We loved this location great for our 12 and 9 year old boys. The house and the pool were clean and very comfortable. Would definitely book this property again.

We had a fabulous experience at Coca Cabana. It was the ideal space for our family of five. The house has a nice open layout, is beautifully updated, and well maintained. Our kids (11, 7, 4) never left the pool! We appreciated all the beach gear as we flew from PA and didn’t have our own. We took advance of the free AMI trolley and appreciated the great location of the house! We can’t wait to come back!

We stayed at Coco Cabana for 2 weeks and we very much enjoyed our stay! Both property owner and rental company were wonderful and VERY accommodating, when we had requests or a maintenance issue! The home was clean, tidy and well stocked! Cozy but also spacious! Everyone loved the pool and location was great! We will definitely consider staying at Coco Cabana again! :)

I booked this property not realizing just how wonderful this place was! Sure I read the great reviews and figured it would be nice but I didn’t expect it to exceed my expectations. It definitely did. Everyone that came with me (my husband, 1.5 yr old son, nieces and sister) all had a great time. Some of the things that made this place over the top for me were: the best pool with a swim up table and seating area with a tiki cabana for shade. The pool was heated and the perfect temp all hours of the day and night! There were plenty of pool floaties (even for my 1.5 yr old). The waterfall into the pool is quite soothing and blocks any noise from surrounding houses. At night the lights that illuminate all the gorgeous palm trees surrounding the entire back yard are quite dreamy. The pool lights are great for a late night swim. The inside was just as great as the outside! One thing we loved was that there was an ice maker in the fridge and the tap water was great so we ended up drinking that all week. The outdoor shower was very convenient after time at the beach. The beach access is only a couple blocks away and it’s a rather quiet section of Holmes Beach!! We rented bikes for the week and it was perfect for getting to everything we needed. We used a luggage strap, to connect the beach cart with the provided beach umbrellas, chairs, sand toys, and beach towels, to one of our bikes. It worked great lol!! There was a really nice liquor store a few blocks away that we rode our bikes to. Ginny and Jane’s Cafe was amazing and is a must for breakfast or lunch!! The Ugly Grouper (end of the street) is a really fun outdoor restaurant and bar. We took the free trolley all over the island and really enjoyed the Anna Maria Pier and Rod & Reel Pier. Stop searching for the perfect place…you’ve found it!! This house. This island. Paradise.

This is a charming, beautifully decorated and well maintained property in a perfect location. We appreciated the super comfortable beds, multitude of kitchen appliances, smart tvs in each room and nice details like pool towels and beach umbrellas/chairs/toys provided. It is 5 minutes walk the gorgeous beach and to local restaurants and shops for essentials. We loved everything about our stay. The only slight downsides for our week were noisy neighbours in the adjoining property and loud noises from diggers and machinery that started at 8am most mornings as maintenance was being undertaken on the road outside. Not really anything that the hosts could have done about this - just luck of the draw. Without this it would have been 11/10!

Have been renting places on AMI for about 15 years and this is a great location and nicely appointed. Pool area is a very nice area to relax.

Home looked just like as advertised, very comfy beds and pillows! We loved the neighborhood, with ongoing construction in the area it was really nice to be closer to the construction alternative routes and never had traffic issues. Red tide was moderate but no symptoms when within the home which was so nice. LOVE how the home is decorated- I wished I could have bought several decor pieces from within the home! Pool was heated but chillier weather didn’t help us enjoy it how we wished we could have- nothing as a slight on the property though! Only thing we’ve had in prior rentals that would be nice would be a hand held shower head for both the non- primary bathroom as well as the outdoor shower. Communication with IVP was great, texts for check in/ out were very helpful.

Great property! A short, easy walk to the beach. The house and grounds were clean and well cared for. The pool was nicely heated for our winter stay. We would definitely stay here again on our next visit to Anna Maria!

This is a beautiful property, brilliantly positioned for access to all everything this area has to offer, superbly maintained and some fabulous little touches that you don’t always find in a holiday rental. It’s nicely tucked away on a quiet and peaceful road yet so much is within walking distance on on the trolley which is a delight to use. Never been to AMI before but we will definitely be back and wouldn’t think of staying anywhere else. Beds are very comfortable and it was just perfect for our multi generation family holiday. Thankyou!

This was our second trip to AMI and to this property. We can’t get enough! The accommodations are comfortable and clean, and provide a great home-base to lots of adventures - both on the island and off. My 6yr old spent at least two hours in the pool, even on cool days. Can’t wait to come back!

We have stayed at this property before and it was are absolutely favorite! Because of hurricane Ian and some slight damage we were u able to stay this visit. But we would love to return and this property would still be our first choice.

We were very happy with the property. There were no surprises. We would stay here again. It was everything we were looking for and more. We brought my elderly parents and the pool was perfect for them the hand rail and beach entry pool worked out great. The communication before our arrival was great.

The house came stocked with everything you could ever need. Very clean. Great pool for kids. Sun during the day and some shade later in the day. Less than 10 minute walk to beach access. Overall great experience. Definitely would look to stay at next year!!

This is our second time at Coco Cabana and we have already booked again for next year. Location is central to a lot of shops and restaurants and walking distance to the beach. The pool was our hang out due to the beaches being closed to swim. We are already looking forward to our stay next year!

My family and I had never seen the ocean. Our stay at Anna Maria did not disappoint! The island and the ocean were awe inspiring. The house was a short walk from the beach, just as listed, and was a lovely place to stay and relax. My kids LOVED the private pool and I loved the quiet neighborhood. I was impressed with the cleanliness and the preparations made to make guests feel comfortable. I would definitely recommend this house to anyone who wants to take in the beauty of Anna Maria and would love to come back someday. Perfect family house rental.

House was as advertised. Pool was a bit smaller that it looks in the photos but was sooooo worth it. After a long day at the beach the pool is a savior for the evenings. Overall house is great, and very well stocked with supplies. I would recommend to any one who doesn't mind a short walk to the beach. Approximately 3 blocks to beach access.. about 7 min. Normal walking.

The house was great and the owners were awesome. Our only issue was that the house was dirty and had yet to be cleaned when we arrived. We had to find something to do for another 2 hrs b4 we could gain entry. Other then that we had a great time. We loved the house and pool. One suggestion, maybe add some lighting to the pool area. Our boys had a ball !! Thank you again.

As someone who is a seasoned traveler used to renting unit/houses, this was hands-down the most efficient, well-stocked place we’ve ever stayed in. I love to cook in this kitchen was a dream!

This was our first time renting a home vs a condo. This home was as beautiful as the pictures were on Vrbo. We were concerned about having to use beach access but we had no issues there either. We had some issues with the tv in the master and some lights, when we contacted the property manager they had someone there within 10 minutes and he was pleasant to deal with. Highly recommend this rental.

After dealing with COVID isolation, we took a much needed family vacation. This property was perfect - pool in back and short walk (5 yr old had no problem) to a beautiful beach. The property lacked nothing - the only thing you need to provide is the food and drink. Highly recommend!
