Love the location. Very nice beach cottage. I would recommend: TVs in the bedrooms upstairs. Bedding in the 2nd king room is too heavy and stained. Would be nice if it had same bedding as 1st king bedroom. FYI..there is a slow drip in the faucet in 2nd king bedroom. Living room couch is pretty but uncomfortable.

The house was lovely with gorgeous views. The house has any thing you would need. The beds were very comfortable. My only complaint is the cheap toilet paper.

We had such an amazing week at 51 Eugenia. Our family loved the easy access to the beach, the screened in porch, the sun deck, the views, the nature, the location and the comfort of this home! We will definitely return!!!

Comfortable, well equipped home on the beach at Kiawah. We’ve stayed here twice now and will do so again.

We hadn't stayed in West Beach before but we really enjoyed it! Loved being able to walk right out to the beach. Such a fun vacation for our family, lot of amazing food, sunsets, bike rides, and of course, golf! Hope to return next spring!

This property was exactly what we were looking for this year. The open plan of the living area paired with the adjacent oceanfront screened in porch meant that the beach was never out of sight, or sound. We stayed with our two sons, 6 yrs and 18 mos, and the convenience to the beach via private boardwalk and oceanfront deck meant that we got to spend more time actually on the beach than ever before. This is a great house for families with children. The kitchen is very well stocked and we cooked often. Our only real want of this property was for a more full bed pillow, the existing pillows were a little thin and flat. Otherwise, we could not have been happier. We hope to be back to this very property in the near future.

Great beach front location. Awesome deck even closer to the water. Good amenities, like dishes etc. Lights over the kitchen table don’t work. Also, bikes in the garage that say rent me but don’t have any way to do that. Agent didn’t know about them either. Excellent stay in a nice house. Kiawah is a special place for our family!

We would have given 5 stars except for a few items. First the house is in a great location and of course the Kiawah beaches are great. We were four couples playing bridge, golf and enjoying the beach. All the cooks commented on how completely furnished the kitchen was. We could not think of anything we needed that was not provided (the knives do need a little sharpening). Four bedrooms and four baths fit our needs perfectly. The down side, the house is slightly dated but comfortable for a beach house. Sliding screen doors are rusted and don't work well, but can be "maneuvered". The listing does mention a "private boardwalk" but unfortunately the steps at the end of the boardwalk washed away during the last hurricane and you have to use the public boardwalk to access the beach. The good news is, that the public boardwalk is directly beside the house. All things considered, we would return to this house in the future.

We went for the marathon and the start and finish is a mile away. The course (for 2017 at least) went in front of the house so we could watch from the landing inside (a great view!) and wait for our runners to pass. The view of the beach from the house is fantastic as well, with two decks and balconies in the bedrooms. The kitchen is much better stocked than my own at home! There were plenty of pillows and blankets, games, books, and everything you could think of. There is covered parking, and outdoor shower, washer and dryer, etc. The living room is airy and large, and is open to the dining area and also has a large island with seating. The electrical outlets at the island there were a nice touch, so I could work there easily. There was plenty of hot water even when all the showers were being used, and more than enough plates, glasses, etc. Everyone absolutely loved the house, and the property management company even provided shampoo, soap, and a packet of excellent local coffee. We have stayed at a lot of vrbo houses, and this was really a stand out in terms of location, the house itself, and what was provided.

This was a great house for our girls weekend! We had plenty of space to spread out. The house is located right by the beach which was a huge plus! I highly recommend this house and I would highly recommend it for a family too!

We were so pleased with this home! Lots of ocean views and just steps to the water. My grandson loved crabbing by moonlight and my husband and I had a chance to reconnect during long romantic beach walks. This property was clean, well appointed and a perfect beach home. We are planning to go back this coming summer.

It was wonderful in every way. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking supplies.. lots of hot water for showers.. very comfortable home :) The Sweetgrass team was awesome :) it was our first time visiting Kiawah Island... Sweetgrass was extremely helpful.. answering any question we had.. A pleasure to deal with :)
