We have stayed at Sea Village for many years and this time we came to celebrate our 57th wedding anniversary. The unit did not disappoint and the overall experience was exceptional. Everything was as advertised and the host came and checked on us the first day to make sure we had everything we needed, I would definitely recommend this unit

This is a second visit to Jon’s condo by the sea. Easy to contact Jon. The lanai was our home for 3 weeks to watch the waves, fish and surfers. Comfortable bed. Nice walk to downtown. What more can you ask for?

The location and amenities of this property can’t be beat! The condo was very clean with a great view of the ocean and mountain and the owners were easy to communicate with prior to our arrival.

This is a great oceanfront condo. We spent 4 nights and really enjoyed our stay. Every room has an AC which is great! Owner is very nice and allowed us to check in early. Communication is also very good. Will stay again when we go back!

The trip was incredible and the location and condition of the property was fabulous. The hosts were very responsive and provided very useful information about the island. We explored the island every day so did not spend too much time at the property but it was perfectly maintained and had everything you needed. The beach chairs, cooler and snorkel equipment were prefect for us. Overall we were extremely happy with Jon. Cant say enough--perfect!

Convenient location, very hot but air conditioners and fans helped. Nice pool. The only problem we had was trying to get the tv to work, internet connection worked intermittently. But that was very minor, everything else was great!!!

“Need to know” - good space for 4 people. - washer and dryer 👍 - 15 minutes drive to Costco - sunset ocean views and sound of the wave at the living room. - very loud portable air condition in 2 room and a living room. Better used fan in the room. - 1 good size bed and 2 very small beds fit a child for each small bed only. - little ants like on counter top, table, bathroom sink. - a bit dusty around. - cooking pans is very scratch and old. I brought one leave there for next family.

Good location close to the main attractions in Kona but far enough away to be quiet. Clean, comfortable and well equipped. Parking is easy and the sunset views from the lanai are great.

Condo was as described, pictures true. Portable air was good! Nothing like central air, but did cool to be comfortable. Way better than none! Loved the view. Master bath a tad small but doable. Loved all the amenities like washer and dryer, hair dryer, coffee pot & salt and pepper. Pool was very nice! Sliding door a little hard to open for me and grandson. Ice maker broken when we were there, might ask so you know whether to pick up ice. They have 2 plastic trays of ice ready though! Would definitely stay again! The sunset was great!!

This was a perfect place for us to stay while visiting the Big Island. Beautiful lanai with amazing sunsets, the complex has a great pool and bbq area, is centrally located, and the condo is well stocked with thoughtful beach toys and equipment. The AC is so nice to have. The kitchen had all the tools you could want. Great info from the owners and convenient check in and out. Would definitely stay again.

We stayed in the Oceanfront Sea Village condo # 1207 for four weeks and had a great time. It was our 15th stay in Hawaii, and that was one of the best accommodations we had. First, I'd like to claim that we DID see gorgeous sunsets from our lanai! (I'm responding to some of the reviews). We also used the lanai as our oceanfront dining room and a bar all the time. The place is lovely. It's spotless and very well organized. All the rooms have AC, and they do the work. We didn't have to use it in the master bedroom at all. Instead, we kept the windows open and ran the fan. It was enough to have the bedroom cool at night. Both bedrooms have privacy, and the beds are very comfortable. The kitchen has everything you need. We cooked on most days, and it was easy to navigate. The Sea Village complex is charming and well-maintained. The location is excellent. We walked to Kona when we wanted (15-20 minutes) and had morning hikes along Alii Drive every day. The host was very easy to contact, and you feel he cares about the guests. We got all the necessary information, without excessive rules and regulations, on time. I recommend the place to anyone. When we return to the Big Island, we will stay in this condo.

Property was as expected. The beds were nice. Lots of great beach gear (6 chairs, 3 umbrellas, 4 boogie boards, etc). The AC worked well enough, but is very loud. View from the lanai was fabulous. Pool and hot tub were both in great condition. The unit has a full size washer and drier which came in handy in the middle of our 2 week long trip. John had great communication and provided us with a really good information packet about things to do around the island. Only issue we had was with the hot water, sometimes we'd shower and have tons of hot water, other times it would never get fully hot. I assume it's a shared supply with other apartments and if too many people were using it at the same time there wasn't enough. Luckily it was never cold. I would happily stay here again.

Gorgeous views of Dolphins, sunset and cruise ships! The room was very well equipped. Powerful ACs. Beyond basics, packed with beach gears and the big island guidebooks and owners and previous guests recommendations. All very helpful! Will definitely rent this unit again. Thank you!

Very easy rental, lots of information provided by the host but (thankfully) not presented in an overwhelming manner (short checklist of what to do upon arrival and departure -- lockbox, etc.). Kitchen had ample dishes, cutlery, and cookware, and the beach equipment was all in great shape (chairs, umbrellas, boards, etc.).. We didn't need much but Jon was very prompt to respond to a text at departure time. View from the lanai is indeed incredible, pool/whirlpool/BBQ grounds are well kept, and there is ample parking. Will gladly return!

This was the perfect location, midway between everything. The condo was clean and bright and had everything we wanted.

Great location, excellent owner communication, amazing condo with spectacular view. I loved that the lanai is on the corner so you have a large open view of both ocean and mountain. The condo was comfortable, AC worked great, wifi too. We cooked most nights and enjoyed the BBQs downstairs. No direct access to ocean without major boulder scramble for many yards, so we didn't go in the water there. Everything was supplied, including bathroom tissues, lots of towels for home and beach, and kitchen and cooking supplies. Jon was so helpful and quick to reply. We had a broken latch on the lanai door and Jon had repair people out same day to replace it. Plenty of storage. I would DEFINITELY stay here again. Our best Hawaii rental ever, more updated than most options here. Spacious enough to have easily accommodated another couple too. Plenty of parking off street, nicely maintained grounds. Many used the pool area but the sounds never intruded on our place. I especially appreciated the lanai and many windows having screens so we could leave them open and hear the ocean waves roll in while indoors. Great stay.

Loved the views from this condo. Nice upgraded unit with lots of beach chairs, umbrellas and boogie boards. The owner s were quick to respond to a couple of minor requests.

My family of 4 was very happy with this property at Sea Village. Nice pool and BBQ area and the suite was extremely clean, comfortable, and well organized! We would stay here again. Jon was very easy to connect with and was very helpful.

The condominium itself was wonderful. The grounds were immaculate. The pool And grilling area were great. The lanai was perfect! And to top it all off, the owners were attentive and kind.

What a beautiful property and central location to Kona and the Big Island. The owners completely set up their unit with everything to make your stay relaxing and accommodating, everything was well organized, clean and available for your use, a real gem and gorgeous view of the bay.

Jon was very responsive to my questions and requests. Was a pleasure renting from them and couldn’t recommend them and their unit more. Mahalo Jon and Suzanne!

Thoroughly enjoyed our trip to Kona and stay at Sea Village. This was our second time staying at this complex. We enjoyed sitting on the Lanai after a round of golf and the unit had everything we needed!

Jon was extremely helpful and responsive to all our questions. The condo was very well appointed and we had zero complaints. The only issue, small that it was, was our booking so close to the Iron Man Triathlon. It does take over the town. Otherwise, Jon laid out copious amounts of helpful information from everything ranging from restaurants to beaches to excursions. An awesome in house guide book. We'd book again in a heart beat.

We had such a great stay! Jon and Suzanne were so accommodating and responsive. We missed our first flight out so we ended up coming MUCH later in the day than anticipated but I was able to easily coordinate things with them to make it all work out. The place has a beautiful view and a very fun pool and a great location! Thanks so much for working with us to help accommodate our two small kids to make it an awesome vacation!

The condo couldn’t have been more perfect. It has beach chairs, umbrellas and coolers for the beach, pool floats and towels. We added a XL snorkeling set to the collection, but there was lots of other sizes for the rest of the family to borrow. Staying on site was a blast because we had the pool, large grass bbq area, and even just sitting inside feels like a dream with a massive ocean scene. We saw dolphins 3x, a pool of jelly fish, and epic sunsets all from the lanai. The poolside sunsets are amazing. Hope to return someday!

This condo was perfect for two of us staying in Kona for 6 days. The condo was clean and fully stocked with a beautiful view and a great location. Parking was easy and check in was a breeze. Our hosts were very accommodating, particularly at check out when our flight was delayed by several hours. There were chairs, umbrellas, towels, and even a cooler for our use. Everything we could possibly need was in the condo. Thanks so much for making our trip wonderful!

This has been one of our favorite properties. Our family of 5 stayed here for 4 days. The kitchen was well appointed with everything we needed, including some spices. I loved having the washer and dryer available, including a laundry basket! The view is beautiful, and the complex is clean and well kept. I would stay here again without any hesitation! Jon responded quickly to any questions, and included a comprehensive list of things to do and see on the Big Island.

The unit was perfect for us. It was delightful to be on the lanai and watch the daily surfers and at sunset time the view was spectacular. The unit is very well-maintained and we had no issues.

This condo was amazing, to wake up and see the ocean right outside, and sunsets every night was so relaxing. The condo was spotless, and the resort as a whole was very well kept and maintained also. Overall we would come back and stay here again. We spent a week in Volcano, and we were not sure about our time on this side of the island, but we loved it! Great place, thanks!
