needed. Only thing is that the condo is located on the second floor so make sure that you and your family are prepared to take several trips up and down the stairs.
I would stay here again.

The apartment was well suited for two couples. Clean with all the amenities we needed. It is both close to the beach, and within walking distance to the birding center which we visited several times.

Wonderful place, beautifly decorated, very spacious, great location, easy close access to the beach. We stayed her last week, we loved everything about it fit our group of 8 perfectly. The pools are awesome and warm our kids loved relaxing in them after spending time on the beach and in the evening. The staff and ground keepers are very friendly and everything is neat and clean throught the grounds. Would definitely recommend this place to everyone and hope to be back soon, thanks for a great stay!!

What an amazing place! My family, including 3 college kids, just stayed here for 5 nights and we couldn't ask for anything more. The place was very clean, beds were super comfortable and kitchen had everything we needed to make our meals.
We enjoyed the heated pool, but spent lots of time at the beach which was a minute walk. Had multiple bars with food and live music right by the location.
Dave was amazing and checked in to ensure all was great... fantastic communication through it all. Would recommend for sure.

This property was perfect for my family! It is beautifully decorated and has all of the extras from a coffee bar to the beach chairs and cooler to bring down to enjoy the day. It is conveniently located steps away from the beach, and several area restaurant bars. Thank you also to the wonderful people at Clayton's who opened up the pier on one of their closed days so my son could propose to his girlfriend at sunset. It was the perfect place for our magical event. It's a vacation none of us will forget! Thank you for being so accommodating and helpful! We will definitely be back!

One of the nicest places I've stayed. Beautiful combination living room and kitchen. Lovely furnishings. The kitchen generously offered almost anything needed in the way of herbs and spices and oils, something you just don't see in most VRBOs. The bedrooms were comfortable, and not a bunkbed to be found! (good) Just a five minute walk to the beach. Perfect!

Wow, i do not just leave a good reservation without thought. This place was beyond expectations.
If you think you need it, they had it. From chairs and floats for the beach to all cooking needs to small containers of baby powder in cabinet.
Beat was comfortable robes to put on after getting out of wet swim suit.
Good location on south padre as well, middle of the island.Walk to store, the beach or where you rent a golf cart
But still.quiet and home away from home.
Beds comfortable, clean and neat.
Deck is perfect way to start the day after you make a coffee anyway you want from the most amazing coffee bar. They even.set up a nice " happy birthday" welcome for my sister. Just above and beyond the perfect rental.

Two families (7 total) stayed Fri-Sun for a quick beach trip.
Condo was great- roomy, clean and comfortable. Nice pool on property and quick easy access to the beach.
Texted owner that the Keurig didn’t work but other than that no issues.
Would definitely stay again and recommend to others.

The unit was very clean and very welcoming and it felt just like home. It had everything we needed for preparing meals. It was just steps away from the beach and pools. It was very spacious and enough space for our large family. The beds were very comfortable. The property is well taken care of. We had no problems at all.

The condo was clean and very nicely decorated. You literally just need to take food and drinks and clothes and you are set. Only complaint is the second vehicle cannot be parked by the unit, regardless of handicap parking eligibility.

When I was young, I had fond memories of staying at this condominium, and though they are one of the older condominiums on the island, the unit we stayed in was remodeled, and absolutely stunning. All the comforts (and more) of home. We hated to leave .. but will return.

This condo was excellent for our family - 4 adults and 3 kids. The condo was very clean and FULL of everything you need for a beach vacation. Great location too! It’s within walking distance to two restaurants/bars, a souvenir shop, and the turtle sanctuary. The owners were very communicative. We will definitely book again.

We enjoyed our stay. Plenty of room for everyone. Sun hits the balcony directly all day but the provided sun shade works great. Nicely decorated, plenty of towels and stocked kitchen. Ice maker and coffee pods/creamers were convenient.

From the moment the vacation was booked, all interactions were positive. The hosts responded to all inquiries promptly and provided tips to enhance the stay. The best part of the vacation was by far the condo. Beautifully equipped and maintained. Lots of amenities, including well stocked pantry. (lovely surprise) We felt like we were at home, not in a rented space. I highly encourage anyone looking for a great time to book this condo. You will not be disappointed. Can't thank the hosts enough for making this a wonderful trip.

This 3 bedroom was perfect for our family. Kids are 3 and 6 year olds and they did very well here. Loved the pools and had a short walk to the beach. Had a lot of extra decor in bedrooms and bathrooms that took up space, honestly just need to remove it to make room for guests things. Other than that it was perfect.

Very Cute place with a great location! Our only issue was that we needed to park more than 2 cars, so we had to wait until there was street parking for the third car. Would absolutely come again!

My family (including two kids) stayed here for a week over Christmas. We loved the cute, clean, welcoming condo. It was perfect- everything we needed! The owners provided beach towels and sand toys to use, which we were grateful for during our stay. The kitchen was stocked with all cooking tools and pans. The pools were warm and clean, too. We would absolutely stay again!

We came down for a little getaway with family and friends. The condo was perfect, slept 7 adults easily and there was plenty of room. It has everything you need for your stay. Would definitely stay there again.
