We couldn't have asked for anything better. The location was a 3 minute walk to the beach and restaurants. Our unit was immaculate with every amenity we would ever need. We cannot say enough about our hosts! Steven and Stefanie could not do enough to make our stay perfect. We feel we have found the perfect spot and hosts. Our plan is to return next year. We cannot thank Steven and Stefanie enough.

The location is great. Plenty of space and easy access to all of Simpson Bay. But the real win was the property owners. They are great! Super friendly and full out information about the island and where to go. We had a great time. Thank you!

We really enjoyed our stay here. It is just as presented on his review. Steve and Steph are good owners, always fixing and keeping things nice. There isn't a big red couch anymore after the hurricane but they got things painted and fixed and replaced any damaged things by the time we got there. This apartment is right across from the Atrium, Greenhouse and the Buccaneer Bar and Kim Sha beach, so these and the grocery store and Burger King and much more is in easy walking distance. We stayed for 17 nights. Seemed like a pretty safe neighborhood. Only thing is there is a hill to walk or drive up that is quite steep for about a block.

Wir haben das kleine einfach eingerichtete Appartment fuer fast zwei Wochen gemietet und fanden es absolut in Ordnung. Es war sehr sauber und ordentlich und wir haben nichts vermisst, neben einer vollstaendig eingerichteten Kueche ink. Kaffeemaschine, Mixer, Geschirrspueler, etc. ist auch eine Waschmaschine und ein Trockner vorhanden. Grosser Fernseher im Wohnzimmer mit amerikanischen Sendern, WLAN sowie Aircondition im Schlafzimmer sind ebenfalls vorhanden. Die Lage mitten in Simmson Bay und trotzdem nah am Strand ist prima und wir haben keinen Mietwagen benoetigt. Alle notwendigen Einrichtungen wie Supermaerkte und Restaurants kann man zu Fuss gut erreichen. Allerdings moechten wir nicht vergessen den doch relativ steilen Huegel zu erwaehnen, fuer Menschen mit Gehbehinderung ohne Mietwagen ist die Lage evtl. nicht so guenstig. Der Inhaber Steven und seine deutsche Freundin haben uns vom Flughafen abgeholt und zur Wohnung gefahren, so dass wir kein Taxi bezahlen mussten. Die Kommunikation mit Steven funktioniert sehr gut und man kann sehen, dass ihm daran gelegen ist, dass sich die Gaeste wohlfuehlen. Falls wir noch mal nach St. Maarten kommen, wuerden wir die kleine Wohnung auf jeden Fall wieder anmieten.
